集群企业技术创新能力评价分析

企业技术创新能力可以分解为技术创新资源获得能力、技术创新管理能力和技术创新实现能力三个要素,而集群环境会对这三个要素产生影响.本文在分析集群环境对企业技术创新能力影响的基础上,构建了评价指标体系,旨在对集群企业技术创新能力进行评价.     

企业集群内核心企业成长分析

<正>根据企业集群内企业分工的差异,中卫型集群和市场型集群是两种最基本的集群结构。但由产生企业集聚的动力要素决定,现实的企业集群则可表现为：以产品生产为中心,以销售市场为中心和以要素供应为中心的三种集群类型。其中的要素包括原材料、相关技术研发能力、相应的人力资源供应及社会资本等。集群内核心企业focal firms(或领导企业leading firms)的竞争实力则成为整个集群成长的重要支撑。这样的重要性特别表现在以要素供应为集聚动力的集群类型的成长过程中。同时,在某种程度上,核心企业与群内企业间相关程度的加强也决定了中小企业成长寿命的长短。另外,中型的企业集群发展,其实与供应链(supply chain)的发展有许多相类似的地方。最大的差异在于核心企业与供应企业(集群内的配套企业)之间关系的发展被局限于集群存在的地理空间内,其成长过程包括四个阶段。     

企业集群网络的形成逻辑与集群网络构建路径分析

网络组织是为平衡企业内部协调成本和外部交易成本而出现的一种创新组织,企业的网络化发展,逐渐导致了产业的网络化,即产业集群的出现,这是现代企业组织形式发展的必然趋势。为顺应这一经济发展潮流,推动地方经济发展模式朝企业集群网络化方向发展,应选准一个主导产业,扶植几家支柱企业,发展大批中小专业企业,建设几个专业市场作为构建基于专业协作的企业集群网络的发展思路。     

基于集群系统结构的企业集群成长与政府行为研究

企业集群成长中政府行为的理论基础就在于弥补市场失灵和制度失效,其目的是加强企业之间的知识网络和联系,满足企业的各种需要。根据要素在企业集群系统中的定位和作用方式不同,可以把企业集群系统分为核心要素系统、支持要素系统和促进要素系统,政府应在企业集群系统结构三要素互动中找准行为的着力点。     

基于产业集群视角的企业创新研究

本文认为,集群经济条件下,企业技术创新的优势主要表现在动力激发和能力提升两个方面;其中动力激发主要有"面对面"的市场激励、需求激励、竞争激励与针对性的政府激励和集群文化激励;集群型企业家具有明显的区域文化特征、创新优势及示范效应,更具有竞争意识和竞争优势;集群内企业家的创新活动主要沿着地方企业网络及企业家之间的私人和公共网络扩散。     

产业集群升级的内生动力及其作用机制研究

产业集群升级的研究正逐步从通过外部拉动转向从集群内部挖掘升级潜力。但目前对内部升级途径的研究往往从某个角度出发,分析影响升级的几个因素,缺乏对集群内各动力要素及其作用机制完整的阐述和论证。在此背景下,文章首先研究了产业集群升级的四个内在动力要素及要素之间相互作用构成的知识网络;接着分析了集群动力要素间互动以促进集群升级的知识更新机制;进而构建了知识网络中四个动力要素在知识更新中发挥作用的“四力”模型及作用机制;最后,以浙江余姚灯具产业集群为例对模型作了应用分析。研究表明,核心企业、大学和科研院所、生产型服务机构及政府机构等集群知识网络要素的作用发挥及其匹配是集群顺利升级的关键。     

企业网络结构对产业集群动态能力的影响研究

本文根据动态能力理论,采用社会网络分析方法,通过构建企业网络结构一产业集群动态能力模型来研究企业网络结构对产业集群动态能力的影响。该研究对于指导我国目前产业集群由劳动密集型向资本或技术密集型的升级具有重大的现实指导意义,也能为地方政府的决策分析提供借鉴和支持。
