以往研究表明货币政策对股价有不可忽视的影响,与以往从内在规律、因素对这些现象进行解释不同,这里选取开盘和收盘价收益率作为两种价格形成机制的代表,通过BEKK模型实证检验,试图单纯地研究在货币政策对股价的影响过程中,价格形成机制在其中的意义和表现。结果表明,连续竞价下的市场质量比较好,价格发现效率较高,对货币政策的反应比较迅速和充分。 相似文献

以三氯化锑为原料,采用水解法制备三氧化二锑,系统地研究了影响三氧化二锑产率的各种因素。为改善三氧化二锑与非极性聚合物材料结合力较差的情况,对三氧化二锑进行了表面改性研究,将其与氢氧化镁阻燃剂进行复配,研究了阻燃协效剂对软质PVC体系的阻燃性能的影响。实验结果表明,三氧化二锑的制备的最佳工艺条件是VHC l∶V无水乙醇=1∶1,反应温度是318 K,三氯化锑初始反应质量浓度为0.24 g/mL。改性后的三氧化二锑大大提高了软质PVC体系的阻燃性能。 相似文献

Cognitive mapping has been used to support strategic planning in business. However, the process has seldom been utilized to
support strategic planning in nonprofit public organizations, where many reporting lines are less clear. This paper describes
how the cognitive mapping process was designed and implemented to help a large academic department identify and merge the
individual goals of faculty members as a first step in creating a strategic plan. Each map was created using the Decision
ExplorerTM software during individual interviews, as opposed to using paper and pencil. An action case approach was used to plan and
evaluate individual mapping sessions. Eliciting individual cognitive maps led to greater engagement by faculty in the strategic
planning process. Nearly all of the participating faculty members believed that the cognitive mapping process was helpful
and insightful and the resulting map was accurate and complete. 相似文献

With the use of a hierarchy‐of‐effects model, the decision to complete a mail survey was modeled as a process moving through several stages. A set of variables thought to influence the survey‐completion decision process was examined. These variables include survey design factors, which were manipulated by the researchers, and respondent factors, such as attitudinal and personal constructs. Based on the research findings, the hierarchy‐of‐effects model is an appropriate way to model the mail‐survey‐response process. The data indicate that among the survey design factors included in the study, the monetary incentive had the most effect on the decision process, with a pervasive impact throughout the process. Importantly, respondent factors such as attitude toward research were of critical importance in moving respondents through the survey‐response process. Research into the response‐rate phenomenon is likely to benefit by considering how both survey design and respondent factors affect specific stages of the response process and enhance participation in surveys. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 相似文献

Despite the growing interest of South African consumers regarding home ware, insufficient research is available regarding their decision making of this product category. The objectives of this exploratory study were to evaluate consumers' decision‐making process regarding home ware, and to suggest consumer profiles of the home ware based on the decision‐making process. A qualitative research strategy was used to purposively recruit both male and female participants walking around a home ware store. Semi‐structured interviews were used to collect data from 33 participants at which point data saturation was reached. Each step of the decision‐making process was investigated during the interviews, using questions relevant to the purchasing of home ware. The results indicated clear differences as well as similarities in home ware consumers' decision‐making process. It was evident that the decision‐making process was a result of their specific need for a home ware product. Consumers evaluated home ware based on their needs, values and personal style, while making their final product choice based on product quality, appearance and price. It was also possible to identify home ware consumer profiles based on an evaluation of their decision‐making process. Four profiles were identified, namely, the quality‐conscious, the fashion‐conscious, the lifestyle‐orientated and the impulsive home ware consumer. The characteristics associated with each profile should provide the growing home ware market with insight regarding the specific needs and preferences of the consumer. Seeing that this study was only exploratory in nature, it is recommended that further research regarding the purchasing of home ware should be done. 相似文献

In recent years, multi-organizational collaboration has become more and more important in both business and research. We conducted
an action research (AR) intervention with a consortium of Finnish universities that needed to revise its joint strategy. We
designed and facilitated a repeatable collaboration process for this multi-organizational strategy development. The process
was built using the Collaboration Engineering (CE) approach with thinkLets, which provides expert-level advice for novice
facilitators, and it was powered by Group Support Systems (GSS). Our overall impression of CE’s ability to provide valuable
design and facilitation support for complex processes is very affirmative. The consortium was satisfied with the intervention,
as it saved huge amounts of time compared with conventional strategic work. The process was also seen as more democratic,
because the GSS tools enabled equal participation during the session. Our study also provides a ready-to-apply CE process
recipe to organizations for revising their strategy. Through this recipe, supplemented with knowledge on thinkLets, the strategy
development process may easily be repeated by other facilitators or even practitioners. 相似文献

This paper examines the born-global phenomenon in the context of an emerging country, Brazil. A literature review was conducted
in order to develop an integrative model of the phenomenon under study. Three sets of internal variables were identified in
the literature which seemed to explain why a firm would follow a born global, rather than a traditional, internationalization
process: firm, network, and entrepreneur variables. The final conceptual model was tested in a Brazilian sample of 79 software
firms, of which 35 followed the born-global process of internationalization and 44 followed the traditional process. Logistic
regression was used to test the research hypotheses. Results showed that certain firm and entrepreneur variables seemed to
be associated to the type of internationalization process chosen by these firms. Network variables did not significantly differentiate

While Internet credit services are proliferating fast, they bring serious debt problems, especially to young adults, and further result in negative psychological and social issues. The present study aims to investigate the influential factors underlying the usage of Internet credit services among young adults. Particularly, a dual-process model is proposed by integrating both the reflective and impulsive decision-making process. While the reflective process is modelled based on the theory of planned behaviour, the impulsive process is manifested by examining the antecedents of impulse to use Internet credit services, including immediate gratification, materialism, and self-control. A survey was administered among young adults and 992 valid questionnaires were collected. PLS-SEM methods were applied to analyse the data. It was revealed that the reflective decision-making process exerts significant influence on young adults' usage of Internet credit services, and the impulsive process plays important role in impacting people's usage of Internet credit services among the lower income group. In addition, immediate gratification and materialism were found to positively affect the impulse to use, whereas self-control was identified as an inhibitor of impulse to use Internet credit services. The objective of this empirical study was to investigate how the use of internal and external information sources influence
the success of an organization’s buying process, and how the characteristics of the buying task influence the employment of
these information sources during the buying process. Quantitative data were collected by structured interviews among Finnish
business organizations early in 2008. The results suggest that the employment by an organization of information provided by
a supplier during the buying process has a significant but contradictory influence on the success of the buying process. Furthermore,
the complexity, newness, and importance of the buying situation were found to have a significant influence on the employment
of different sources of information during the various stages of buying process. Perceived risk of the buying task was found
to have no significant effect on the use of different information sources. 相似文献

This paper analyzes the decision process of venture capitalists. The study focuses on aligning the evaluation uncertainty in the decision criteria of venture capitalists with the progress of the process. The reasoning builds from the concept of search, experience and credence qualities, which was developed in the economics of information and allows the identification of the varying uncertainty of a single decision criterion compared to other criteria, along with uncertainty variations throughout the process. Exploratory empirical evidence suggests that in the early steps of the process in particular, management criteria are uncertain, while at the end of the process other criteria couple with uncertainty. 相似文献
