随着我国商业银行市场化程度的不断深入,低风险、高回报的个人零售业务日益受到各商业银行的重视.本文从我国商业银行发展零售业务的必要性分析着手,进而研究了目前我国商业银行发展零售业务所面临的问题,并在总结国内外商业银行发展零售业务成功经验的基础上,提出了相应的对策建议,探完了商业银行在产品研发、营销、网络服务等方面的零售业务发展战略,对我国商业银行发展零售业务起到了一定的参考作用.

中国外汇储备增长对CPI指数影响的滞后期研究

本文对我国1995年第一季度至2011年第三季度的外汇储备数据与中国消费者物价指数(consumerpriceindex,以下简称CPI)的相关性进行研究,通过实证检验分析外汇储备和CPI的影响期,结果表明外汇储备的增长与CPI存在长期关系。短期来看,上一期的CPI指数和上一期的外汇储备数额对当期的CPI有影响。通过Granger检验发现外汇储备的增长对CPI影响的滞后期为2年。     

On the role and nature of alliance management capability in family business: Empirical evidence from a developing market

Despite the research on alliance management capability (AMC) has evolved in recent years, we still lack a clear understanding of its antecedents and performance outcomes in the context of family businesses, a setting that is inherently different from a typical firm-to-firm corporation. Collecting data from the Libyan family firms sector, we found that alliance experience, family culture (as internal antecedence), and political instability (as external antecedence) are crucial for AMC development, where the latter has a significant effect on the alliance performance of these firms. We also discuss the theoretical and practical implications of our study.

在市场经济的今天,企业统计工作越来越重要.可以说统计工作是企业管理中的一项基础工作.但现在我们的企业统计工作中仍然存在统计方法简单、统计手段不适应现代企业发展得要求等诸多问题,使得统计影响企业的正常发展.笔者试从建立一支业务素质高的统计队伍等方面入手,探讨如何做好现代企业的统计工作.     

Mapping international business and international business policy research: Intellectual structure and research trends

This paper analyzes the core international business (IB) areas covered by ten IB-focused journals to date using 13,937 documents reflecting more than 300 years of combined publication history. Using bibliometric and citation analysis, it provides a systematic understanding of the current IB landscape, explicates the relevance of the future of IB research and depicts trends in this research field with emerging prevalent themes identified. The strongest themes across IB journals are performance, perspective and emerging economies/MNEs, shared strongly across UK/Europe, US and Asia-based journals. Our findings report on the prevalent research field, economy and geography, the latter analyzing the impact of author numbers and distribution, and thus, scale effects. Within this context, sole authorships are largely replaced by co-authorships, yet often on national level. We further limited the study to IB policy and found the focus centers on key themes of foreign business attraction, transnational governance and IB promotion.     

新时期内外贸一体化发展策略研究

内贸和外贸都是一国经济发展的重要动力,二者具有相互支撑、相互促进的作用。长期以来,中国一直实行内贸和外贸两条线管理模式,已经无法满足市场经济和贸易发展的客观要求。在当前全球经济下行贸易摩擦加剧、内外贸都面临着转型、出口消费投资在拉动经济增长中需要进一步协调配合的情况下,必须通过着力打造更加自由便利的国内营商环境、加快构建全国统一大市场大流通体系、大力发展跨境电子商务、扩大服务贸易规模提升发展水平等举措,切实推动中国内外贸一体化发展,为经济增长注入新活力。     

Big business in the Russian empire: A European perspective

This paper presents an inventory of the largest private companies in the Russian Empire in 1914, and their comparison to the largest contemporary British, German, and French companies identified by Youssef Cassis as ‘big business’. It focusses on three questions. First, how big was big business in Russia from a European perspective? Second, how did the structure of big business in Russia compare to that of other large European economies? And finally, how did foreign entrepreneurship appear in Russian big business? Drawing on new empirical evidence, it contributes to the discussion on the ‘backward’ and ‘peripheral’ character of the Russian economy before the First World War.     

An international perspective of the business incubators' perception about business model canvas for startups

This work aims to approach the reasons for Business Incubators (BINCs) to replace Business Plan by Business Model Canvas (BMC) for creating and accelerating the startup process. The main value of this study lies in its empirical appliance to test the adoption of business modeling for startups in two different entrepreneurial ecosystems. A qualitative approach has been used in analyzing two case‐studies, one from Brazil (Supera) and the other from Portugal (Fabrica). The method used was inquiring into the managers' impressions when helping to create startups and accelerating their development. The analysis was based on the data obtained from interviews and secondary data through a content analysis technique supported by ATLAS ti 7.0 software. The findings highlight how the use of BMC is bringing real opportunities for the development of nascent businesses. Furthermore, the perceptions of the BINCs studied suggest the adequacy of this model to startups due to their flexibility, user‐friendliness, and capability to manage innovation, communicate, and share business logic.

作为我国银行业的后起之秀,为了实施特色化、差异化发展和经营转型,城市商业银行应当抓住我国外向型经济蓬勃发展的黄金时期,发挥自身优势,大力开拓外汇业务,全方位开展本外币一体化经营.提高对外汇业务的认识,增强本外币一体化经营意识;加强外汇业务队伍建设,做好外汇业务人才储备和培养工作;建立灵活的贸易融资授信政策,确保贸易融资业务审批效率;强化对外汇业务的绩效考核;重视对外汇业务的研究与创新,凸显特色;建立与当地涉外单位或部门的信息沟通机制.     

黑龙江省对外贸易对经济增长的拉动效应分析

本文运用SAS统计软件对黑龙江省对外贸易与经济增长关系进行回归分析。可以看出,对外贸易促进了黑龙江省经济发展,但与全国平均水平相比还有很大的差距。因此,黑龙江省应根据现实情况,充分利用自身优势大力发展对外贸易,在东北振兴中实现经济的跨越式、可持续发展。     

Islamic business research

The Islamic finance industry, which is deeply rooted in Islamic law (Sharia), will undoubtedly have an increasingly large impact on modern finance in the years to come. Since its formal establishment in the 1970s, the industry has already grown to US$2.2 trillion, with a growth rate that outpaces that of conventional finance. The purpose of this special issue is to inspire academic researchers, regulators and standard setters, and providers and users of Islamic funding to advance the research of critical issues related to the efficiency of Islamic finance.
