采用CPCI总线的通用高速数传接收机

针对高速数传技术的快速发展和广泛应用,提出了一种DSP实现CPCI总线的高速数传 通用接收机实现方案。该设计兼容模数混合和全数字硬件输入接口,采用ADC采样率在线设 置和程序动态加载技术,可实时完成对不同码速率和不同调制编码方式数据源的解调译码。 对450 Mbit/s和600 Mbit/s两种高速数传性能进行了测试,结果表明其接收机解调 损失分别小于1 dB和1.5 dB,满足工程应用需求。     

基于FPGA的宽动态范围DPSK解调器设计

为了解决大多普勒频移、猝发通信条件下传统接收机结构复杂的问题,设计并实现了一 种基于FPGA实现的宽动态范围全数字DPSK基带接收机。采用1 bit A/D带通采样技术和差分 检测技术,在最大40 kHz多普勒频移条件下实现了70 dB动态范围。该技术已用于 某低成本毫米波数据通信系统中,实现了码速率为10 Mbit/s、动态范围大于70 dB的D PSK信号解调,系统误比特率为10-6。     

基于JESD204协议的AD采样数据高速串行传输

为解决传统采样数据并行传输时受码间同步及串扰影响的问题,研究了ADC采样数据的高速串行传输协议——JESD204协议,提出了一种具有自主知识产权的、基于FPGA中高速串行收发器GTX实现JESD204协议IP核的方法,实现了对ADC采样数据的高速串行传输并接收。实验表明,采用基于JESD204协议的高速串行传输方式可实现单通道3.2 Gb/s的传输速度,符合机载通信终端小型化的发展趋势。     

一种用于高速QPSK解调的四次方环载波恢复电路

为解决高速QPSK信号全数字解调的技术瓶颈问题,采用模拟方案 ,研制了一种四次方环载波恢复电路,重点介绍了应用混频器上变频特性的宽带平方电路以 及锁相环（PLL）载波提取电路的设计过程。测试结果表明,该载波恢复电路可以完成载频 为720 MHz、码速率100 Mbit/s～1 Gbit/s范围的QPSK信号同步载波恢复,解 决了高速信号相干解调中载波同步的关键技术问题。     

一种雷达频率源的简易设计方法

针对传统多功能雷达频率源方案复杂、体积大、成本高的缺点,提出了一种雷达频率源的简易设计方法。该方法基于高频主振分频的频率合成方案,并通过信号频率的组合设计进一步简化了电路形式,成功实现了某型雷达所需的线性调频激励源、捷变频本振源、多普勒模拟源、采样时钟等多路信号的输出,X频段信号相位噪声达-106 dBc/Hz@1 kHz和-114 dBc/Hz@10 kHz,跳频时间小于2 ??s,性能指标与采用直接频率合成实现的雷达频率源相当。     

靶场毫米波信号高灵敏度接收与测试新方法

基于靶场毫米波测试中微弱信号（低至-128 dBm）检测的实际需求,通过信噪比分析 ,采用外差式宽带多通道快速扫频复合信道化技术,在W频段实现了-128 dBm接收灵敏 度的测 试系统。同时,设计了毫米波信标源并利用空间衰减理论,提出了一种W频段高灵敏度（- 128 dBm）测试的新方法。理论分析表明,测试距离为290 m、相应的衰减值约为-1 21.5 dB时,可提供一个功率最小达到-128 dBm的W频段毫米波信号源。利用标定后的 毫米波信号源进行外场实际测量,证明了该测试方法的可行性。     

基于VPX架构和第四代Sharc DSP的SAR信号处理系统

给出了一种基于VPX架构和ADSP-21469的合成孔径雷达（SAR）实时信号处理机的设 计与实现。处理机分别采用基于FPGA的交换机和各Lane接收缓冲再同步技术解决板内外数据 交换和多Lane Serial RapidI/O同步难点,实现了实时宽带雷达回波中频采样变换和SAR成 像处理。测试表明,该信号处理机比相同处理能力的传统处理机至少减少40 W功耗,并 具有高达1 Gbyte/s的I/O吞吐力。     

一款光学瞬时测频接收机

采用时间波长映射技术，研制了一款40 Gsample/s高速光采样瞬时测频接收机原理样机。该样机摆脱电模数转换器的电子瓶颈，突破高速高品质光采样脉冲的产生、光电接口匹配和高效瞬时测频软硬件实现等关键技术，能够实现近20 GHz带宽内信号的采样、量化及瞬时测频。     

新型多通道宽带接收激励器设计

为满足机载综合前端宽带数据高速射频采样和激励合成的要求,以及解决传统接收激励器平台方案中接收激励与信号处理未分离和传输数据带宽不足两大问题,提出了新型多通道宽带接收激励器设计方案。该方案不仅实现了多通道500 Msample/s高速模数、数模转换,还通过对接收激励通道及高速数据接口逻辑巧妙设计实现了在接收端完美复原传输端数据流信号,实现了FPGA的4x高速吉比特传输接口与后端信号处理FPGA之间最高可达10 Gb/s的高速点对点数据通信,实现了真正意义上的多通道宽带接收激励功能,具有推广意义。     

A Novel Tri-Band Bandpass Filter Incorporating Stub Loaded Resonator and DGS Resonator

给出了一种采用枝节加载谐振器和缺陷地面结构实现的三通带滤波器。枝节加载谐振器采用 交趾耦合实现了工作于2.45 GHz和5.25 GHz的两个通带,利用缺陷地面结构实现了 工作于3.5 GHz的另一个通带,3个通带实现了独立设计。基于该方法,设制作了一个工 作于2.45 GHz、3.5 GHz和5.25 GHz 3个无线通信频段的三通带滤波器。实测 和仿真结果对比验证了设计方法的有效性。
