为解决改进的基于Sigmoid函数变步长最小均方(G SVSLMS)算法步长更新公式易受 噪声干扰的问题,根据高斯白噪声的零均值特性,对G SVSLMS算法进行改进,提出基于零 均值特性的改进G SVSLMS算法,使算法的抗噪声干扰能力明显增强。理论分析和仿真结果 表明:若两算法选取相同参数α、β,则基于零均值特性的改进G SVSLMS算法相 对于G SVSLMS算法具有小的稳态误差;在保证算法收敛的条件下,基于零均值特性的改进G SVSLMS算法相对于G SVSLMS算法具有较快的收敛速度。  相似文献

为了提高LMS自适应滤波算法的性能,在分析已有变步长算法的基础上进行了一些改 进。改进算法用误差信号的自相关来调节步长以实现对不相关噪声的更好抑制,且采 用先固定后变化的方法控制步长,兼顾了暂态和稳态性能。利用改进算法进行了自适应噪声 抵消的仿真实验,结果表明,基于改进变步长LMS算法的自适应噪声抵消器 能有效抵制噪声干扰,对含噪信号具有良好的消噪能力。  相似文献

介绍一种基于迭代次数变步长的LMS算法,通过自适应噪声抵消系统,对心电信号中的工频干扰进行抑制。实验结果表明,基于迭代次数变步长的LMS算法滤波效果最好,信噪比提高了46.0149dB,同时收敛速度也是最快的,并且具有好的实时性,验证了该算法在抑制工频干扰方面的有效性和优越性,有重要的理论意义和实用价值。  相似文献

对于长抽头系数自适应算法,基于最大化自适应滤波器系数误差向量原则的变速率部分更新算法,能够在大幅度降低算法实现复杂度的同时,解决部分更新算法收敛速度慢的问题。但是,该变速率算法仅适用于LMS结构,对于具有非线性代价函数的部分更新自适应盲均衡算法并不适用。基于同样的最优化思想,通过替换步长计算表达式中的部分统计量,提出了能够适合于部分更新多模盲均衡算法(MMA)的确定性变步长控制算法,并通过递归的方式计算步长值,简化了实现过程。对固定信道和时变信道的数值仿真结果表明,新算法相比传统基于收敛误差的经验性变步长算法具有更快的收敛速度和更好的跟踪性能,有效解决了部分更新自适应盲均衡算法的确定性变速率控制问题,提升了算法的收敛速度和跟踪性能。  相似文献

针对现有的无人机航迹规划方法收敛速度较慢、效率不高、易陷入局部最优等问题,构建了基于改进细菌觅食优化算法的无人机航迹规划结构,从三个方面改进算法:一是将固定步长改为自适应步长;二是游动时嵌入粒子群算法学习因子思想;三是将固定迁徙概率改为自适应迁徙概率。同时,提出了飞行代价目标函数,通过函数寻优进行无人机航迹规划,并由数字高程数据建立三维环境,对比基本细菌觅食优化算法和粒子群算法进行仿真。结果表明,基于改进细菌觅食优化算法优化的无人机航迹规划结构具有路径长度更短、路径更平滑和收敛速度更快的特点。  相似文献

基于非线性盲源分离的维纳系统算法中,采用固定步长导致算法的收敛速度和稳态误差之间存在矛盾,直接影响分离算法的性能。为了解决该问题,提出了基于非线性函数的变步长维纳系统盲源分离方法。该方法将更新的步长以非线性函数的形式引入到分离算法中,使得稳态时参数更新的步长尽可能小,以避免发生振荡。变步长算法在分离过程中的每次更新都会使步长自动进行合理的调整,使得收敛速度提高了53%,误差减小了45%。实验仿真表明,相对原算法,提出的维纳系统盲源分离方法可以更好地分离出信源信号,而且具有较小的误差和较快的收敛速度。  相似文献

针对已有的变步长自适应算法收敛速度和稳态误差矛盾的问题,提出了一种新的变步长最小均方自适应滤波算法。新的算法在类S函数的基础上,引入调节因子P对步长函数的形状进行实时调整,并以误差的自相关时间均值估计调节步长,使得算法在初始时具有较快的收敛速度,稳态时有更平滑的步长变化。在新算法中引用最大似然加权算法进一步抑制自适应滤波器权系数伪峰。将新算法和最大似然加权应用在自适应时延估计的实验中,结果表明:在已有参数固定的条件下,新提出的算法具有更快的收敛速度和更小的稳态误差。同时,时延估计实验中能有效地实现信噪比-3 dB以上的准确时延估计。  相似文献

方位超分辨是国内外雷达界持续探索的一项技术难题。为解决高斯噪声情况下天线低通效应造成的方位低分辨力问题,利用基于泊松噪声情况下Richardson-Lucy(RL)算法对其进行研究。针对RL算法中高斯噪声被放大出现虚假目标和RL算法收敛速度慢的缺点,提出了一种改进RL算法。该算法首先使用低通滤波去除高频段的噪声,然后利用加速RL算法进行方位超分辨。仿真结果表明:与原RL算法相比,改进RL算法能降低高斯噪声的影响,消除虚假目标;在信噪比低至0 dB时,相对于半功率波束宽度,改进RL算法的最大分辩倍数为1.8倍,与维纳逆滤波算法相比具有较强的噪声适应能力,可以应用于雷达方位超分辨。  相似文献

影响语音通信质量的主要原因归咎于通话中存在电路回声和声学回声的干扰,从而导致用户体验不佳。研究者提出了多种回声消除改进算法,希望通过算法的改进来达到提高通信质量的目的,在研究中常被用到的有LMS、RLS等算法。首先阐述了语音通信中的回声类型并分析了不同回声类型产生的原理,然后简单介绍了自适应滤波器的基本原理,最后着重研究基于LMS的自适应滤波改进算法λ-LMS算法,通过改善因子λ调整获取实时最优步长因子来达到提高收敛速度与降低发散度的目的,并设计相关程序输入MATLAB中检测算法优劣性。  相似文献
