中国商业银行全要素生产率测度及其影响因素分析

文章利用Malmquist生产率指数测算了中国14家商业银行2000-2006年的全要素生产率、技术效率和技术变化,并构建Panel Data模型对影响中国商业银行效率的因素进行实证检验.结果表明,2000-2006年中国商业银行全要素生产率平均增长率为4.88%,其主要来源于技术进步的作用,国有商业银行全要素生产率增长比股份制商业银行高,ATM与POS投资对中国商业银行全要素生产率有显著正影响,自有资本比例有利于改善商业银行生产效率,而存贷款比例、规模、资产费用率与商业银行生产效率提高没有显著联系.     

环境规制对绿色全要素生产率的影响——基于环境分权和空间溢出视角

基于我国省级2003—2020年的宏观层面数据，以实施环境规制面临的成本—收益分析和中国式环境联邦主义理论分析为基础，利用基准模型和空间模型实证分析在环境分权背景下环境规制对绿色全要素生产率的影响。研究发现，命令控制型环境规制对绿色全要素生产率呈倒U形影响，先促进后抑制，目前已过拐点；以工业污染治理投资为代表的治理投资型环境规制对绿色全要素生产率呈U形影响，先抑制后促进，目前已过拐点；市场引导型环境规制对绿色全要素生产率呈倒U形影响，先促进后抑制，目前未过拐点。在环境分权背景下，环境分权对命令控制型环境规制产生负向调节作用，缩短其促进绿色全要素生产率的有效时间，削弱其作用强度；环境分权对市场引导型环境规制产生正向调节作用，延长了其发挥正向作用的时间。在时空异质性分析中发现，在经济高质量发展阶段，各类环境规制对绿色全要素生产率的影响与基准结果一致，仅有市场引导型环境规制的倒U形影响贯穿经济高速发展和经济高质量发展阶段；在东部地区，市场引导型环境规制对绿色全要素生产率的影响更强，而命令控制型环境规制在中西部地区的影响更强。绿色全要素生产率具有不可忽略的空间相关性，治理投资型环境规制和市场引...     

我国商业银行全要素生产率实证分析

全要素生产率是最新测度银行效率的方法,能全面地体现影响我国商业银行经营效率因素中除了技术进步因素外的其他影响因素(如规模大小等)所占的比例。本文以2006—2009年为观测期,得出我国18家商业银行全要素生产率整体提升,其中国有商业银行生产有效性的恶化是由技术进步水平落后造成的,而股份制商业银行生产有效性的提升主要依赖于前沿面移动效应。     

财政支出、空间溢出与全要素生产率增长——基于动态空间面板模型的实证研究

通过构建财政支出、空间溢出与全要素生产率增长的分析框架,采用动态空间面板计量方法,考察1998—2010年中国大陆财政支出对全要素生产率增长的影响及其空间溢出效应,结果表明:财政支出规模的扩大对全要素生产率增长和技术进步率的提高具有积极的推动作用;在分项财政支出中,教育、公共服务及社会保障就业支出与技术进步均具有正相关性,而农业支出对技术进步的作用并不显著;一个地区的财政支出,尤其是教育和公共服务支出对相邻地区的全要素生产率增长和技术进步会产生明显的正向空间溢出效应。     

我国银行业改革中的商业银行效率演进:基于M指数法的实证分析

本文利用基于DEA的曼奎斯特生产率指数法测算了1993-2006年我国商业银行曼奎斯特生产率指数、技术效率指数和技术进步指数,并时市场竞争度、所有权结构、银行初始效率水平与生产率增长、技术效率提高和技术进步的关系进行了实证检验.结果表明,商业化改革对我国商业银行全要素生产率变化具有显著影响:我国商业银行的生产率是增长的,1999年以前生产率增长主要源于技术进步带来的"追赶效应",1999年以后则源于技术进步带来的"前沿面移动效应";我国商业银行的生产率增长和技术效率提高有趋同的趋势,初始效率低的国有银行生产率增长和效率提高的速度快于效率较高的股份制银行;最后,本文发现市场竞争和产权结构都对商业银行生产率增长、效率提高和技术进步具有重要的影响.     

技术效率、技术进步与文化产业全要素生产率分析

通过采用三阶段DEA-Malmquist面板模型,本文对1999-2009年我国文化产业的数据进行实证检验,对我国文化产业整体、地区间和行业间全要素生产率进行了研究,发现文化产业全要素生产率较低,且波动率较大;随着文化体制改革的推进,文化产业全要素生产率的动力变为技术进步,而技术效率中纯技术效率持续恶化,规模效率得到了初步改善;文化产业全要素生产率存在较大的地区间差异性,其中东部地区最高,中部地区次之,东北地区和西部地区最低;地区经济发展程度、金融市场完善程度、政府扶持力度、城市化进程和初始人力资本,对文化产业生产效率产生重要影响,文化产业全要素生产率在各细分行业间表现出较大的差异性。     

技术效率、技术进步与中国流通业生产率增长

文章运用基于数据包络分析的Malmquist指数方法测算了中国流通业全要素生产率增长状况,并将其分解为技术效率变化和技术进步.研究表明,1993-2008年中国流通业全要素生产率的平均增长率为0.6%,其中技术效率改善0.4%,技术进步率为0.2%,不同时期生产率增长的特点存在一定差异.同时,东、中、西部地区之间和地区内部全要素生产率的增长率也存在显著差异.全要素生产率对流通业的作用还有待进一步提高.     

农村金融发展对中国农业全要素生产率的影响:是技术进步还是技术效率——基于省级动态面板数据的GMM估计

通过DEA Malmquist指数方法测算农业全要素生产率及其构成,在此基础上通过省级动态面板数据的GMM方法分析农村金融发展对农业全要素生产率及其构成的影响与区域差异。结果表明:农村金融发展对农业全要素生产率具有正向促进作用;农村金融发展促进全要素生产率增长主要是农业技术进步效应,而不是农业技术效率效应;农村金融发展对农业全要素生产率的影响存在区域差异,并且东部、中西部地区农村金融发展的农业全要素生产率的增长效应同样来自农业技术进步效应的驱动。完善中国农村金融体系的落脚点应是促进农村金融区域平衡发展,不断提高其服务农业实体经济增长的作用。     

基于财务报表的投入产出分析——一种非参数方法

本文利用财务报表中的"投入产出"数据对沪深两市40家高新技术上市公司的全要素生产率进行估算,我们采用了Malmquist-DEA非参数估计方法,对公司的全要素生产率进行技术分解和计算,因此避免了传统生产函数的缺陷。根据估算结果我们发现,技术效率的进步是各个高新技术公司全要素生产率提高的主要来源,而生产效率的进步则对全要素生产率提高的贡献不明显。     

我国建筑业生产率变动和影响因素分析

建筑业对经济增长和就业增加都具有重要的意义.本文利用SBM-DEA模型和2000-2009年的数据评价了中国建筑业的全要素生产率变化和其分解情况,结果发现中国建筑业全要素生产率呈上升趋势,但主要来源于技术进步,而技术效率呈下降趋势,其中规模效率下降的非常快.因此,有必要提高建筑业的管理水平,改变粗放式的增长模式,提高劳动投入的技术水平等.
