为解决船载测控设备对同波束内的非主跟踪扩频目标测轨时测角数据偏差大的问题,剖析了现有设备同波束多目标测轨方法的缺陷,提出了一种基于多目标角误差电压的角度修正方法,根据此方法分析了测控过程中获取的外测数据,对实测角度数据进行了修正和定轨反演验证,通过多目标测角信息传输方式的改进实现测角数据的实时修正,有效提高了同波束多目标飞行轨迹测量精度。     

两颗中继卫星共用测站协同控制研究

中继卫星地面应用系统建设周期长、建设造价昂贵。处于相近轨位的两颗中继卫星使用同一个测站进行测控和数据中继应用,能够有效降低系统建设成本。通过梳理卫星各平台测控事件之间的时间约束关系及其对地面应用系统的设备的使用约束,分析了测定轨精度、位置保持、星蚀期能源管理、地敏探头干扰保护对共用测站的影响,提出了两颗中继卫星分时测定轨、位置保持分别进行地敏探头干扰保护的方法,以及平台应急条件下共用测站控制支持模式。最后,就共用测站执行数据中继任务提出了建简易备份站降速使用的建议,为中继卫星地面应用系统建设提供有益的参考。     

利用多转发器直播卫星信号的外辐射源目标探测技术

根据某直播卫星实际信号的特点,分析了该直播卫星信号作为外辐射源的最大探测距离以及距离走动、频率扩散对目标探测的影响。通过实际信号的原理验证实验,进一步证明了该目标探测手段的可行性。提出了利用该直播卫星多路转发器信号实现相参积累的方法,并介绍了相参积累的原理。最后,利用对模糊函数的输出进行二维插值的方法,推导并仿真了相参积累的算法。仿真结果表明：利用该直播卫星信号作为外辐射源的7路转发器信号实现相参积累,检测信噪比可以提高8 dB。

基于卫星通信信号的多站时差测轨是一种重要的新型无源测轨方法,分析其定轨精度对系统 应用具有重要意义。介绍了四站时 差测轨原理与系统组成,提出了基于四站时差测量数据的自校准统计定轨策略,采用计算机 仿真了同步轨道卫星的统计定轨精度。仿真结果表明：当无系统误差时,24 h观测数据统计定轨位置误差约为11 m,预报1周位置误差约100 m;当存在系统 误差时,可用自校准方法同步估计系统误差,系统误差估计精度约为4 m,位置误差约 为120 m,预报1周的位置误差约为200 m。     

某型地球同步卫星地面测控管理系统双站融合与互操作设计

我国出口的商业地球同步卫星其地面测控系统一般由地理上相隔一定距离的两个地面站组成,每个站有一个卫星控制中心（SCC）和基带、链路及天线系统。为了提高地面测控系统的可靠性,减少操作人员,重点研究了两个卫星控制中心、两个地面站的测控（TT&C）设备之间相互融合与互操作问题。提出通过统一两个站SCC、自动监控系统（MCS）、基带的接口,保持SCC数据库同步,实现两个站的融合。在MCS的配合下,在遥测、遥控、测距和校零模式下可以实现双站的互操作,每个站的SCC可以通过任何一个站的基带、链路及天线接收下行遥测数据,发送上行遥控和测距信号。所提出的双站融合与互操作设计在多个出口卫星项目地面测控系统中得到应用,降低了系统运行的成本。     

一种通信卫星在轨测试中群时延特性测量方法及工程实现

讨论了群时延的概念及群时延的测试原理和方法,并在通信卫星在轨测试的工程实现中,针对卫星转发器频段多及Ka频段转发器频率较高的特点,重点描述了综合群时延测试的方案设计及实现。经工程验证,该方法提高了在轨测试的效率和群时延测试精度。     

一种抗多径效应的非相干无人机测距方案

多径效应是造成无人机测控系统可用性降低的重要原因之一。为了降低多径效应对无人机（UAV）测控系统的影响,提出了一种非相干测距技术方案。该方案利用了单载波频域均衡（SC-FDE）技术以及优化遥控帧与伪码速率关系及发送位置的方法,降低了机上测距数据下传误码率,同时提高了机上采样精度。经仿真验证,在反射路径信号比直达路径小6 dB且信噪比大于7 dB时,系统的测距精度满足无人机测控系统的指标要求。     

标校卫星地面应用系统方案设计

卫星标校技术采用低轨卫星搭载标校载荷为地面测控设备标定系统误差,由于国内标校卫星发展较晚,相关研究主要集中于地面具体型号测控设备的卫星标校方法,缺少标校卫星地面系统研究以及真实卫星数据和试验验证手段。针对国内首个标校卫星型号“天平”一号卫星地面应用系统,设计了系统工作模式,提出了标校卫星任务规划方法,并对精密定轨调度和标校数据处理业务流程进行了分析设计。标校卫星地面应用系统面向标校用户提供测控设备标校服务,并为后续研究提供真实卫星数据和试验验证平台。     

脉冲超宽带测控信号时延精密跟踪方法

脉冲超宽带测控新体制可有效提高测控系统的安全性能,且具有潜在的高精度测距能力。为了实现其高精度测距功能,提出了一种基于延迟锁定环路的脉冲超宽带测控信号时延精密跟踪方法。该方法在传统伪码跟踪环的基础上进行改进,利用基于非相干积分的非线性反馈环路对接收信号的脉冲相位进行精密跟踪。理论分析和仿真结果表明,该延迟锁定环路可以完成对脉冲超宽带测控信号的时延精密跟踪。与直扩测控信号相比,在相同条件下,脉冲超宽带测控信号的时延跟踪相对误差更大,但由于脉冲宽度很窄,在一定载噪比条件下,其测量精度仍可达厘米量级甚至更高。
