提高高校外籍教师教学效益有利于高校的人才培养及学科发展.本文就外籍教师的教学效益在广东省内22所高校中进行了问卷调查及访谈,总结出外教教学中存在的问题,并提出了提高外教教学效益的一些策略.

英美文化与中国文化的差异探微

在线零售商营销道德与口碑的关系研究

在企业识别理论和社会认同理论的基础上,构建了在线零售商营销道德、企业道德识别、消费者-企业认同与口碑之间的关系模型。研究发现,在线零售商营销道德通过企业道德识别和消费者-企业认同对口碑产生正向影响,但是其五个维度的作用路径并不完全相同。企业道德识别在直接正向影响口碑的同时,还通过消费者-企业认同间接正向影响口碑。因此,在线零售商应建立和维持一个有道德的身份,强化顾客对企业的认同感,以此形成传播效应。     

Do macroeconomic forecasters use macroeconomics to forecast?

Faced with an uncertain future, forecasters often rely on textbook relationships to build a coherent narrative for their macroeconomic forecasts. We focus on two cornerstones of modern macroeconomics – Okun’s law and the Phillips curve – and examine whether or not professionals forecast in a way that is consistent with these. Using microdata from the US, Euro Area, and UK surveys of professional forecasters, we examine forecasts over the period 1981-2017 at the level of the individual and across different time horizons. Our findings show that the majority of forecasters produce their forecasts in a manner that is consistent with macroeconomic theory.     

我国上市公司并购绩效的实证研究——基于EVA模型

选取沪深上市公司2005年发生的37起并购案作为研究样本,利用会计数据,分别计算2004—2009年各个并购公司的EVA值并分析其变化趋势,发现大多数并购公司在并购后两年内经营绩效没有得到提升,反而损害了股东的利益,并购三年后,有些公司的绩效才有所改善。研究还发现:国有控股并购减少了股东财富,且国有控股并购对EVA的影响最为复杂,但横向并购增加了股东财富。

本文以语言认知理论及其监控理论为基础,探讨了幼儿英语游戏设计应以幼儿的语言发展特点为基础,注重幼儿对英语学习兴趣的培养,使英语游戏全方位、多角度、持续性的深入到幼儿的学习与生活中。     

Societal institutions and HRM practices: an analysis of four European multinational subsidiaries in Bangladesh

Using the ‘societal-effect’ approach, a variant of the institutional theory developed and tested in Europe, this study investigates the impact of societal institutions on human resource management (HRM) practices of European multinational subsidiaries in Bangladesh, which is now on the list of the Next-11 economies of the world. In-depth case studies of four European multinational subsidiaries revealed the presence of different degrees of influence – partly attributable to societal effect – on the human resource practices of these subsidiaries. Our study added a new dimension to the interface between the strong and weak institutions and how such interfacing accords both legitimacy and reverse legitimacy to MNC subsidiaries and their societal institutions respectively. Another interesting finding of the study is the emergence of political system as a societal institution and, hence, a determinant of HRM practices in these subsidiaries. The study's implications are given.     

Unconscious Processes of Organizing: Intergroup Conflict in Mental Health Care

A critical but overlooked issue in Weick’s seminal work, The Social Psychology of Organizing (1969/1979), concerns ‘the heat’ of organizing processes, namely, the underground emotional processes underpinning the organizing of conflictual work relationships. We present a qualitative case study of psychiatric agencies mandated by public policy to collaborate but instead engaged in persistent conflict despite its deleterious effects on their working relationship and on the wellbeing of the clients they intended to serve. To explain these conflictual features of organizing, we integrate Weick’s organizing theory with systems psychodynamics to deepen the understanding of emotions in organizing, specifically the motivational forces underpinning sensemaking and actions between interacting psychiatric agencies. This integration of theories reveals a critical feature of the relationship between the conscious and unconscious organizing processes: When a threat is involved, sensemaking and action are overtaken by social defences, resulting in dysfunctional organizing of the primary task. Drawing on these findings, we enrich Weick’s seminal work by developing a model that portrays organizing as the ritualized interaction of emotions, sensemaking and behavioural responses.     

高校教师专业发展理论研究框架的构建

本文梳理了教师专业发展的相关理论,将其从纵向与横向两个层面进行了归类,其中纵向层面主要对教师专业发展阶段论的不同理论进行了归纳;横向层面则根据三种不同理论取向对教师专业发展理论进行了总结,并建立了高校教师专业发展理论研究的系统框架。     

基于马克思劳动价值论的逻辑辩证分析

马克思的劳动价值论,是一个完整的、科学的理论体系。它是揭示资本主义从起源到灭亡的基础理论,是建立科学社会主义的一个理论基石。马克思提出的价值理论包括劳动价值论和剩余价值论两部分,他认为"价值是凝结在商品中的无差别的人类劳动"。文章根据其主要内容,分析了马克思劳动价值论在科学社会主义学说中的逻辑线索和基础地位。     

On the use and usefulness of theories and perspectives: A reply to Brunsson

The present paper is a reply to Brunsson (2021b), who wrote a commentary on the edited volume Theories and Perspectives in Business Administration (Eriksson-Zetterquist, Hansson & Nilsson, 2020). Although we agree with Brunsson on several points, we nevertheless argue that students need to learn about different theories and perspectives. First, the use of theories and perspectives as analytical tools will help students to describe and analyze a certain phenomenon. Second, to be able to theorize students need to acquire fundamental knowledge of the background and the specificities of the theory or perspective in use. Third, an awareness of the diversity of theories and perspectives that exists within the business administration discipline is a prerequisite to being able to contribute to the creation of new knowledge. Finally, we do not agree with Brunsson that the multitude of theories and perspectives in the business administration discipline is a sign of “an inferiority complex”. It is the outcome of the vitality and viability of the discipline.     

农民联户实施农村土地整治模式的重要意义——以重庆市为例

本文通过座谈、问卷、SPSS统计分析等调研形式对重庆市农民联户实施农村土地整治模式的主要做法、成效、存在问题等进行了调研。结果表明:农民联户实施农村土地整治对增加有效耕地面积、提高规划的实用性、提高资金效能等具有重要意义,但也存在着系统理论不完善、施工进度缓慢、资金筹措难等问题,还需进一步予以完善。
