基子多智能体的分销链协同一体化运作建模与流程分析

预测-计划-调度是分销链运作研究的重要内容,协同一体化的运作模型构建及流程分析有助于优化分销链的管理.在比较了基于对象建模和基于Agent建模的基础上,给出了分销链运作与Agent的对应关系.根据多智能体技术的建模方法和流程,运用该技术对分销链协同一体化的运作模型进行了优化,并给出了基于多智能体技术的预测一计划-调度的智能运作模型,并对该模型的运作流程进行了分析.     

基于商业文化和多智能体的分销链订货运作模式再设计

在探讨我国分销链公司商业文化和信息化的条件下,基于分销链模式和现代分销链管理扁平化趋势的需求,给出了基于多智能体（Multi—agent）技术的分销链订货运作的工作流模型,运用工作流及Multi—agent技术对分销链订货运作过程进行了重组和构建,实现了分销链公司行政管理业务与订货运作业务相分离的新型运作模式。通过对传统分销链的订货运作模式和基于Multi—agent的订货运作模式的比较,探讨了基于Multi—agent分销链订货运作模式的可行性。     

基于多Agent技术的集装箱多式联运虚拟企业运作模型研究

集装箱多式联运是一种以实现货物整体运输效益最优为目的的联运组织形式。由于其具有显著的优越性,在国际贸易中发挥着越来越重要的作用、文章在阐述多Agent技术概念、特点及适用性的基础上,提出了基于多Agent技术的集装箱多式联运虚拟企业结构模型,并具体阐述了集装箱多式联运虚拟企业运作流程,从而进一步优化集装箱多式联运运作模式,形成一个柔性、动态、高效的运输链．以期为多式联运组织的运作优化提供一定的理论参考。     

基于多Agent的库存管理智能决策支持系统研究

在传统库存管理决策支持系统的基础上,结合Agent技术,提出了一种基于多Agent的库存管理智能决策支持系统模型,介绍了该模型的系统结构,阐述了模型各个子系统的功能,给出了系统工作流程、Agent结构。该模型解决了传统库存管理决策支持系统难以适应动态环境变化的问题,提高了库存管理决策支持系统的智能性。文章最后总结了采用多Agent技术实现库存管理智能决策支持系统的主要优点。     

基于多Agent的智能决策支持系统研究

针对智能化群体决策,结合Agent技术提出了基于多Agent的智能决策支持系统模型。分别对该模型的交互层以及智能决策层中的各Agent进行了描述,并说明了资源层中各库的功能。该系统通过黑板控制Agent进行Agent之间地协调,有助于多个Agent协同求解大规模复杂问题。     

基于多Agent粒子群改进算法的车间调度

针对制造系统中车间调度过程存在的动态性与复杂性问题,本文基于粒子群算法,结合多Agent协同优化性,构建了粒子群算法的是适应度函数,以及多Agent车间调度的行动策略,提出了基于多Agent粒子群改进算法(particle swarm improved algorithmbased on multi-agent,PSIMA),建立了基于多Agent粒子群改进算法流程。最后,通过具体实例,该方法比传统粒子群算法在计算时间以及计算复杂度上有明显改进,为解决制造系统中车间调度问题提供了一种新的方法指导。

本文在对MAS技术和营销自动化原理进行研究的基础上,阐述了多Agent系统理论在营销自动化系统模型构建中的可行性,提出了基于多Agent的营销自动化系统设计思想。通过分析现代Agent代理技术,利用Agent智能代理,建立了基于Agent营销自动化支持系统的体系构架模型。该模型能够在目标的驱动下采取交互、学习等行为,对环境的变化作出主动的反应并完成特定的营销管理任务,给出了一个营销自动化问题的解决方案。

Linking sourcing and collaborative strategies to financial performance: The role of operational innovation

In this study we investigate the influence of subcontracting-in production related jobs, outsourcing and collaborations with non-supply chain partners on small manufacturing firms' operational innovation. Further, we investigate the mechanism through which these sourcing and collaborative strategies influence small firm performance by focusing on the potential mediating role of operational innovation in the relationships. The structural equation modeling analysis of data collected from 476 small manufacturing firms, suggests that outsourcing, subcontracting-in, and collaborations with non-supply chain partners are positively related to operational innovation. Further, the structural equation modeling results indicate that operational innovation fully mediates the influence that subcontracting-in has on financial performance but partially mediates the influence of outsourcing and collaborations with non-supply chain partners on small firm financial performance. Implications for theory and practice are discussed.

本文首先阐述了基于动态联盟为基础的敏捷供应链集成信息系统的背景,来说明建立敏捷供应链集成信息系统的必要;接着,介绍敏捷供应链集成信息系统的一些关键信息技术,如统一的动态联盟企业建模技术、分布计算技术、对Legacy系统的封装技术、软件系统的可重构技术;最后,讨论在Internet/Extranet环境下动态联盟企业信息的安全保证。     

Capabilities that enhance outcomes of an episodic supply chain collaboration

Firms are increasingly dependent on the knowledge and expertise in external organizations to innovate, problem-solve, and improve supply chain performance. This research examines two capabilities that enable firms to collaborate successfully as a means to combine knowledge and expertise in an episodic collaboration initiative. Building from two theoretical foundations, the knowledge-based and relational views of the firm, we examine the effects of absorptive capacity and collaborative process competence on the outcomes of an episodic collaboration initiative. Using structural equation modeling, we empirically validate the positive effect of absorptive capacity, collaborative process competence and level of engagement on the operational and relational success of a collaboration effort. Results show that collaborative process competence mediates the relationship between absorptive capacity and collaborative engagement, and positively influences both operational and relational outcomes. Finally, we offer suggestions for managers to improve the effectiveness of inter-firm collaboration initiatives and discuss future research opportunities.     

Assessing the performance impact of supply chain planning in net-enhanced organizations

This paper presents a conceptual framework that hypothesizes the nature of the relationships between a firm’s use of Internet-based information technology (IT), supply chain planning capability, and operational performance. Using data from 266 manufacturing sites and structural equation modeling, we show that the impact of IT on operational performance is contingent upon the intent of its use. Specifically, our results suggest that IT’s use in exploiting existing opportunities has both a direct effect and an indirect effect, mediated through supply chain planning capabilities, on operational performance. In contrast, when IT is used to explore new opportunities, it has neither a direct nor an indirect effect on operational performance. Implications of these research findings are reported.

Integration of management systems: A methodology for operational excellence and strategic flexibility

Organisations employ various management systems (MSs) to systematically address the needs of their stakeholders. As the number of MSs is mushrooming, the need has arisen to integrate them into one holistic business management system that addresses various stakeholder requirements in an integrated manner. However, the dynamics of the integration process are not yet fully understood and research has yet to establish how the integration of MSs gives rise to various types of organisational improvements. This paper focuses on how the integration process unfolds in practice to give rise to a number of socio-technical changes essential to the integration of MSs. This research is based on four cases; it reveals that integration streamlines operational processes through a number of structural, functional, and operational changes. Integration reforms bureaucratic structures, further giving rise to operational excellence and strategic flexibility. The research also provides the extension of lean production practices bundles, and an operationalisation of Adler’s concept of enabling bureaucracy.
