浅谈我国财产税体系改革

财产税类在我国的税制中是个薄弱环节，如何改革和完善我国现行的财产税制也是我国整个财政改革的重要组成部分。我国财产税改革的方向应是：将财产税构建成为我国地方政府的主体税种，适当拓宽财产税的税基，加强财产税的征收管理，合理划分中央和地方的税收权限，给予地方一定的税收自主权。
