CSAI网基于BSC与KPI结合的营销人员绩效考核指标设计

经过在CSAI网作了深入的调查、分析与业务实践,提出以BSC(The Balanced Scorecard,平衡记分卡)方法为主,结合KPI(Key Performance Indicator,关键绩效指标法)方法的形式,为该CSAI网定制了一套绩效考核指标。目前,该指标系统已投入试运行,取得了良好的实施效果。

我国会计三级学位论文创新点剖析

创新是学位论文的精髓,而我国学士、硕士和博士学位论文都存在创新不足的问题。文章分析了三级学位对创新的不同要求,提出把独立、独特和独创的创新分别作为三级学位论文的创新点,并以工商管理学科的会计论文为例作了具体剖析,还对突出我国学位论文创新点提出四个方面的具体建议。     

基于知识图谱分析干细胞研究现状及发展方向

本文以2000—2011年作为时间范围,对外文数据库(ISI)的Web of science数据库进行检索,获取有关干细胞研究的多篇论文,对其进行引文分析、共现分析,运用国际知名绘图软件Pajek,利用被引频次较高的文献绘制出干细胞研究的国家与机构分布、热点及其变化趋势的知识图谱,在可视化知识图谱的基础上对干细胞的发展现状及发展趋势进行分析,为中国的干细胞研究提出建议。     

Ceremonial science: The state of Russian economics seen through the lens of the work of ‘Doctor of Science’ candidates

The paper investigates the current status of economic research in Russia using a previously unexplored dataset of Russian ‘Doctor of Science’ (Dr.Sc.) theses. The Dr.Sc. degree is a postdoctoral qualification necessary for career advancement at most Russian universities. By examining the Dr.Sc. theses, we are able to provide a systematic overview of ‘average’ scientific standards in Russia, particularly at mass universities, at which most administrators and bureaucrats are trained. We show that the level of integration into the international scientific community in Russian economics remains low. Moreover, we obtain a picture of mostly ‘ceremonial’ science. The researchers combine references to ‘classical’ research, formal methods, and practical application merely as an instrument for presenting the argument in a more ‘scientific’ way.     

At the Edge of Longitudinal Analysis. Welfare Institutions and Social Assistance Dynamics

The main aim of this contribution is to present and discuss critically some of the results from the longitudinal analysis carried out in eight cities in five European countries within the general framework of the ESOPO project. In particular I will use these results in order to understand what longitudinal analysis can tell us as soon as we compare different citizenship systems using process-produced data from social assistance schemes as a relevant indicator. The contribution is divided into three sections. The first section will address some methodological issues and illustrate the driving hypothesis. The second section will present some main results from the longitudinal analysis carried out in the ESOPO project. The third section will highlight the institutional dimension and its role in shaping clients' recipiency dynamics, paying particular attention to the development of an interpretative framework.     

虚拟企业作业成本管理系统的设计

作业成本法作为一种准确计算、确定生产成本与用户成本的新管理会计方法,已有不少学者撰文探讨它在中国现时环境下应用的可能性、可行性,以及它在某一特定企业中的实际应用。但纵览国内外研究文献,探索虚拟企业环境下,全面供应链管理中作业成本法/作业管理系统的文章尚不多见。为此,本文将在介绍虚拟企业供应链管理的基础上,剖析作业成本法/作业管理的工作原理,并在虚拟企业供应链管理中建立起作业成本计算与管理体系。     

ELINOR OSTROM – NOBEL PRIZE IN ECONOMICS 2009

Elinor Ostrom's groundbreaking studies on self-governance systems and on how people solve common-pool resource problems have challenged the theory and practice of economic development. Two theses stand at the core of this challenge. Firstly, any single, comprehensive set of formal laws intended to govern a large expanse of territory containing diverse ecological niches is bound to fail. Secondly, improving the abilities of those directly engaged in the particulars of their local conditions to organise themselves is potentially a better strategy than attempting to implement idealised, theoretically optimal institutional arrangements. From there to tangible national-level economic growth strategies in developing countries is a long road but Ostrom and her team have pointed the direction and opened the way.     

Quo vadis Diversity-Management: Legitimationsfassade oder professionelles Management personeller Vielfalt?

Diversity Management has gained an increasing importance in business practice. Empirical studies, however, have shown that Diversity Management often constitutes a facade of legitimacy. Thus, a professional realization of Diversity Management remains questionable. Before this background this paper endeavors to establish—in form of theses—a basic approach to the professionalization of Diversity Management by the training of diversity managers, the strategic alignment, institutionalization and economic efficiency of the concept as well as its top-down implementation. A case study of Henkel Corporation finally shows which of these approaches can be found in business practice.

学生的毕业论文已成为高校数字图书馆资源建设的一个特色,采用ASP、MICROSOFTACCESS、WIN-DOWS2000SERVER为开发平台的论文提交与发布系统,能较好地实现对这一资源的组织和管理,实现过程采用大量的JAVASCRIPT模块来封装对数据库和服务器复杂逻辑操作,有效地克服了B/S模式本身的缺陷,又很大程度地满足了用户要求。
