乡村旅游吸引力的本质在于乡村性,以往研究鲜有以乡村性感知为驱动因素探讨度假者的未来行为意向影响机制。本文选取江西省靖安县三坪村为案例地,开发寄宿避暑度假者乡村性感知、地方依恋与未来行为意向关系测量量表并构建概念模型。实证研究表明:度假者乡村性感知显著正向影响地方依赖、地方认同、未来行为意向;度假者地方依赖显著正向影响地方认同、未来行为意向,地方认同显著正向影响未来行为意向;度假者地方依赖、地方认同在乡村性感知与未来行为意向间均具有显著中介效应,地方依赖与地方认同在度假者乡村性感知和未来行为意向间具有显著链式中介效应。因此,三坪村应关注具身范式旅游体验,精准把控度假者乡村性感知;多维度提升乡村性感知,助力度假者正向行为生成。  相似文献

网络技术的快速发展、产品同质化严重以及线上线下竞争加剧等因素使线下实体店面临的各种威胁正不断放大。消费者已经不再仅仅满足于简单的购物需求,购物体验期望的不断增长在推动越来越多购物创新方式涌现的同时,也不同程度地促使线下体验店的营销方式发生改变甚至根本性转变。以手机线下体验店为研究对象,通过205份有效问卷,利用SPSS和AMOS分析了体验特性对消费者感知价值及再惠顾意愿的影响。结果显示:首先,娱乐体验和审美体验正向影响感知功能价值;娱乐体验、教育体验和审美体验与感知情感价值之间呈正相关。因此,应充分利用不同的体验特性来刺激消费者的的价值感知,并通过消费者价值感知的差异化来实现线下营销的最终目的。其次,体验特性中仅教育体验和审美体验对消费者再惠顾意愿影响显著。因此,线下运营方面应该增强体验特性对消费者的吸引和消费者对线下产品的持续关注。最后,感知功能价值和情感价值在体验特性和再惠顾意愿之间起到部分中介作用。结论为线下体验店的有效运营提供了一定理论决策依据。  相似文献

文章通过实证研究指出:顾客对场所氛围、空间配置和社会因素之间的感知是相关的,共同影响顾客的功利体验、社会体验和情感体验。功利体验对顾客的正面情感和负面情感都会产生显著影响;社会体验只产生正面情感,而对于负面情感的影响不显著。顾客的负面情感除了来源于顾客的功利体验,服务环境中的社会因素也能够对顾客的负面情感产生显著的影响。  相似文献

本研究通过结构方程建模分析消费者感知价值对新媒体消费行为的直接影响机制,考察体验价值、功能价值和象征价值三类感知价值对新媒体消费意愿的影响,探索在性别差异情况下,三类感知价值对新媒体偏好作用的差异。研究发现新媒体使用意愿主要由功能性价值驱动而体验性价值影响最弱,反映了某类新媒体的演进,功能价值在增强,而体验性价值在弱化。功能性价值对新媒体使用意愿的影响在性别之间无差异,但男性与女性在体验价值对新媒体使用意愿的影响中存在显著差异。  相似文献

为了研究社会化商务用户购买意愿的关键因素及其相互关系,文章基于SOR模型,从认知因素和情感因素两个角度对社会化商务用户的购买意愿进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,信息质量、社交互动显著影响感知有用性和感知愉悦,感知有用性和信任对用户的持续使用具有显著作用。社会化商务平台还需关注提高平台的信息质量和促进社交互动,从而改善用户体验和信任,促进用户的社会化商务行为。  相似文献

温泉旅游是近些年新兴的体验旅游方式。温泉旅游度假所产生的经济、社会、文化效应已经引起了业界和学术界的广泛关注。目前,温泉旅游理论研究层面缺乏对温泉度假地整体形象感知的深入研究,同时旅游目的地形象感知又影响着游客的旅游动机与旅游决策。基于此,本文结合温泉旅游特征,构建了温泉旅游形象感知影响因素对游客忠诚度影响的理论模型,并以辽宁省汤岗子温泉旅游地为例进行实证检验。结论指出:温泉旅游环境形象、温泉旅游资源形象与服务形象存在相关关系,前两者都是通过服务接触与服务过程形成感知形象的认知,服务形象对游客忠诚度的影响显著,其他维度影响一般。  相似文献

本文旨在研究温泉度假酒店的体验价值、品牌支持及顾客忠诚度之间的关系,以广东碧水湾温泉度假酒店为研究对象,参阅前人研究成果,提出新的模型假设,验证并提出建议,采用探索性因子分析得到数据的内在因子结构,并运用结构方程模型进行验证性因子分析,验证各构面之间的相互关系。研究结果如下:1体验价值对品牌支持有显著的正向影响;2品牌支持对顾客忠诚度有显著的正向影响;3体验价值对顾客忠诚度有显著的正向影响;4品牌支持是体验价值影响顾客忠诚度的重要中介变量。  相似文献

研究顾客满意度的影响因素对餐饮类团购业的发展具有重要意义。基于欧洲顾客满意度指数模型(ECSI),结合餐饮类团购业特点,构建了餐饮类团购顾客满意度模型(COGB-CSI),并进行了实证研究。研究发现:感知服务质量、感知硬件质量、企业形象和感知软件质量是影响顾客满意度的前因变量,其影响程度按顺序依次减弱;感知价值在感知质量对顾客满意度的影响中起着中介作用。因此,建议团购网站应联合线下商家打造更好的消费体验,同时也须完善点评管理体系和售后服务体系。  相似文献

以品牌在网上的虚拟品牌体验活动为主题,研究品牌创新感知在品牌体验与品牌忠诚度间的中介作用,并考察产品类型对品牌创新感知的调节作用。结果发现:(1)品牌创新感知能作为中介解释虚拟品牌体验对品牌忠诚度的影响,并确认品牌体验能有效引起消费者的品牌创新感知;(2)产品类型调节品牌体验中的感官体验、思考体验与行动体验,通过品牌创新感知起到对消费者品牌忠诚的影响;当产品类型为享乐型产品时,感官体验、思考体验与行动体验对品牌创新感知的正向效应更强。  相似文献

通过线性回归分析了乡村徒步旅游游客感知价值对游客满意及游客忠诚的影响,研究发现,乡村徒步旅游游客感知价值的四个维度价格价值、功能价值、社会价值及情感价值对游客满意和游客忠诚都呈显著性的正相关;其中情感价值的影响最大也最显著,其次是功能价值;同时游客满意对游客忠诚也呈显著性正相关;通过中介效应的分析发现,游客感知价值是通过游客满意来影响游客忠诚的,即游客满意起到了部分中介的作用。  相似文献

The study examines a relatively neglected, but important, aspect of the analysis and evaluation of training, namely trainees' immediate reaction to training. In particular, we focused on an analysis of the factors that affect participants' overall satisfaction with training. We first identified three key situational antecedents of training satisfaction, including trainees' perceptions of the efficiency and usefulness of the training, and their perceptions of trainer performance. Specific hypotheses relating each of these factors to training satisfaction were then developed and tested using data from a sample of about 3000 trainees from a range of Italian companies participating in a large-scale regionally-funded training programme involving over 300 different training courses. The results revealed that, although all three hypothesised antecedents were significantly positively related to training satisfaction, the perceived usefulness of training had the strongest effect. Importantly, the results also suggest the lack of any clear compensatory effects of the three antecedents on training satisfaction. Theoretical and policy implications of the findings are discussed.  相似文献

Abstract

We investigated a number of established and emergent antecedents of affective and normative commitment of volunteers involved with a large Australian non-profit (NP) service delivery organisation. Self-report survey data were gathered from 921 volunteers. Using multiple regression analysis, we found affective commitment was positively predicted by role scope, personal importance, organisational support, esteem-based need satisfaction and value-based need satisfaction and negatively predicted by role ambiguity. We found that normative commitment was positively predicted by socialisation experiences and congruence of organisational mission and values with personal values. Theoretical and practical implications of the findings are further discussed. Of particular note is the value of extending organisational commitment mindsets to the value-laden and idiosyncratic NP sector and its volunteers. This includes the operationalisation of constructs not traditionally included in the examination of paid staff commitment, including perceptions of personal importance and need satisfaction, to inform volunteer management practice.  相似文献

A sizeable portion of the working population perceives that they are overqualified for their jobs. This is problematic, given that research consistently shows that such beliefs translate into lower levels of job satisfaction. Hence, it behoves human resource management (HRM) scholars to identify factors that influence perceptions of overqualification and also moderators that may reduce the negative effect of perceived overqualification on job satisfaction. In this study, we present a moderated path model that posits that the quality of the relationships that employees hold with their leader and with their team is not only antecedents of perceived overqualification but it is also hypothesised to weaken the negative relationship between perceived overqualification and job satisfaction. Survey data that were gathered from two organisations in the Netherlands (n = 183) supported the model. 本文基于顾客感知的服务绩效和服务公平理论,以长株潭地区的休闲旅游服务为例,对游客满意的前置因素及满意度现状进行了实证研究。问卷设计主要借鉴SERPERF量表和服务公平模型,并运用SPSS17.0软件对问卷的信度与效度进行了验证。调研结果显示,游客整体满意度水平处于"一般"和"不太满意"的临界区间。服务感知绩效的满意度得分要高于服务公平方面的得分,说明长株潭休闲旅游在服务态度及与顾客有效沟通方面比较欠缺。调研结果还表明了不同满意程度的顾客,所对应的购后行为是有差别的。本研究结果验证了服务公平与感知绩效理论在休闲旅游中的适应性,提出了顾客关系管理与服务补救策略在休闲旅游经营中的重要性。  相似文献

This study examines the multi-dimensionality of organizational commitment: affective, normative and continuance (including the sub-components of low perceived alternatives and high personal sacrifice), and how these are differentially related to a set of antecedents and consequences (i.e. turnover intentions, absenteeism and acceptance of change). The results, based on a sample of 505 Australian male fire-fighters, indicate that organizational commitment is best represented by the four-factors of affective, normative, low perceived alternatives and high personal sacrifice. In addition, employees experience different personal, job-related and environmental causes of commitment depending on whether they feel they want to, ought to, or need to remain with the organization. Further, not all facets of commitment enhanced organizational effectiveness, with affective being the most beneficial (i.e. employees are less likely to leave, be absent and are more accepting of change) and low perceived alternatives being the most detrimental (i.e. less accepting of change). The implications of these findings for the management of desirable forms of commitment are discussed.  相似文献

Using survey data from 227 employees, we draw from shared reality theory to study subordinate perceptions of family‐supportive supervision, its antecedents and outcomes. We focus on similarity in salient subordinate and supervisor family‐related demographics as an antecedent to perceived family‐supportive supervision. As expected, female subordinates perceived more family‐supportive supervision from female supervisors than from male supervisors. Likewise, parent subordinates perceived parent supervisors, compared with nonparent supervisors, to be more family supportive. Subordinate perception of family‐supportive supervision also positively related to affective commitment – mediating the indirect positive relationship between similarity in family‐related demographics and affective commitment.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Bicycle sharing is an emerging business in many cities worldwide and has attracted a large number of users, due to its convenience, environmental friendliness, low cost, and flexibility for short-distance travels. This study evaluates main factors affecting the perceived service quality, satisfaction, and loyalty of bicycle sharing customers. We design measurement variables, conduct a satisfactory survey on customers using OFO bicycle sharing service in Ningbo, China, develop a Service-Satisfaction-Loyalty model using structure equation modeling (SEM), and conduct statistical analysis. The perceived service quality was simplified to three dimensions including: perceived service quality of platform, perceived quality of bicycle entity, and perceived quality of value. The results show that SEM model can account for commonly unobserved variables within satisfaction and loyalty of bicycle-sharing. Perceived services quality of bicycle entity and platform are found to affect customer satisfaction significantly, while perceived quality of value is not a significant factor. This study confirms that satisfaction decisively leads to loyalty of bicycle sharing.  相似文献

Green purchase behaviour is receiving a growing attention in the academic community, as understanding it is crucial for the growing number of companies developing and marketing green products. In order to provide a broader and novel picture of the phenomenon, this study extends the widely used Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) model in several ways, through a large survey of Italian consumers. First, three dimensions of green purchase behaviour are considered, namely, the willingness to pay a premium price, the green purchase frequency and the green purchase satisfaction. Second, several antecedents are considered simultaneously. Third, new (consumer creativity) or so far marginally studied (materialism and green practices) antecedents are included. Fourth, the mediating roles of green purchase satisfaction and willingness to pay a premium price in the link between the considered antecedents and the frequency of green purchase are investigated. Results show that the three dimensions of green purchase behaviour have different antecedents, so highlighting that green purchase behaviour is a multi-faceted phenomenon that should not be studied as a single general concept. Personal norms and value for money emerged to be very relevant predictors. The significant effects of creativity, materialism and green practices provide evidence that extending the TPB model with these three antecedents is useful to more deeply understand green purchase behaviour. Green purchase satisfaction is the strongest predictor of purchase frequency and mediates the effects of personal norms and value for money.  相似文献

Using equity, stress and buffer theories, we investigate the role played by organizational inequities (organizational justice and provision of benefits) and assignment stressors (work adjustment and role novelty) in predicting expatriate pay satisfaction. We also assess the role of perceived assignment value as an important buffer that moderates the above relationships. With a sample of 78 expatriates from nine nationalities working in Hong Kong, we find that organizational justice and work adjustment are both positively related to expatriate pay satisfaction. We also find that perceived assignment value strengthens the provision of benefits–pay satisfaction and work adjustment–pay satisfaction relationships. Limitations and managerial implications are discussed.  相似文献
