近年来,消费者文化已经成为研究品牌权益的热点。本文首先讨论了Aaker和Keller两个品牌权益经典模型及最新研究进展;然后,选择星巴克咖啡连锁企业为知名品牌案例对象,以问卷方式调查了中英消费者对公司文化、品牌知识、品牌反应和品牌信任度四方面的感知;在此基础上,对比分析了在不同文化背景下中英消费者对公司文化、品牌反应和品牌信任度三种品牌权益要素的感知差异。本文研究表明:三种品牌权益要素感知差异的主要原因是中英文化自身的差别、中英消费观念区别和对于服务意识理解的不同。  相似文献

本文选用JW品牌服装的顾客作为研究对象,调查品牌服装的营业推广对顾客品牌忠诚度的影响。研究结果表明,不同特征(年龄、性别、教育水平和收入等)的顾客在品牌忠诚方面存在较大差异,并且不同的营业推广方式对顾客品牌忠诚产生不同的影响。研究结论对于品牌服装企业的市场营销实践工作具有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

从西方早期资本结构理论--净利理论、营业净利理论、传统理论以及MM理论,可以看出早期学者在研究企业最佳资本结构时,主要从债务资本与权益资本两者的比例关系入手分析,这些理论的提出为管理者进行融资决策奠定了理论基础,对企业的发展做出了不可低估的贡献,发展后的资本结构理论则是主要研究:将早期资本结构最佳点,在实践工作中不难发现这些理论将企业资本结构问题大大简化了,因为对于一个企业而言,当其债务资本与权益资本的比例一定时,企业的债务资本及同,会使企业的综合资本成本不同。并会直接影响企业的价值,确定企业最佳资本结构。除了应研究传统意义下的资本结构外,还应考虑在确定权益资本与债务资本在最佳比例之后,如何通过对这两种资本自身内部结构的合理安排真正达到以企业价值最大化,此问题可以借助于公司治理结构解决,本文拟以国有企业为研究对象,并假设其权益资本与债务资本的比例已达到最佳的情况下,分别研究如何从公司治理结构角度安排权益资本与债务资本的内部比例关系,以找到国有企业的最佳资本结构点。  相似文献

The use of cause‐related marketing (CRM) is increasing around the world and provides benefits to both firms and causes, by linking the two organisations together. Most of the CRM literature examines this strategy from a for‐profit perspective. This paper examines how this literature could be equally applicable to examining CRM from a not‐for‐profit perspective. That is CRM programmes can positively and negatively impact on a not‐for‐profit's brand, which is frequently its most valuable asset. In this way CRM can be related to a number of not‐forprofit brand and brand equity issues including brand awareness, brand attitude and intention to support the CRM programme. ABSTRACT

“Brand Status” is defined as a measure that examines the equity “health” and “strength” of a brand in each stage of the brand value chain. A six-stage brand value chain model was developed where Stage I highlights the marketing efforts of the brand equity building; Stage II focuses on the customer’s attitudinal mind-set; Stage III describes actual customer behavioral outcomes (such as attachment and commitment); Stage IV refers to the strength of the brand and its relative advantage in the marketplace (such as brand preference, re-purchase, and premium pricing); Stage V reflects the company gains in sales and profits and the last, Stage VI refers to financial value of the brand for shareholders. Analyzing data obtained from 1,330 fans of basketball clubs gave sufficient evidence to propose a “new” model that can be used to estimate the value scores of the brand’s equity status for each of the various stages in the model and provide the brand’s total brand equity status score.  相似文献

This paper describes an empirical model of brand equity for international nonprofit organizations and offers nonprofit managers suggestions for the management of their brands. The main areas of interest include:
  • A review of the importance of branding for nonprofits, the lack of a brand equity models specifically for nonprofits, and the key differences between for‐profits and nonprofits.
  • A proposed nonprofit brand equity model, based on a grounded theory and system dynamics approach.
  • A series of specific managerial recommendations, for building nonprofit brand equity.

This paper applies perceived risk theory to explore the relationships among green perceived quality, green brand awareness, green perceived risk, and green brand equity. The research object of this study focuses on Taiwanese consumers who have the purchase experience of information and electronics products in Taiwan. The empirical results show that green perceived quality and green brand awareness would positively affect green brand equity. Furthermore, this study demonstrates that green perceived risk which is negatively influenced by green perceived quality and green brand awareness would negatively affect green brand equity. The positive relationships between green brand equity and its two antecedents—green perceived quality and green brand awareness—are partially mediated by green perceived risk. Hence, investing resources in the increase of green perceived quality and green brand awareness and the decrease of green perceived risk is helpful to enhance green brand equity.  相似文献

This study aims to explore the role of technology-based services in establishing brand equity within the private hospitals sector in Kuwait. A survey is designed based on dimensions that include ease of use, e-responsiveness, e-scape, security, and customization. E-responsiveness and security had strong and direct influence on brand equity; whereas, ease of use, e-escape, and customization had no significant positive impact on the brand equity. The proposed model of relationship between e-service quality and brand equity has the potential to help hospital managers to establish their brand equity through managing the level of their online services.  相似文献

This article focuses on the study of the main factors attracting visitors, not only new ones, to wineries, and also on how to keep these customers loyal. This research fills a gap in wine tourism literature, taking into account the differences between brand image and destination image as antecedents of brand equity in wine tourism destinations. The empirical analysis has been carried out with two Spanish denominations of origin, Rioja and Navarra, selected by Nielsen’s market share. Particularly, this study draws from a survey of 232 visitors who visited the wineries during the autumn of 2010. The development of a model of wine tourism destination brand equity provides empirical support in order to evaluate the influence of destination image and brand image on brand equity. Before testing the hypotheses, the measuring instrument was evaluated by means of partial least squares regression. A multi-group analysis was carried out to determine the main differences between these two denominations of origin. The paper hereby recommends the creation of alliances among wine companies and tourism industry (hotels, restaurants, active tourism companies, spa resorts, and so on) to succeed in their own businesses. Finally, limitations are outlined to encourage further research.  相似文献
