论欲望、欲望节制与和谐社会

和谐健康的社会人文环境除了受人类社会经济发展水平这一基本条件制约和影响外,还与社会文化环境和人们的伦理道德水准息息相关.而一定社会经济形态和文化环境条件下的社会伦理道德水准,在很大程度上受人们欲望的大小以及对欲望的约束手段的影响.如何将人们的欲望控制在理想的状态下,是整个人类社会发展过程中任何国家、任何民族都必须所面临的重大课题.     

欲望的本质：一个经济学的基本问题

欲望是西方经济学的一个重要概念，整个新古典经济理论分析都是建立在人的无限欲望与资源稀缺性这对矛盾基础上的。作者认为，现代西方经济学只是把欲望当作一个理所当然的前提来论述，而对人类欲望的真正本质却缺乏深刻的认识。文章提出，人类欲望的本质是追求精神快乐而非表象化的物质财富，物质满足仅仅是获取精神快乐的一个必要手段。经济学应当追求更为广泛的目标。并不是物质越多，精神就越快乐。如何以较少的环境与资源牺牲来使人类接受一种更加合理的生活方式，达到群己、物我、天人、劳逸之间的和谐，并使人们从中得到更多的快乐满足，是现代经济学发展面临的一个重要任务     

《野蛮生长》

冯仑以“地产界的思想家”著称。《野蛮生长》是他纵横生意江湖20年来，第一次系统梳理后所出的书。冯仑在书中深刻剖析了民营企业这二十多年的心路历程。他认为，民营企业在创业和发展中遇到的问题，包括原罪问题、政商关系、企业公民责任以及一系列的组织内部管理等等问题，简单说来实际上是追求金钱的欲望和社会伦理及政策法规的冲突问题。冯仑用时下的热门电影《色·戒》做比喻，在这二十多年民营企业的发展过程中，如果没有欲望这个“色”，而仅仅只有伦理道德和规范这个“戒”，我们的经济就不可能有任何活力；反之，如果只有追逐财富和金钱的欲望，而没有社会的道德、责任和法律规范来加以约束，金钱的欲望也会成为社会的一大灾难。     

论品牌营销的文化定位

消费者的购买决策在很大程度上受到文化、社会、个人和心理等因素的影响,而文化、亚文化和社会阶层等文化因素,对消费者的行为具有最广泛和最深远的影响,文化是人类欲望和行为最基本的决定因素。文化是探索人的思维和行为法则最为适宜的主题。品牌是一个多维的概念,是一系列属性相互作用的综合体。事实上,它更多地被注入特定的社会历史条件下人们的价值观念、理想寄托、风俗习惯、民族风情、历史传统等文化内涵。如何以文化锻造品牌,挖掘品牌中的文化底蕴,恰当而有效地进行品牌的文化定位,从而提升品牌的价值,是现代品牌营销的最核心内容之一,也是对品牌的深层次认识。     

浅谈会计环境与会计职业道德的关系

会计环境指会计职业活动的各种奈件之总和，是会计赖以产生、存在和发展的社会环境，是套计所处特殊发展阶段的客观外在环境和条件。在复杂的社会环境中，会计职业道德不可能独立存在，要受会计环境各种因素的制约和影响。虽然在一定条件下，会计职业道德建设可通过各种形式和手段，影响着会计环境的改善，但总体上是前者受后者制约为主     

诚信——会计行为的灵魂

会计作为一个信息系统，不可避免地受所处社会、政治、经济、文化环境的影响和制约。诚信是道德的根本，是社会的一种必要的生存与发展条件，也是社会和文化环境的重要组成部分。会计与诚信两者之间相互关联，相互制约。近年来，美国的“安然”事件和中国“银广夏”事件，给人们极大的震动。违规的会计行为，即缺乏诚信，严重损害了社会公众利益。这些说明了会计只有适应所处的经济环境，并为其所处的社会环境服务，才能得以存在发展。     

会计伦理与职业道德自律——以会计信息失真为侧重

由会计信息失真造成的严重社会消极效应一直是人们关注的热点问题。克服会计信息失真问题。固然需要强化制度建设，但更需要会计人员恪守职业操守，恪守特殊的伦理道德。会计人员能否避免信息失真，一方面需要寄希望各种制度的完善，不给虚假信息留下任何可乘之机；另一方面，主要还取决于会计人员行为、思想的自觉，能够通过自我约束，维护信息的真实。同时，鉴于会计信息失真的各种外在环境条件是复杂的，我们还应当倡导他律与自律相结合，既希望会计行为符合伦理道德规范，也应有相应的制度规范加以制约。

经济思想学说史中的本土化现象

一般地说，社会现象是由人的互动行动产生的，而行动又受人的心理支配的。因此，有的学者就指出，心理学实际上是任何社会科学出发的基础，所有根本性的解释都要以此为基础，分析具体社会关系下人的理性行为以及人类行为造成的经济现象。也正是由于不同社会环境下人的行为方式不同，因而要真正探悉社会现象产生的内在机理，要探究人类有效的理性行动，关键是要搞清楚行为主体的需求特点以及行为发生时的条件或背景。     

试论生态建设的环境道德教育支持

生态建设无疑是社会可持续发展的具体目标得以实现的必要途径。人类社的发展，一方面因带来劳动生产率的大幅度提高而使人们的物质生活条件不断改善，同时也深刻地改变了自然生态环境而引起生态质量下降的生态危机。就问题产生的实质而言，这是人类社会的发展忽视自然规律，破坏人与自然和谐共处的结果。在人类受到这些盲目的做法所造成的惩罚之后，生态建设的呼声愈来愈高，可持续发展成为人类今天走出生态危机的共同宣言。然而，一种正确的认识只有变成人类自觉的一种行为才会实现应有的期望，而事实上却是今天的人们即使在无数个不幸的生态环境破坏带来的惨痛教训后，破坏环境的事件仍有所发生，看来在社会可持续发展的道路上，一方面需要科学的生态建设技术能力和体制的保证，另一方面广受教育背景下的公民环境道德支持无疑是必不可少的基础。这里我们着重就生态建设中的环境道德支持谈谈自己的一些看法。     

The metaphysics of consumer desire and the French intersubjectivists

This paper explains some of the ideas behind the new intersubjectivist economics, offers a comparative analysis of the neoclassical and the intersubjectivist metaphysics of consumer desire, including their historical roots, and provides an extensive bibliography of the new school's key texts. The desire for land: Strategic lending with adverse selection

This paper deals with a setting in which borrowers and lenders place different values on an asset that can be used as collateral. Under adverse selection, lenders may rationally choose credit contracts with the object of attracting a relatively risky group of clients, so raising their chances of gaining possession of the asset through default. Contracts of differing attractiveness to borrowers can also coexist in equilibrium. When an ‘inside’ and an ‘outside’ lender compete, the latter placing a lower value on the collateral, and their loanable funds are sufficiently limited, a separating equilibrium may exist in which the insider offers a contract which attracts risky borrowers, whereas the outsider's contract is aimed at a safer group. If loanable funds are ample, the only equilibrium will involve pooling contracts, but the insider may still offer more attractive contracts in an entry game.     

What motivates bandwagon voting behavior: Altruism or a desire to win?

This paper surveys the literature on psychological and strategic mental processes of bandwagon behavior, discusses the literature of bandwagon behavior in the context of the two different types, bandwagon vote choices and bandwagon abstention effects, and examines the rationality of other-regarding bandwagon vote choices. Key experimental results are reported to investigate the extent that bandwagon behavior can be explained by other-regarding preferences in contrast to a psychological desire to simply support a winner. We find support for purely psychological non-other-regarding bandwagon behavior but primarily when subjects have information about the distribution of voter choices in previous elections but individual choices are private. Interestingly, when voting is public this type of bandwagon behavior disappears and bandwagon behavior that could be other-regrading is much higher. Given that observability increases other-regarding behavior in other contexts, our results suggest that some of the observed bandwagon behavior may be explained by other-regarding preferences as well.     

Surplus men and scarce women: The impact of mating competition on the desire for sons in China*

We conducted this research to explore the possible factors shaping son preference, with a view to understanding the persistently high male/female sex ratio. Using data from the Chinese General Social Survey (CGSS) and the Population Census of China, we find a significant impact of regional sex ratio on people's preferences for the sex of their future children. Specifically, the extent of son preference decreases with the increase in the male/female sex imbalance in the local area. We also find that sex imbalance has a positive impact on a wide range of outcomes that capture the pressure on males to enter marriage markets, such as regional housing prices, the number of houses owned, and family economic status. This result is consistent with the view that greater sex imbalance exerts larger pressure on men in the marriage market, leading to changes in son preference. Omitted variable bias is addressed by using climate changes in the month preceding the fertilization period as an instrument for sex ratio. Instrumental sex ratio negatively impacts son preference, offering strong support for our hypothesis.
