企业DNA研究的误区

企业DNA,又称为组织DNA或公司DNA,其概念产生于上世纪90年代,企业DNA研究还处于起步阶段。企业DNA的研究存在多种误区:混淆企业遗传因子、企业DNA、企业基因的概念;混淆企业DNA与企业核心能力的概念;混淆企业DNA与企业无形资源的概念;认为企业DNA是企业中人力资源和资金;认为企业DNA是企业之间的差异性因子;认为企业DNA是企业制度和文化或者是企业企业制度和文化中的一部分。     

组织韧性研究的现状、热点和演进:知识图谱分析

新冠疫情等"黑天鹅"事件对企业的生产经营造成了严重影响,组织韧性是企业应对"黑天鹅"事件的关键.运用CiteSpace分析组织韧性领域的研究热点和主题,发现研究内容深入到管理之后有了较大的拓展,现在依旧活跃的研究主题为个体韧性、组织层面韧性、供应链韧性和韧性测量,资源基础理论在多个主题都有应用.整理了理论应用,按照"灾前评估——灾时应对——灾后学习"的框架整理出组织韧性研究的逻辑关系图,通过对引起图谱网络结构变异的文献分析,发现组织韧性未来应该在概念整合、管理层作用、供应链关键节点、发展中国家背景等方向进一步研究.     

企业内部视角下影响员工离职倾向的研究综述

从企业内部的视角梳理了影响企业员工产生离职倾向的因素,发现:第一,员工素质与其所在的岗位能力要求是否匹配、员工是否能及时得到企业职业发展支撑以及员工选择"跳槽"的机会成本均会对其离职意愿产生重要影响;第二,组织支持感是一个值得深入挖掘的潜变量,不同的研究内容赋予了"组织支持感"不同的内涵。此外,组织支持感的执行人也是非常关键的对象,比如企业教练;第三,目前以高职高专院校中正在参加顶岗实习的学生为研究对象的研究非常少见,学校和企业应该为这部分群体提供怎样的企业职业发展支持值得探讨。     

股权集中度、机构投资者与企业对外直接投资决策——冗余资源的调节作用

随着"走出去"战略和"一带一路"倡议的推进,我国企业对外直接投资规模不断扩大,企业股权结构和组织资源在OFDI进程中发挥着重要的作用。本文选用2005—2016年"走出去"的沪深A股上市公司OFDI的面板数据,基于负二项回归模型考察了股权集中度、机构投资者与企业对外直接投资决策的关系,检验了冗余资源的调节作用。实证检验结果表明,股权集中度与企业对外直接投资之间呈显著的倒"U"型关系;机构投资者能够显著地促进企业对外直接投资,非沉淀性冗余资源能够显著地负向调节股权集中度与对外直接投资之间的倒"U"型关系,而沉淀性冗余资源并未表现出显著的调节效应。不同于以往宏观层面的研究,本文立足于中国国情,基于微观视角,创新性地将公司治理、组织冗余问题纳入企业对外直接投资决策的研究之中,进一步丰富和完善了企业对外直接投资理论。

供应链和企业集群的组合是一种复杂网状系统。本文在结合现实背景资料,总结基于供应链企业集群的概念,分析基于供应链企业集群横向、垂直向结构,研究基于供应链企业集群的组织结构,为企业集群提供一种较好的组织机制。     

基于资源学派的网络组织分析

在全球化的经济环境中，在竞争中合作是企业在日益激烈的竞争环境中的生存的法则，企业越来越依赖外部资源，网络组织日益成为企业获取外部资源最有效的方法之一。关于网络组织的大多数研究都是基于传统的交易成本理论，本文基于资源学说的观点来分析网络组织形成的原因，网络组织的类型以及对网络组织绩效的影响。

现代化企业是以信用为基础来融通资金的企业,资金融通是企业正常稳定运行和发展的必然环节。企业要创造价值,要实现可持续发展,就必须拥有稳健、科学合理的融资结构,从而保证企业能够在各个经营阶段获得充足的资金资源要素支持,可以凭借更低的成本费用组织开展各项经营活动,创造企业价值。因此,企业融资结构和企业价值之间存在着密切的内在联系。基于此,本文先围绕融资结构及企业价值的研究现状展开分析,明确融资结构、企业价值以及融资结构与企业价值相关性的相关概念。以珠海格力电器股份有限公司为例展开案例分析,分析格力电器融资结构以及融资结构对格力电器价值增长和变化的影响。最后提出了优化企业融资结构,提升企业价值的有效对策和建议,以期为相关企业提供有效参考。

Slimmed May Day Holiday
