话语结构是话语分析中研究成果颇丰的研究领域之一。近年来,电视访谈这一话语类型也日渐引起话语研究者的重视。在电视访谈的语境中,预先设定的话语角色和话轮分配方式,受到限制的参与者的话语角色,形成了以主持人提问、嘉宾回答,以及主持人与嘉宾合作共同完成访谈任务的话轮转换机制为特征的互动性话语结构特征。同时主持人与嘉宾的合作以及电视访谈尽量接近日常谈话的特性又使其话语结构具有日常谈话的话语特征。 相似文献

随着时代的发展,电视的广泛普及,英语电视访谈节目越来越多。在国外,尤其是西方国家,电视访谈类节目的收视率和影响力都相当惊人。随着我国与世界各国交往的日益频繁,以及英语电视新闻宣传力度的加大,英语电视访谈节目在我国亦慢慢盛行起来。但由于我国英语电视访谈起步较晚,其访谈形式仍然沿袭旧制而进行,因而其影响力与西方国家相比还不可同日而语。本文从英语电视访谈的概况入手,就英语电视访谈的功能文体及其特征进行探讨,并提出英语电视访谈节目的发展方略,以期为我国英语电视访谈的发展起到抛砖引玉之作用。 相似文献

访谈节目与谈话节目在广播电视领域占有重要的位置,两类节目都是通过主持人与嘉宾的交流来呈现人物或事件,给受众带去感触与感动。正因为此,它们常常被混淆、或被认为相互归属,人们对节目类型的认识越发模糊。厘清二者的区别与联系,能够在节目定位、节目类型化等方面优化节目,观众也可以从不同类型的节目中更有选择性地获取自己需要的信息。该文以访谈节目《面对面》和谈话节目《小崔说事》为例,从两类节目的内涵分析、选题、节目编排特点、采访特点与侧重点、主持人在节目中的角色等方面来简要分析访谈节目与谈话节目的区别和联系。 相似文献

This study describes the incorrect use of child restraints among car drivers with young children and examines factors that may influence their misuse. A cross-sectional survey was undertaken in supermarket car parks with car drivers travelling with children under the age of 8 years. The main measure was errors in child restraint use. Short interviews were conducted with 1113 drivers with a close inspection of the child restraints used in the vehicles. Only 4% of children were unrestrained but 64% of drivers made at least one error in restraint use. Most respondents thought using a restraint was easy, but 65% of these drivers made at least one error. Child restraints are used, but many are incorrectly fitted and/or have the child incorrectly placed in them. Correct use is a moderately complex task. Restraint systems need to be designed to minimize the opportunity for error and maximize safety. 相似文献

This article presents a scale to measure active empathetic listening (AEL) of salespeople. AEL is defined as a form of listening practiced by salespeople in which traditional active listening is combined with empathy to achieve a higher form of listening. The AEL scale is composed of three dimensions: sensing, processing, and responding. Itemgeneration procedures and the results of three empirical studies are presented. Study 1 establishes that the item set is suitable for differentiating between effective and ineffective listeners from the point of view of customers. Study 2 determines that the item set is suitable for use by self‐report of salespeople, establishes that it conforms to the three theoretical dimensions, and that it possesses convergent validity. Study 3 further refines the item set, confirms the dimensionality of the scale, and establishes that the scale possesses construct validity in the form of discriminant and nomological validity. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 相似文献

Over the last two decades, the impact of language standardization in MNCs has attracted considerable research attention. However, although the current IB literature strongly suggests that the introduction of English can cause a significant barrier, we still have not fully understood the micro-foundations of such barriers. We conducted an inductive study and interpret our findings using an interdisciplinary approach drawing from both IB related research as well as research from the field of linguistics and language studies. We propose that a major challenge for MNC employees is the foreign language anxiety they typically experience in a non-native language. It is manifest in communication avoidance and withdrawal, as well as code-switching. Our findings indicate that such communicative behaviors can have a considerable impact on interpersonal communication, affecting both the content and relationship dimension. Our study contributes to emerging research on the role of anxiety-related factors as micro-foundations of language barriers and provides a so far rather neglected starting point for firms to reduce the language barrier in corporations. 相似文献

Electronic listening (eListening) is an innovation that potentially provides patients and other users with the right answer in the right place at the right time. Thus, eListening can potentially improve service flexibility, adaptability and quality. The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the extent to which new web-based service delivery channels, which we refer to as health-portals (he-portals), facilitate eListening in the Spanish public healthcare sector. In this paper, we investigate the relative importance and significance of hospital size and three different types of information and communications technologies (Internet, groupware and collective systems) on the use of eListening through an empirical investigation of 300 Spanish public he-portals. Our main conclusion is that the implementation of Internet systems alone does not guarantee the development of effective eListening. In addition, we demonstrate that hospital size does not affect the level of eListening achieved by hospitals. 相似文献

Executives and organizations seeking to portray an image of competence and integrity should be careful what they wish for, given the state of modern media. Rather than being a passive conduit for one’s image, today’s media is much more activist and exerts substantial influence over the construction, reconstruction, and destruction of image. In studying the media’s rapid transformation of one such glowing image in the wake of a scandal, we identified three key processes by which the media transforms image. These processes are relevant to a wide range of contexts. Perhaps most intriguing is the discovery that the media can leverage an existing, recessive narrative and convert it into a dominant one. This intriguing finding suggests that the pursuit of a glowing image might inadvertently sow the seeds of future destruction. In the heat of a scandal, executives and organizations are likely to struggle with countering the media’s image-altering processes. Our findings imply a need for more careful, nuanced, and engaged image management both during a scandal and before scandal hits. 相似文献
