我国的经济改革是在传统计划体制背景下启动的,也是在一定的改革意识引领下发生的,但在传统政治经济学框架内形成的改革理论具有一定的局限性。改革开放以来,经济学者运用现代经济学方法对中国经济进行分析,获得了有价值的成果。但是,我国经济学理论的转型还没有完成。为了深化市场经济的改革,如何科学地认识市场经济,怎样在经济学理论研究中体现现代精神,都需要在范式转型的前提下继续进行探索。 相似文献

The authors report on the results of a telephone survey of 1,001 employees of seven large corporations conducted for the Business Roundtable as part of its public policy program. A set of 20 questions keyed to the Voluntary National Content Standards in Economics was embedded in the survey. A measure of economic literacy was constructed from the survey results. Greater economic literacy was associated with more overall education, more college economics coursework, high incomes, and being male. An examination of individual test questions revealed that previous college economics had substantial effects on employees' current economic literacy. 相似文献

Synopsis Radical alternatives, in terms of our ideas about science in society, about economics, ideology and institutional arrangements,
should be included among possibilities considered within the scope of a pluralistic philosophy. While all these aspects of
our mental maps are interrelated and important, economics plays a key role in attempts to get closer to a sustainable society.
Mainstream neoclassical economics is not enough. The tendency to exclusively rely on this particular theory is considered
part of the problems faced. A ‘sustainability economics’ more in line with dominant ideas of democracy is proposed, emphasizing
the ethical, ideological and political elements. Reference is made to institutional theory but the principles and concepts
suggested are in many ways similar to other kinds of heterodox economics and developments in other social sciences. Neoclassical
economics is used as a point of reference in pointing to alternative ideas about human beings, organizations, markets, decision-
making, efficiency, rationality, progress in society and institutional change processes. Predilection for such an alternative
conceptual framework (or for neoclassical economics) is not exclusively a scientific choice but as much a matter of political
and ideological preferences. One paradigm may be dominant at a time, but because of the ideological specificity of each paradigm,
competing theoretical perspectives should be accepted and even encouraged in a democratic society.

改革开放的实践告诉我们,不搞市场经济,中国无法提高生产力水平;不坚持社会主义方向,中国无法消除两极分化、达到共同富裕。高校如何开好马克思主义政治经济学和西方经济学这两门课,关系到中国特色社会主义事业的接班人和建设者综合素质,关系到国家的命运和前途。为此,笔者认为,首先要准确把握好这两门课的性质和功能,摆正二者的位置,处理好二者的关系;然后要对教学内容、教学环节、教学方法作一些大胆的改进。最重要的一点,是对担任这两门课的教师,要实行"准入制"。 相似文献

My purpose is to appraise the recent critique of theoretical economics by applying the methodological perspective. Therefore, I start by identifying the main lines of criticism raised against theoretical economics in the aftermath of the post-2008 global economic crisis: namely, the voices criticizing economics for its unrealistic models, excessive mathematization, and overconfidence in its theoretical claims. First, I show that these issues are interconnected and should be jointly analyzed. Next, I investigate these lines of critique from the perspective provided by the latest achievements in the philosophy of economics (e.g., studies on the epistemic role of economic models). Taking this perspective reinforces some allegations against economics (e.g., these voices accusing economists of treating economic laws as universal laws of nature) and makes some criticisms more nuanced (e.g., the issue of unrealistic assumptions). I conclude by stating that such a methodological perspective is necessary in critically apprising the recent critique of economics. 相似文献

Abstract: Using 1994-1995 data, Nieswiadomy (1998) found that economics majors scored well on the Law School Admissions Test. These results are frequently posted on university Web sites by economics departments. However, because the results are nearly 10 years old, it may be interesting to determine if economics majors still perform as well. The author, using current data for the 2003-2004 class of students entering law school, finds that economics majors still performed at or near the top of all majors taking the test. Economics majors rank first (156.6) of the 12 largest disciplines (those with more than 2,200 students entering law school). Economics ranks third behind physics/math (158.9) and philosophy/religion (157.4) in a set of 29 discipline groupings that are created to yield at least 700 students with similar majors. 相似文献

The critical roles of entrepreneurs in creating, operating, and destroying markets, as well as their importance in driving long-term economic growth are still generally either absent from principles of economics texts or relegated to later chapters. The primary difficulties in explaining entrepreneurship at the principles level are the lack of a universally accepted definition, a plausible explanation of the demand for entrepreneurship, and a diagram that summarizes the impact of entrepreneurship on market equilibrium and growth—a definition, a story, and a picture. This article discusses how the notion of the stationary state associated with Schumpeter (1911/1983), Knight (1921/1971), and Weber (1930/2002) can provide a framework for integrating the entrepreneur into the early part of principles of economics courses. 相似文献

从计划经济体制向市场经济体制的转型,是整体意艾上制度系统的结构和性质的改变.这一过程就构成了转型经济学研究的主题.它区别于对计划经济体制和市场经济体制本身的研究.目前这一领域尚未形成统一的研究范式,新古典自由主义、新凯恩斯主叉、演化经济学和制度变迁理论等都在这一领域有着广泛的应用.但这些理论都有着自己的适用范围,在转型经济领域的应用都有着明显的缺陷,更不能独自成为转型经济学最恰当的研究范式.在各个理论范式碰撞与融合的基础上,进一步实现转型经济理论研究范式的创新,是转型经济学进一步发展的必然. 相似文献

文章根据1952~2005年的样本数据,利用带有结构突变的单位根检验方法和协变模型判定了我国国内生产总值和资本形成总额时间序列均是带有一次均值突变的趋势平稳过程,证实了我国经济增长与资本形成之间存在着同期协变关系;并利用脉冲响应函数、方差分解以及动态相关系数研究了中国经济增长和资本形成间的动态相关性.最后,文章在此分析基础上得出了主要结论,并提出相应的政策建议. 相似文献

Little attention has been given to the measurement of changes in attitudes and beliefs resulting from instruction in economics. This deficiency is met by Mann and Fusfeld who relate attitude changes to growth in students' knowledge (cognition) and to characteristics of both students and instructors. The findings from this research suggest a conflict among the goals of instruction. They also imply greater persistence of changes in attitude than of changes in knowledge. 相似文献

Post-Keynesian and institutionalist writers have commented on the theoretical and conceptual commonalities between the two schools. Some have suggested a theoretical synthesis based on these commonalities. In spite of these theoretical and conceptual commonalities each tradition has developed significantly different methods of analysis. Instead of theoretical or conceptual synthesis we seek here to present a methodological synthesis. Institutionalist methods have yielded "plausible" explanations, but these have been too "vague and suggestive" to be consistently used for economic policy. Post-Keynesian methods have policy necessary "rigor," but the similarity to neoclassical methods has exposed post-Keynesian theories to unwarranted synthesis with incompatible traditions. This essay presents a synthesis of post-Keynesian and institutionalist methodology, one of "plausible rigor," combining elements of "institutional dynamics" with a heuristic framework based on John Dewey's "instrumental logic," and proposes that the resulting approach overcomes weaknesses in the methods of analysis of both schools. 相似文献
