根据服务质量衡量理论和流程质量量表理论,将网站服务质量分为7个维度,提出一个关于网站服务质量和顾客满意度的假设和研究模型。通过设计问卷调查,运用SPSS统计软件对样本进行研究分析来验证假设模型。研究结果表明:网站服务质量对小粒咖啡网络营销顾客满意度存在正向显著相关;网站服务质量各维度对小粒咖啡网络营销顾客满意度影响程度各不相同。  相似文献

Abstract

The goal of the present study is to assess the impact of attitudinal and sociodemographic variables and resources restriction (time, effort and income) on convenience food usage, mediated by customer convenience orientation. The study was conducted in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. 1391 participants completed an online questionnaire designed to evaluate convenience food usage, attitudinal and sociodemographic variables. Data were analyzed through structural equation modeling by blockwise comparison technique. The results showed that convenience food usage was directly affected by convenience orientation towards the meal planning, kitchen setup and cleaning up stages, and was driven by time and budget perception, both directly and indirectly (as mediated by convenience orientation). Health consciousness and cooking enjoyment showed a negative impact on the usage of these products. The convenience food market in Brazil has a large growth potential, especially if new products take into consideration palatability and nutritional quality.  相似文献

研究目的:验证杭州市区内各类教育配套对住宅价格的影响,并定量评估教育设施的资本化效应程度。研究方法:特征价格法。研究结果:教育设施对住宅价格具有正向的资本化效应。小学和初中存在显著的学区效应,小学质量、初中质量每上升1个等级,将给其学区内的住宅价格带来2.3%或2.6%的增幅。幼儿园、高中和大学则通过可达性提高了周边住宅的价格,小区1 km 范围内每增加一所幼儿园,住宅总价上升0.1%;处于高中或大学1 km 范围内,住宅总价分别上升1.8%和2.1%。研究结论:证实了教育设施对住宅价格的正向影响,购房者和投资者愿意为教育质量或可达性支付附加价格。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Based on the existing marketing concept on relational and functional benefits and on the retailing management of customer value, the present research empirically tests the influence of these customer benefits by providing a comparative analysis for different retailing formats, such as supermarkets and hypermarkets. Using questionnaire data for a sample of customers (N = 362), the authors developed structural equation modeling. This study identifies the factors influencing customer value, as well as the key to understand the relationships of customer benefits, customer value, loyalty, and purchase intention in the retailing service context. The contribution of the present research includes empirically testing a conceptual model, by developing a comparative analysis, along with providing some meaningful insights to retailing managers on how to strategically manage customer value variables to increase and enhance customer retention and purchase intent.  相似文献

Many studies have shown that customer satisfaction affects customer behavior and loyalty. There are, however, relatively few studies that examine the impact of customer satisfaction on store repatronage behavior by store-type choice. This study examines why Austrian consumers choose a certain store type (i.e., supermarket or bakery) for purchases in a particular product category (i.e., baked goods). Moreover, it assesses the impact of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty (i.e., the repatronage intention). The study found that customers valued different attributes for each store type. It also suggested that customer satisfaction and customers' intention to recommend varied by store type. Additionally, the bakery customers' tendency to spend more is positively related to their satisfaction level. Managerial implications for both types of stores are provided.  相似文献

在发展木质家具O2O网站的背景下,以ABC态度模型为基础,实证分析顾客感知质量对顾客在线粘性的影响,以及顾客信任在二者之间的中介作用。结果表明:顾客感知质量对顾客在线粘性具有显著正向影响,其中感知产品质量的影响程度最强,感知服务质量的影响程度最弱;顾客信任在顾客感知质量与顾客在线粘性之间起部分中介作用,其中顾客信任对感知系统质量的中介影响程度最强。因此,为提升顾客对木质家具O2O网站的在线粘性,企业应加强木质家具O2O网站的安全、在线评价与信用建设;利用VR、AR及云计算等新技术加强木质家具O2O网站家具实感体验;设立木质家具O2O网站专属的家具论坛;提升木质家具O2O网站客服及售后的服务质量。  相似文献

对每日优鲜消费者满意度的影响因素进行调查。根据消费者理论模型结合每日优鲜概况,选取平台质量、配送质量、产品质量、产品价格、售后服务和感知价值这六个为可能的影响因素,通过问卷调查、建立结构方程模型进行验证分析。结果表明,每日优鲜平台质量、配送质量、消费者感知消费价值对消费者满意度有着显著的正向影响;产品质量对消费者感知消费价值有显著的正向影响;产品价格对消费者感知消费价值有显著的逆向影响;售后服务对消费者感知价值没有显著影响。  相似文献

For schooling to play an important role in the development of human capital, the system of education needs to provide quality education, which among other things requires high‐quality teachers. Facing fiscal constraints and growing enrolments, school systems in developing countries often supplement their teaching staff by hiring contract teachers. However, there is limited evidence on how the effectiveness of these teachers compares to that of civil service teachers. We use a dataset from rural primary schools in western China to estimate the causal effect of contract teachers on student achievement and find that gains in student scores on standardised examinations in mathematics and Chinese are less in classes taught by contract teachers than in classes taught by civil service teachers. The results demonstrate that China's education system needs to focus on producing high‐quality teachers to improve the quality of schooling in its rural education system. The findings imply that educators in developing countries should not only seek to hire increasingly more civil service teachers in rural schools, but they should also identify ways of improving the quality of contract teachers. If efforts to improve teaching can succeed, rural students can learn more, earn higher incomes and contribute more to the productivity of the overall economy.  相似文献

Social inequalities induced by education accessibility are widespread and concern land use policy makers globally. Yet much of existing research heavily emphasizes on uncovering the spatial patterns of housing price in relation to education resources. This paper aims to renew our understanding of this classical topic by bringing the importance of temporal and institutional dynamics to the fore. Specifically, this research presents a detailed examination of the relationship between school quality and housing rental dynamics under the intervention of equitable housing policy, with special reference to Shanghai, the most developed megacity in China, also one of the first Chinese cities granting equal rights for renters to access schools within the catchment area. Based on time-series housing rental data collected from social media, the t-test discovers that school quality has a significant impact on housing rental prices after the introduction of this new housing policy. Moreover, housing rental prices within high-quality school districts are significantly higher than those within ordinary school districts. The hedonic model and variance partitioning further confirm that school quality is capitalized into housing rental prices, and its relative contribution varies with temporal periods. More specifically, how the relative contribution of school quality changes over time is consistent with the schedule of primary school enrollment and sensitive to policy intervention. The difference in difference model foregrounds that the equitable housing policy does result in rental prices hike in high-quality school districts, i.e., a 13.5 % rental premium of housings within high-quality school districts compared with those within ordinary ones. We conclude that the equitable housing policy fails to achieve the expected goal and propose alternative suggestions for mitigating social inequalities in education accessibility. This study demonstrates a novel methodological framework for evaluating the social consequence of equitable housing policy based on social media data. It unravels how housing rental changes with school district division and the capitalization effect of school quality in housing rental prices.  相似文献

The National School Lunch Program is not meeting its nutritional goals. Data for 330 Minnesota school districts are analyzed to derive recommendations for improving the nutritional quality of school lunches. This study finds, contrary to widely held views, that lunch sales do not decline when healthier meals with less fat, for example, are served and that more nutritious lunches do not necessarily cost more. Healthier meals have higher labor costs, but lower costs for processed foods. Indirect costs, paid by the food service to the school district, negatively affect meal quality by decreasing funds to upgrade kitchens and train staff to prepare more nutritious meals.  相似文献

Abstract

Peanut meal is cross-hedged with soybean meal using peanut meal cash prices and soybean meal futures prices. Hedge ratios are obtained for a 3-year and a 6-year period model. The data is from 1993 to 2000, with the 2000 data used for evaluation. All hedge ratios are significant and the 3-year period model's results suggest that long term data sets have less explanatory power than short-term hedge ratios. Evaluation results indicate positive gains for cross-hedged poultry producers and/or peanut producers. The empirical analyses suggest that soybean meal futures can be used as a potential cross-hedging vehicle for peanut meal.  相似文献

The importance of customer ratings or reviews in online shopping has been recognized in the previous literature; however, few have studied how online customer rating scores affect consumers’ fresh produce purchases and its importance relative to other fresh produce attributes. The quality of fresh produce demonstrates high uncertainty and variation; therefore, the impact of user-generated content such as customer rating scores on the choice of fresh produce may be more complex than on other product categories. Moreover, previous studies on customer ratings have not examined the price premium that retailers can obtain based on better ratings of fresh produce. Using a stated preference approach (i.e., choice experiment), this study measures the willingness to pay for a higher customer rating score and explores its relative importance to other popular fresh produce attributes (i.e., organic, place of origin, and shelf life). The results show that customer rating is the second most important attribute after the place of origin and is more important than production methods (e.g., organic and naturally grown) for fresh strawberry purchases. Also, rating scores demonstrate a diminishing marginal impact on consumer willingness to pay. Younger consumers and households with children are willing to pay more for fresh produce with high ratings than those with low ratings.  相似文献

Abstract

Empirical evidence collected from comprehensive personal interviews with potato farmers in the Philippines reveals five factors that best explain a farmer's choice of seed supplier. Seed quality and the seed supplier's reputation are the two most important factors. Given the high cost of seed and the impact seed quality has not only on the current crop but any future potato crops derived from that seed, such is not unexpected. Results suggest that by providing technical support, enhancing offer quality and facilitating regular communication, it is possible for a proximal seed supplier to differentiate their product offer from alternative suppliers. Fortuitously, such investments are most appreciated by the larger potato farmers.  相似文献

Abstract

This paper investigates consumers' perception of food quality in Tunisia. In fact, the development of quality standards is driven by government regulations and mostly in response to export markets regulations. The role of consumers in this process is quite missing. This paper first highlights the current food safety and quality programs undertaken by the Tunisian government. Second, we use a sample of 150 consumers chosen at random at two of the largest hypermarkets in Tunisia to analyze consumers' behavior regarding quality. The paper shows strong concerns about hygiene among other quality attributes and strong awareness about quality and quality assurance schemes in general. Consumers are also motivated by habits of consuming home made products for hygiene and taste reasons. If appropriate quality systems were implemented to assure consumers about such attributes this would boost up demand for quality products.  相似文献

Summary

A broad view of the European Union (EU) quality policy to the meat sector is given in this article. It analyses the links between quality policy and consumer attitudes and behavior in the Spanish meat market. Quality programs allow traceability within the chain, which is an important improvement, compared to the traditional way of marketing meat. For this reason, we study the evolution and performance of Spanish meat market from the view of consumer behavior. This paper mentions some basic information in quality policies in Spain, including the results of a survey carried out in 1997, with some practical conclusions.  相似文献

Abstract

This study examines the shifting patterns in meal consumption practices among Canadians and the sources of disruption of meal habits. It analyses the notion of breakfast, lunch, dinner, out-of-household consumption of food, cooking, and snacking which could be considered as disrupting eating habits. Meal skipping, primarily breakfast and lunch was common, particularly among women, as was consumption of food outside the home, particularly among lower income earners and respondents with lower education attainment. The findings of this survey suggest that contemporary Canadians are experiencing a disruption of meal times, a rise in the frequency of snacking and an erosion of the will or ability to prepare or cook meals at home. For many Canadians, the traditional notion of three-meals a day is becoming an ideal, rather than a daily reality. Fragmented food habits and the disintegration of traditional meal patterns represent a challenge to public health nutrition in Canada.  相似文献

The demand for education is partly revealed by a higher demand for properties around good schools, which has been the basis for a number of empirical studies. This research attempts to explore the nexus of school quality and the property market when school ranking is clearly available to the public. The spatial hedonic property valuation method was employed to analyze selected Brisbane public (state) and private schools consisting of those with high, middle and low ranking in terms of average student academic school performance. The results imply the capitalization of school values in both property and rental prices. The research also demonstrates the spillover impacts of school development. Such impacts are higher in comparison to previous studies, which are supported by the average school performance considered in individual assessments.
