双边市场与房地产经纪发展模式研究

双边市场理论及其应用是当前研究的一个前沿,房地产经纪具有典型的双边市场的特性。然而,房地产经纪的双边市场特性尚未得到充分研究和重视。文章基于双边市场理论,重点分析了影响房地产经纪业做大做强的平台模式和制度因素。房地产经纪大平台模式下的独家代理、信息共享、买卖经纪人及用户保护和激励等模式和制度因素具有很强的互补性,对促进双边市场网络外部性效应的扩大具有不可替代作用。从双边市场的视角看,房地产经纪大平台模式是一种更为理想的发展模式。     

Fluctuations in Unemployment and Industry Labor Markets

Throughout the 1990s, and particularly in the mid- to late-1990s, the Japanese employment situation went from bad to worse. We investigate the causes of rising unemployment in Japan, using data on individual workers from the “Special Survey of the Labor Force” between 1988 and 1999. This research focuses on the effect of labor market segmentation by industry on labor flows. Our findings reveal that unemployment in the construction industry and, more recently, in the service industry has contributed greatly to the national unemployment rate. We also find that most successful job transfers occur within the same industry, even though workers may experience some periods of unemployment. Finally, our results show that labor market conditions in each industry affect the probability that a worker will fall into unemployment as well as the probability that an unemployed worker will find new employment. These findings suggest that the Japanese labor market is segmented by industry and this segmentation contributed to the worsening unemployment in Japan. J. Japan. Int. 国内外市场并重实现软件产业国际化

软件产业是世界上发展最快的朝阳产业，近年来，我国的软件产业快速发展，但与国际发展水平相比，还存在较大差距。一是关键核心技术的缺失。多年来，我国信息产业建立在外国企业提供的技术平台基础之上，在操作系统、数据库和关键应用软件方面没有形成自主版权的软件平台与开发平台；二是整体规模较小、产业集中程度低，缺少有行业影响力的龙头企业。美国和印度等软件强国的整个软件产业都以龙头企业为支撑。     

基于双边市场理论的互联网定价模式与反垄断问题研究

文章首先厘清中国电信业的双边市场特征,然后通过构建双边市场模型分析了垄断平台和竞争性平台的均衡价格,同时考虑了不同收费形式下中国电信业的定价策略,最后分析了其双边市场中反垄断政策的含义.研究主要结论是:双边市场定价通常对需求价格弹性较小一边的价格加成比较高;网络外部性越强,价格结构越不对称;价格结构与用户数量或平台交易量是动态相互影响;差异化程度越大,平台对用户的价格加成越大.这对于我国“三网融合”的背景下电信产业市场结构、定价策略和反垄断问题具有一定的借鉴意义.     

The Globalization of Product Markets and Immiserizing Growth: Lessons From the South African Furniture Industry

The central issue addressed in this paper is whether some developing countries will find it difficult to compete effectively in global product markets and will therefore be locked into processes of immiserizing growth. It focuses on the role of South African producers in the global furniture value chain, analyzing the factors affecting firm upgrading, particularly the role of global buyers. The paper observes a global industry characterized by increased competition and falling unit prices, with local firms dependent on a falling exchange rate. It concludes with implications for policy and future research, including generalizing the findings to other sectors and countries.     

我国天然胶期货价格与现货价格关系的实证研究

期货价格与现货价格具有趋合性规律.近年来,我国天然胶期货市场上价格操纵行为时而发生,期货价格屡屡背离现货价格.本文通过对当前我国天然胶期货价格和现货价格之间协整关系的实证分析,验证了二者之间尚不真正具备趋合性规律,进而针对存在的不足,提出相应对策建议.     

Local and Personal Networks in Employment and the Development of Labor Markets: Evidence from the Cut Flower Industry in Ethiopia

We examine the roles of local and personal networks in the employment process and the emergence and development of the labor market in Ethiopia’s growing cut flower industry. Using primary survey data of 320 workers randomly sampled from all 64 farms, we find that workers who were recruited informally using the social ties were paid less than the formally-recruited workers at hiring. However, these workers quickly increased their productivity, and the effect of social ties on wages disappeared over time. Further, we find that the development of labor market for this newly-emerged industry took place particularly within the industrial cluster.     

数字货币市场的动量效应及反转效应研究

本文采用2017 年2 月至2019 年11 月交易量最活跃的50 支数字货币的日度数据,考察了数字货币市场是否存在动量和反转效应,进一步分析了投资者情绪与动量效应、反转效应的关系。实证结果表明：（1）数字货币市场在1 个月内存在显著的短期动量效应,持有期越长,动量效应越弱;（2）在形成期和持有期超过2 个月时,数字货币市场呈现中期反转效应;（3）投资者情绪较高时市场动量效应更显著,投资者情绪较低时市场存在短期反转效应。之前的研究往往采用月度数据,更注重中长期动量效应,本文采用日度数据给出了短期动量效应和中期反转效应的实证证据,说明数字货币市场虽然在长期内可能是有效的,但在短期内存在无效性。     

Money Markets and Poliarchic Democratic States

This paper deals with legal and institutional issues that arise from the formation of Economic and Monetary Union. The latter implies a transfer of power from the state to the metastate apparatus of the European Union. Integration in the European Union cannot be completed without a new constitutional structure.     

Financial Markets and International Risk Sharing

Panel analysis of 21 industrial countries shows evidence for pro-cyclicality of capital gains on domestic stock markets over a medium term horizon. Thus, with cross-border ownership of portfolio equity investments, potential for hedging against domestic output fluctuations by means of the capital gains channel of foreign liabilities is found. Individual country analysis reveals substantial heterogeneity of cyclicality patterns. Evidence suggests that this cross-country variation can be explained by the level of economic development and the size of financial markets.     

Competitiveness and Integration of Product Markets

This article develops a two-country, two-sector model with imperfect competition in one sector and asymmetric labor market structures in the sense that trade unions have wage bargaining power in one country whereas the labor market is competitive in the other country. We use a new approach to model product market integration, and it turns out that the unionized country gains from integration in terms of welfare, and, if the initial level of integration is relatively low, experiences an increase in employment and investment.     

美国信用卡业的两大体系结构与市场竞争动力

本文旨在通过描述信用卡业在美国现代经济中的作用及其形成发展的过程,重点讨论美国信用卡业两大体系一以签证卡/万事达卡为代表的银行卡协会体系和以运通卡/发现卡为代表的信用卡独立发行体系-的形成以及与两大体系结构相应的市场竞争及其动力特点。之后,我们将简要讨论上述判决对美国信用卡工业的结构和发展产生的影响。
