This paper studies the evaluation method of the performances of corporation that was set up by the Financial Ministry in 1999, and then analyzes the advantages and the problems of the method. Finally, this paper studies the theoretical method of the evaluation of the performances of corporation.

In fact, some supplies of tour could not meet the demands, which brings out conflict. A New Economy Forecasting Method Based on Data Barycentre Forecasting Method

A new and useful method of technology economics, parameter estimation method, was presented in light of the stability of gravity center of object in this paper. This method could deal with the fitting and forecasting of economy volume and could greatly decrease the errors of the fitting and forecasting results. Moreover, the strict hypothetical conditions in least squares method were not necessary in the method presented in this paper, which overcame the shortcomings of least squares method and expanded the application of data barycentre method. Application to the steel consumption volume forecasting was presented in this paper. It was shown that the result of fitting and forecasting was satisfactory. From the comparison between data barycentre forecasting method and least squares method, we could conclude that the fitting and forecasting results using data barycentre method were more stable than those of using least squares regression forecasting method, and the computation of data barycentre forecasting method was simpler than that of least squares method. As a result, the data barycentre method was convenient to use in technical economy.

Research on the Diffusion Model of Innovation

In this paper, the model of competing technologies diffusion was set up in order to analyze the relationship of competing technologies in diffusion process, and the stability of diffusion model with two kinds of competing technologies was analyzed. It is concluded that dominator can hold competing vantage by suppressing its opponent, and besides, whether competing technology can gain superiority in diffusion process depends on the success rates of technology diffusion when the two kinds of technology match each other in strength.     

The Research on the Contribution of Rural Tourism to Peasants＇ Income --Based on the empirical analysis of Chengdu

在乡村旅游发展的过程中,农民由于自身素质不同,他们参与乡村旅游的程度、对旅游发展的认识都有所不同,并且从中获得的收益也有差异。通过利用对应分析法进行实证研究发现,在乡村旅游中,打工获得的薪金对农民增收影响显著,为农家乐提供农产品获得的收入对农民增收影响有限。     

A Research on the Online Bank＇s Risk

The New Method to Determine Ownership Stake to Exercise Control： An Empirical Analysis on Italian Companies

The idea of this work arises from the analysis of the researches developed in the literature on topic of ownership and control that are mostly based on threshold of ownership stake to determine control equal for all companies and, in most cases, not supported by theoretical arguments and empirical evidences. In fact, the aim of this paper is to build a new method of determining the threshold of ownership stake that allows the shareholder to exercise control. In particular, this survey uses all Italian listed companies as reference, and the minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meetings of shareholders, in 2009-2012, as database. The topic can be enriched with further and future researches aiming to adapt this new method in a cross-country investigation and so to identify the different threshold for the countries, on the basis of the different national laws regarding the ownership stakes that affect the control.     

A Spatial Investigation of σ-convergence for County Economy——Taking the 136 Counties of Hebei Province as An Example

增强县域经济活力是解决＂三农＂问题的重要突破口,准确判断县域经济的发展差距是制定发展规划的科学依据。以河北省为例,使用17年实际农民人均纯收入数据研究该省136个县域经济发展的σ-趋同情况。研究结果表明,考虑县域间地理相关性特别是经济相关性后,σ值发生了显著变化。经典方法在σ-趋同计算结果中存在严重偏误,会导致对发展差距的误断。空间计量经济方法,特别是经济相关性矩阵的运用,可以显著矫正经济发展差距经典测度方法的不足。     

Quantificational Study on Carrying Capacity of the Regional Environment -Taking the City of Dalian as an Example

Research on the Role of SCM in China Dairy Firms

In this paper, we investigate supply chain management （SCM） in China dairy industry. The result shows that it can make enterprises cut the expenses and raise the efficiency by implementing of SCM. However, compared with other enterprises which do not implement SCM, those companies which have implemented SCM have not received the anticipated benefit. The reason is that those companies usually implement vertical integration before SCM. This practice normally saves the information cost while increasing the operation cost. it is very difficult to implement SCM system among domestic enterprises that have only business relationship. It is a new subject that the industry faces to implement the SCM by combining each related enterprises of the business together, based on the analysis of vertical integration suiting to enterprise＇s own situation.     

The Research on the Life Cycle of Merger ＆ Acquisition

Over the years much has been written about the industry life cycle and corporate life cycle, yet there has been remarkably little attention given to the relation between them and M＆A, or why this relationship exists. Based on reviewing the industry life cycle and the corporate life cycle, we find the relationship between M＆A and these life cycles, and then propose the life cycle of M＆A. At last, we use the M＆A life cycle to explain the characters of the merger waves over last 100 years.     

Does the paradox of plenty exist? Experimental evidence on the curse of resource abundance

There is conflicting evidence about whether abundant resources are indeed a blessing or a curse. We make use of specially designed economic experiments to investigate how resource abundance affects cooperation in the absence or presence of regulatory institutions. We observe that in the absence of regulatory institutions, there is less cooperation in groups with access to large resource pools than in groups with access to small resource pools. However, if regulatory institutions are present, we show that there is more cooperation in groups with access to large resource pools than in groups with access to small resource pools. Our findings also reveal that resource users are more willing to regulate access to abundant than to small resource pools. These findings provide causal evidence for the “paradox of plenty” and identify the causes for the pitfalls and potentials of resource wealth.
