基于PCI/PCIX总线实现宽带数据高速传输

介绍了传统宽带数传的实现方式,分析了用FPGA实现PCI/PCIX总线的优点,实现了基 于PCI/PCIX总线IP核的宽带高速数传,IP核在66 M/64 bit工作方式,以突发传输模式 下,速度达到了420 Mbyte/s,满足了宽带数据高速传输的要求。     

基于VPX架构和第四代Sharc DSP的SAR信号处理系统

给出了一种基于VPX架构和ADSP-21469的合成孔径雷达（SAR）实时信号处理机的设 计与实现。处理机分别采用基于FPGA的交换机和各Lane接收缓冲再同步技术解决板内外数据 交换和多Lane Serial RapidI/O同步难点,实现了实时宽带雷达回波中频采样变换和SAR成 像处理。测试表明,该信号处理机比相同处理能力的传统处理机至少减少40 W功耗,并 具有高达1 Gbyte/s的I/O吞吐力。     

SC-FDE宽带航空数传接收机的设计与实现

为满足航空信道条件下的远距离宽带数据传输需求,基于单载波频域均衡传输（SC-FDE）体制,采用8PSK调制体制进行了宽带数字接收机的设计,包括传输帧同步、载波同步、定时同步、信道估计和频域均衡。同时,为保证灵活应用的需求,采用数字内插的方式进行了可变传输速率设计。基于Xilinx现场可编程门阵列（FPGA）平台对硬件实现进行优化,最终实现了传输速率能够从112.5 Mbit/s覆盖到900 Mbit/s的数传接收机。仿真分析和硬件测试结果表明,该接收解调设备能够实现很好的性能指标,同时SC-FDE架构具备有效补偿多径传播影响的能力,适合应用于高动态无线宽带航空数据传输系统中。     

宽带DRFM雷达干扰机信号处理模块设计

给出了宽带数字射频存储器(DRFM)雷达干 扰机信号处理模块组成框图以及信号处理流程,描述了模块实现的关键技术,特别是在FP GA中实现高速信号并行处理的方法。该信号处理模块可以提供1 GHz瞬时处理带宽,存 储深度达到2 048 μs,可实现对新体制宽带雷达有效干扰,具有广阔的应用前景 。     

宽带8PSK解调高速数传接收机设计

受卫星信道热噪声、多普勒、畸变影响,传统八进制相位键控（8PSK）接收机性能不 佳,速率不高,较少应用于航天测控通信系统。针对这一问题,设计并实现了一种基于FPGA 的航天测控系统宽带8PSK解调高速数传接收机,采用Gardner算法实现时钟恢复,利用基于 最大似然估计的鉴相算法完成载波同步,并用分数间隔的并行恒模均衡算法提高接收性能。 该技术已应用于某接收系统并实现了600 Mb/s 8PSK信号解调,误码率在1×10-3 ～1×10-8之间时,解调损失与理论值不超过2 dB。宽带8PSK解调高速数传接收 机可为我国二代中继系统提供支持。     

采用CPCI总线的通用高速数传接收机

针对高速数传技术的快速发展和广泛应用,提出了一种DSP实现CPCI总线的高速数传 通用接收机实现方案。该设计兼容模数混合和全数字硬件输入接口,采用ADC采样率在线设 置和程序动态加载技术,可实时完成对不同码速率和不同调制编码方式数据源的解调译码。 对450 Mbit/s和600 Mbit/s两种高速数传性能进行了测试,结果表明其接收机解调 损失分别小于1 dB和1.5 dB,满足工程应用需求。     

基于JESD204协议的AD采样数据高速串行传输

为解决传统采样数据并行传输时受码间同步及串扰影响的问题,研究了ADC采样数据的高速串行传输协议——JESD204协议,提出了一种具有自主知识产权的、基于FPGA中高速串行收发器GTX实现JESD204协议IP核的方法,实现了对ADC采样数据的高速串行传输并接收。实验表明,采用基于JESD204协议的高速串行传输方式可实现单通道3.2 Gb/s的传输速度,符合机载通信终端小型化的发展趋势。     

自适应动态延时调整的SERDES技术在宽带数据传输中的应用

针对宽带高速数传需求,提出了一种基于SERDES技术实现高速传输的解决方法。通过对串行器/解串器（SERDES）原理进行研究,提出了一种利用Idelay原语实现SERDES延时的自适应动态调整方法,可动态调整延时2.496 ns,解决了SERDES传输时固有的相位漂移问题。实验结果表明,基于SERDES技术,可实现60个通路、每路850 Mb/s的传输速度,满足了项目需求,且易于移植,对于高速、多路数传系统设计有参考意义。     

一种用于高速QPSK解调的四次方环载波恢复电路

为解决高速QPSK信号全数字解调的技术瓶颈问题,采用模拟方案 ,研制了一种四次方环载波恢复电路,重点介绍了应用混频器上变频特性的宽带平方电路以 及锁相环（PLL）载波提取电路的设计过程。测试结果表明,该载波恢复电路可以完成载频 为720 MHz、码速率100 Mbit/s～1 Gbit/s范围的QPSK信号同步载波恢复,解 决了高速信号相干解调中载波同步的关键技术问题。     

B3G射频接收机前端设计

分析了DC-OFDM零中频接收方案,采用两个相邻子载波以分路/合路的方式进行信号处理以降 低硬件难度和复杂度。利用ADS软件设计了B3G射频接收机,其低噪声放大器的最低噪声系数 为1.7 dB,三阶交调点为-1 dBm;下变频器在频带范围内其增益为12.5 dB, 1 dB压缩点-12 dBm,三阶交调点-3 dBm。实验 测试结果表明,所设计的前端满足接收机的指标要求,适合于宽带通信系统。
