运行电缆网时域反射信号检测与预处理技术研究。应用小波分析变换电缆网时域反射信号的奇异点进行检测与预处理误差较大,采用小波分析的反射波消噪技术提出一种小波分析最优分解层数的自适应确定函数算法。     

无线家居环境监测系统设计

据设计要求本系统以AT89S52单片机为核心,辅以无线传输模块,湿度、温度、亮度与烟雾检测模块,及LCD液晶显示等构成硬件总电路,实现用单片机自动控制能力对室内温度、灯光及烟雾的实时检测及报警功能。监控机通过各个模块反馈的信号,对其进行无线控制温度,室内灯光,风扇运转,降低烟雾浓度,从而满足设计要求。     

一种基于Choi-Williams分布的间谐波检测新方法

由于间谐波具有频域分布广、幅值较小、周期难以确定等特点,因此,其检测难度高。目前,大多数算法虽然在较短的采样时间内有很好的检测精度,但不能同时反映信号在时域与频域的特性。文章通过分析电力系统谐波与间谐波的模糊函数的特点,在模糊域,将改进的Choi-Williams分布的核函数进行运用。仿真实验表明,该方法具有较强的抑制交叉项的能力,在提高时频分辨率的同时,也减少了计算量,并且反映了信号随时间的变化。     

基于单片机的多功能的水位自动控制系统

本文介绍了一种具有无线传输功能的家用水箱水质监测水位自动控制系统.系统能够实现水质检测、 水位自动控制、 信息无线传输摆脱对安装环境的限制、 实时信息显示的功能.其水质检测部分采用传感器分别对水温度、 水浑浊度、 水PH值等水质参数进行数据采集检测,数据经过单片机处理后通过无线传输模块传输至控制端,进而实现数据的显示和对水箱水位的自动调节.

文章设计了一款多功能的花卉传感器,实现了对花卉生长环境的检测和状态反馈。系统可利用按键对花卉类型进行选择,通过多款传感器对花卉生长过程中的土壤湿度信息、温度信息和光照强度信息进行采集,并利用Beetle微型控制器进行数据处理,最后通过呼吸灯对状态进行反馈。

Linking instructional objectives to the design of instructional environments: The Integrative Training Design Matrix

The purpose of this article is to present a system, referred to as the Integrative Training Design Matrix (ITDM), for streamlining the design of instructional environments in a way that integrates the instructional design elements commonly discussed in the scientific literature. This system expands the use of job-analytic information to better link needs assessment to the design of instructional environments. Specifically, the ITDM shows how determining an instructional objective's standing along four training issues–extensiveness of training, location of training, nature of transfer performance, and learning difficulty–yields a comprehensive plan for designing instructional environments. These plans involve design elements such as trainee-to-trainer ratio, feedback delivery, hands-on practice, modeling, structure of practice, amount of training, meaningfulness, pre- and post-training interventions, and general training methods. The ITDM then shows how organization and person analyses can be targeted to support these design elements.     

基于IOS平台的汽车安全驾驶系统

尽管汽车问世已有百余年,驾车体验技术依旧有着明显不足和巨大的改进空间。本文基于现有互联网及云计算技术,结合卫星定位和手机终端设计出一种ISO平台上的车辆故障显示与行驶规范的一体化软件系统;在文中所提出的汽车故障显示系统中,用户可通过智能手机上的故障检测软件发出指令,并经手机蓝牙或USB接口送达汽车故障诊断器。诊断器在通过传感器诊断后,将反馈请求依ISO15031—5协议规定的应用层、数据链路层、物理层等要求转换成相应的信号,再将汽车的诊断信息反馈给智能手机,并进一步通过手机发送给维修站。此外,本文设计的应用软件还具备建议反馈及智能泊车等一系列人性化功能,从而更好提升用户体验。     

How to learn new tasks: Shop floor performance effects of knowledge transfer and performance feedback

We investigate how learning and the task performance of individuals are affected by different forms of knowledge transfer. Whereas previous research has proven the positive performance impacts of knowledge transfer, self-observation and feedback mechanisms individually, we explore the cumulative effect of these factors on learning and performance. With the help of two laboratory experimental studies reproducing manufacturing tasks that are typical for industrial production, we show that explicit knowledge transfer is superior to other forms of knowledge transfer. Externally provided performance feedback in the form of cost information and non-financial performance indicators has no effect on the order of different forms of knowledge transfer. Moreover, external feedback does not even have an additional significant performance effect on learning new tasks irrespective of the type of knowledge transfer.     

The effect of procedural justice in the relationship between charismatic leadership and feedback reactions in performance appraisal

In this study, the relationship between procedural justice, charismatic leadership and feedback reactions (i.e. perceived feedback utility and feedback accuracy) is investigated. We conducted both regression analyses and path analyses (n = 299) to establish whether there is a moderating or mediating effect of charismatic leadership in the relationship between procedural justice and feedback reactions of teachers. Our results indicate there is a mediating effect of charismatic leadership. This demonstrates that besides the appraisal system, charismatic leadership is important for feedback reactions. Hence, supervisors should take into account that they have an important function to fulfill when conducting performance appraisals and not see performance appraisal as just another perfunctory system in human resource management.     

Can child care policy encourage employment and fertility?: Evidence from a structural model

We develop a structural model of female employment and fertility which accounts for intertemporal feedback effects between these two outcomes. To identify the effect of financial incentives on employment and fertility we exploit variation in the tax and transfer system, which differs by employment state and number of children. Specifically, we simulate in detail the effects of the tax and transfer system, including child care costs. The model provides estimates of the structural preferences of women that can be used to study the effect of various policy reforms. Results show that increasing child care subsidies, conditional on employment, increases the labor supply of all women as well as the fertility rates of the childless and highly educated women.     

公路隧道锚杆锚固质量检测技术与应用

基于锚固体系的锚杆动力学和波动理论,应用声频应力波在不同波阻抗面反射的能量和相位的变化原理,文章指出了锚杆锚固质量快速检测的应力波反射法,探讨了锚杆长度及注浆饱满度的判别方法,应用于湖南某高速公路隧道的系统锚杆检测试验。结果表明,应力波反射法检测隧道锚杆,检测结果与实际长度吻合,丰富了隧道围岩锚固质量检测方法,为隧道工程建设提供更好的质量保障。
