高等职业教育实施一体化教学模式之我见

高等职业院校实施一体化教学模式已有5个年头,高等职业教育也已经进入以质量和特色求生存和发展的关键时期,一体化教学模式是影响其成败的一个内在因素。本文从明确一体化教学模式的内涵入手,阐述了高等职业教育实施一体化教学模式的必要性和一体化教学模式是比较适合高等职业教育的一种教学模式。     

国内城乡一体化研究进展与思考

城乡一体化理论在我国提出已有十余年的历史,学术界对此也颇多争论。本文总结了国内学者们对城乡一体化的内涵、模式、动力及规划实施等的研究,旨在对城乡一体化得出一个较为全面的认识和理解。最后作者又对城乡一体化提出了自己的一些看法。

城乡一体化是我国现代化和城市化发展的一个新阶段,目前,我国城乡一体化还面临很多困难,特别是实现城乡一体化路径的选择,本文从发展低碳经济的角度来探讨实现城乡一体化的路径选择。

城乡一体化是城市化发展的一个新阶段,是随着生产力的发展而促进城乡居民生产方式、生活方式和居住方式变化的过程,城乡一体化的发展有利于打破城乡经济流通的各种障碍,实现各类经济要素在城乡范围内的合理流动,并推动城乡经济的共同发展。以安阳市为例,从经济发展、基础设施建设、土地规划管理等多方面的一体化发展进行了分析和探讨。

根据国外学者对新产品开发能力的研究,提出了知识整合是提升新产品开发能力的重要途径,从内外部整合两个方面论述了知识整合的内容和知识整合对新产品开发能力作用模式,提出了企业在进行外部知识整合的时候要特别关注利益相关者,在内部整合时要注意广泛地解决问题、进行跨功能整合并构建知识分享的解决方案,指出本领域的未来研究方向。     

Untangling the Integration–Performance Link: Levels of Integration and Functional Integration Strategies in Post-Acquisition Integration

The integration–performance link created during post-acquisition integration has defied satisfactory theoretical explanation. To address this gap, we conduct a functional analysis to explore the intermediating mechanisms between the level of integration – which represents the extent of the target firm’s integration with the acquirer – and acquisition performance. We use six in-depth acquisition case studies in the medical technology industry to develop an integrated model with which to untangle the integration–performance link. First, our model connects the level of integration to specific functional integration strategies, which refer to the approaches acquirers employ to manage functional resources. Second, we identify value creation and value leakage as the two routes through which functional integration strategies impact acquisition performance. Finally, we propose two qualitative measures of acquisition performance: value gap and time delay. Our study suggests that a functional analysis of the integration–performance link may help resolve long-standing conflicts within the literature.

Supply chain integration and operational performance: The contingency effects of production systems

The boundary conditions of supply chain integration (SCI) have been widely studied in order to find out when SCI is applicable and effective. However, prior studies have mainly focused on external contextual factors, such as supply complexity, environmental uncertainty and country-level infrastructure. This study contributes to the SCI literature by examining the contingency effects of internal production systems on the relationship between supplier integration, customer integration and operational performance. Based on organizational information processing theory, we provide evidence to show that the impact of supplier and customer integration on operational performance varies across production systems, such as one-of-a-kind production, batch production and mass production systems. The empirical results also reveal how supplier and customer integration can be matched with different configurations of production systems in order to achieve the desired quality, flexibility, delivery or cost performance.     

A methodology to rank enterprise application integration platforms from a performance perspective: an analytic hierarchy process-based approach

ABSTRACT

Companies’ software ecosystems comprise applications that support their business processes. Frequently, these applications have been developed with different technologies and with no concern about integration. Integration platforms are tools that facilitate the development and execution of integration solutions. In this article, we propose a methodology to support software engineers in the decision-making process for an integration platform when performance is a central requirement. The proposed methodology adds objective criteria for performance assessment purposes and has been used to rank the five most popular integration platforms in order to prove its feasibility.     

Impact of eBusiness technologies on operational performance: The role of production information integration in the supply chain

While the information technology (IT) literature is mixed regarding the direct benefits of eBusiness technologies on performance, the impact of such technologies on supply chain practices remains largely an unexplored area of research. We hypothesize that while there may be no direct benefit of eBusiness technologies on performance, these technologies might support customer integration and supplier integration in the supply chain, which in turn might impact operating performance.To examine our hypotheses, we collected data from respondents who focused their responses to a single major product the process that manufactures it, a significant customer, and an important supplier. Our analyses showed that there was no direct benefit of eBusiness technologies on performance; however these technologies supported customer integration and supplier integration. Further, supplier integration was found to positively impact cost, quality, flexibility, and delivery performance; however there was no relationship between customer integration and performance. Consequently, there is a relationship between eBusiness technologies and supplier integration that leads to better performance. Further, there is an interactive effect between customer integration and supplier integration that supports the notion that firms that have both forms of integration, supported by eBusiness technologies, significantly outperform the others.
