研究了不同矮化剂不同浓度对小丽花植株矮化的影响,结果表明,小丽花矮化过程中,喷施2000~3000mg/kg的国光B9的矮化效果最佳,浓度过低矮化效果不明显,而浓度过高则影响开花率及植株长势.  相似文献

通过对黑龙江省七种槭树科彩叶植物种子的种皮吸水速率,种子浸提液对小白菜种子萌发的抑制作用,分析槭树种子种皮透水性,内源抑制物主要存在部位及其可溶性化学特征,为槭属植物种子休眠的破除提供科学依据。结果表明,七种槭树种子的种皮透水性良好,不是影响其休眠的原因。色木槭、紫花槭、茶条槭种皮中,东北槭、紫花槭、茶条槭胚中都含有水溶性抑制物。除东北槭外其余六种槭树种子种皮、胚中都含有脂溶性抑制物。各浸提液随着浓度比例的增高,抑制活性逐渐增加,抑制作用增强。抑制作用最强,发芽率低于15%的为青楷槭、元宝槭,胚含脂溶性抑制物,其次为紫花槭胚含脂溶性抑制物。拧筋槭、东北槭、青楷槭、元宝槭、茶条槭低浓度种皮水浸提液可促使小白菜胚根生长,其余都是随着浓度增加抑制其胚根生长。胚根生长最短,低于3毫米的是紫花槭、青楷槭、色木槭胚甲醇浸提组。  相似文献

通过室内实验生理生态学的方法研究了外源添加剂水杨酸(SA)对紫花槭抗寒性的影响。研究表明,在低温胁迫下,通过添加1.0mmol/L水杨酸能够显著降低(实验组)紫花槭的丙二醛(MDA)积累量、电解质渗透率;其可溶性糖含量明显高于未用SA处理的对照组。  相似文献

大花蕙兰(cymbidiumgrandiflorium)的原球茎迅速增殖对于增加其扩繁数量有着至关重要的作用。本试验以寻求大花蕙兰原球茎增殖最佳培养基附加激素配方为目标,以MS为基本培养基附加不同浓度的外源激素,筛选出促使原球茎增殖形成的最佳激素组合。结果表明:不同激素种类及浓度配比对原球茎的增殖起到决定作用.在MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA(1.1mg/L培养基上,原球茎增殖效果最好。  相似文献

选用刺五加枝条茎尖为实验材料,研究激素对刺五加愈伤组织继代培养、不定芽发生及生根的影响。结果表明:培养基中激素配比对刺五加愈伤组织的分化和诱导生根有很大影响。刺五加组织培养最佳初分化培养基为MS+6-BA1.0mgL+KT1.0mg/L+NAA0.15mg/L,继代分化培养基为MS+NAA3.0mg/L+6-BA2.0mg/L;生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA0.2mg/L。刺五加愈伤组织再分化能力主要受外植体类型及愈伤组织继代保存时间长短的影响较大。  相似文献

探讨细叶百合(Liliumpumilum)鳞片不同切段的培养效应;结果表明,最适合鳞片分化的激素组合为MS BA0.5mg/L NAA0.01mg/L;不同部位鳞片分化小鳞茎的能力大小依次为外层、中层、内层;对鳞片分割处理可显著增加单个鳞片分化小鳞茎的数量,分化能力大小依次为下部、中部、上部;4年生鳞片分化能力最好。  相似文献

Land characteristics in general and socio-economic characteristics in particular are assumed to play important roles in the determination of grain costs and benefits. This study explores the effects of farmland characteristics on grain costs and benefits using a multilevel linear model. The data refer to 1282 grain plots of 566 grain producers in the provinces of Henan, Shandong, and Anhui in the North China Plain. The results show that the coefficients of the variables used to measure plot size and tenure insecurity have different values and signs for households with different grain planted areas. It can be concluded that the effects of plot size and ratio of rented land are closely related to farmers’ total grain planted area, and only farmers with grain areas below 1.33 ha can achieve economies of scale. The effects of tenure insecurity of rented land on grain costs and benefits were negative, but the values became smaller and insignificant when farmers’ total grain area was sufficiently large. Regarding farmland bio-physical characteristics, farmers obtain more profit from plots with water conservancy facilities and have to invest more in poor land, with no output increments.  相似文献

研究不同浓度镉(Cd2 )胁迫对玉米萌发及幼苗生长影响,结果表明,当Cd2 浓度为5 ̄15mg/L时,Cd2 可以促进玉米种子的萌发,提高玉米的发芽势和发芽率,促进玉米芽与幼根的生长;当Cd2 的浓度高于50mg/L时,明显抑制种子萌发和幼苗生长。  相似文献

新时代背景下,水利工作面临新形势,迎来新挑战,水利行业亟需培养高素质水利人才以适应新时代的水利发展。以胜任力理论为基础,对水利行业领导干部胜任特征展开研究。采用文献研究法和行为事件访谈法梳理总结水利行业领导干部胜任力特征,通过理论分析与实证检验构建胜任特征模型,对不同维度的胜任特征内涵进行解析。研究结果表明,水利行业领导干部胜任特征模型由5个维度、18个胜任特征要素构成,利用调查问卷获得的数据均通过了信度、效度检验。在此基础上,对水利行业干部管理与队伍建设提出了对策建议。  相似文献

This paper investigates the role played by different site characteristics in influencing people's choice of outdoor recreation destinations. Contrary to prior studies, our experiment accounts for a large diversity of eligible landscapes described using photomontages. We use a discrete choice experiment (DCE) proposing respondents to choose among hypothetical destinations described in terms of eight site characteristics. We study the trade-offs made by various profiles of respondents among those site characteristics, resulting in different destination choices. The DCE attributes are spatially explicit to represent recreational patterns in the form of site quality maps using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). We conclude by stressing implications of this research for tourism and land management policy-making in peri-urban environments. Interestingly, preferences for site characteristics vary significantly with the recreational activities that respondents engage in. Hikers and cyclists preferences should be particularly considered in future planning decisions.  相似文献

Changes in population distribution across Europe are driving the construction of substantial numbers of new houses, creating a need to forecast water demand for new housing developments. The most certain information available on new households during planning are the physical characteristics of the properties themselves. This paper sets out to establish how to classify properties in terms of their physical characteristics for the purpose of forecasting water demand. Analysis of household water demand under a univariate classification of property type showed significant differences for properties of different size (number of bedrooms), architectural type (e.g. flats vs. terraced) and garden presence but not for age or for garden aspect. Analysis of household water demand under a multivariate classification of property type showed fewer significant differences between property types. The results of the study were compared to studies and found to fit qualitatively. However, quantitative differences were noted indicating geographical and sampling variation which requires further investigation. In addition, further research is required to determine the relative certainty of forecasts derived from physical vs. socio-economic or demographic characteristics.  相似文献

This article examines the effects on the demand of voluntary labeling for the use of genetically modified growth hormone for retail fluid milk using supermarket scanner data. Retail fluid milk tracks one of the first biotechnology products approved, is fairly standardized and ubiquitous, and allows for cross-sectional differentiation between labeled and unlabeled products and between conventional and organic brands. The results indicate that voluntary labeling increases the demand for recombinant bovine growth hormone free milk. In addition, the estimated effects of labeling appear to have increased over time.  相似文献

以小叶章的茎段作外植体,采用正交设计法,考察6-BA、TDZ、NAA三种激素对小叶章初代培养产生的影响,确定适宜的激素种类及水平,优化筛选出适宜小叶章的诱导培养基.研究表明,激素6-BA是茎段诱导的关键因素;适宜小叶章初代培养的培养基配方为:1/2MS+6-BA0.5 mg·L~(-1)+TDZ0.1mg·L~(-1)+NAA0.1 mg·L~(-1)。  相似文献
