本文通过实证分析以达到确认影响旅游用户线下消费意愿关键因素。通过发放问卷收集到数据分析得出在旅游UGC网站信息的质量、感知价值以及风险均会影响用户的旅游消费意愿。其中信息可靠性、信息有用性以及信息吸引性正向影响旅游用户线下消费意愿,感知有用、感知娱乐对旅游UGC网站信息质量和旅游用户线下消费意愿起到中介作用,而感知费用对信息可靠性和和消费意愿之间并没有显著影响。最后根据研究结果针对提升旅游UGC网站用户体验和优化网站生成内容质量,提出促进线下旅游消费的建议。  相似文献

电商直播提升了绿色农产品的营销活力、拓宽了营销渠道。本文探讨农产品直播电商营销对消费者购买意愿的影响,以直播营销为自变量,将感知价值与感知风险作为传导机制变量,结合消费者购买意愿,运用问卷调查数据进行实证分析。研究发现:农产品直播营销、感知价值对消费者购买意愿有显著的正向影响;感知风险对消费者购买意愿存在显著负向影响;感知价值在农产品直播营销和消费者购买意愿之间具有传导作用。基于此,应引导消费者参与农产品直播互动,在分享经验过程中提升其感知价值;注重售前、售后服务,优化工作流程,重视营造在线口碑;选择专业能力较强的高素质主播,增强消费者参与的互动感和信任感,激发消费者购买意愿。  相似文献

通过问卷调查获取数据,以电子服务质量为自变量,口碑宣传意愿为因变量,感知价值与顾客信任为两个中介变量,提出假设,通过回归分析检验电子服务质量相关网站设计、可靠性、安全性、顾客服务维度对口碑宣传意愿的理论模型,得出顾客信任和顾客感知价值在电子服务质量对口碑宣传的影响中存在中介效应。顾客信任部分中介了顾客服务对口碑宣传意愿的影响;顾客信任完全中介了网站设计、可靠性以及安全性对口碑宣传意愿的影响;顾客感知价值部分中介了顾客服务和可靠性对口碑宣传意愿的影响;顾客感知价值完全中介了安全性对口碑宣传意愿的影响。因此,在实践中应关注对顾客服务和体现的可靠性上,以提高顾客对服务的满意度,进而增强口碑宣传意愿。  相似文献

网购生鲜农产品作为提升农业产业化发展水平和消费福利的新兴消费方式,逐渐成为人们日常消费的重要趋势。本文通过实地问卷调查分析发现,消费者尝试网购意愿较高、物流配送速度和产品质量要求较高等。进一步通过因子分析和最优尺度回归,结果表明,消费者网购感知与评价等因素对网购生鲜农产品意愿具有显著的正向影响;家庭总收入等对消费意愿具有显著的负向影响;而购买便利程度和家庭餐饮习惯等对消费意愿没有显著影响。最后,从市场培育、政府引导、企业建设等方面提出促进网购生鲜农产品的对策建议。  相似文献

文章在TAM模型和社会交换理论的基础上,引入感知趣味和感知价格等变量,对TAM模型进行延伸和拓展,构建网约车用户使用意愿影响因素模型,并对模型进行了实证研究。研究表明,网约车用户的使用意愿受到感知有用性、感知易用性、感知风险和感知趣味4个因素不同程度的影响;感知价格对网约车用户的使用意愿和使用行为影响并不显著;感知有用性受到感知易用性的明显影响;同时感知有用性和使用意愿不同程度地影响用户的使用行为。研究模型拟合良好,较好地解释了网约车用户使用意愿的影响因素。  相似文献

本文结合技术采纳、用户行为以及心理学等方面的文献,以高德地图方言语音导航为研究情景,基于技术接受模型(TAM)、Hong和Tam提出的研究框架,从感知易用性、感知愉悦性、个性化需求和社会影响几个方面入手,构建故乡依附感对乡音导航的使用意愿模型并加以实证检验,以期识别故乡依附感影响乡音导航意愿的关键路径。本文采用情景问卷调查法,对收集的数据进行结构方程分析,结果表明,故乡依附感显著影响用户对乡音导航的感知易用性、感知愉悦性、个性化需求和社会影响,且影响系数均较高。感知易用性、个性化需求和社会影响因素显著影响用户乡音导航使用意愿,尤其是个性化需求和社会影响,但是感知愉悦性的影响效果不显著。  相似文献

Electronic data interchange (EDI) has become one of the essential tools in the development of new forms of organization. One such form is the network enterprise, grouping a number of small and medium-sized enterprises (subcontractors, suppliers, distributors; SMEs) around a large enterprise (pivot firm). This paper presents the results of an empirical study of fifteen subcontracting SMEs, designed to validate an evaluation model of the potential for EDI in the context of a network enterprise. The firms are characterized in terms of external influences, predisposition of the organizational context, perception of EDI and business processes, and classified into three groups, namely the “committed” adopters, the “involuntary” adopters, and the “belated” adopters.  相似文献

为有效识别视觉系统采集的可见光图像中的舰船目标,提出了基于YOLO(You Only Look Once)网络模型改进的10层的卷积神经网络(Convolutional Neural Network,CNN)用于水面舰船目标的智能识别,通过反卷积的方法可视化CNN中不同卷积层提取到的舰船目标特征。按照传统目标识别方法提取了舰船目标的四类典型人工设计特征,将所提CNN的舰船目标识别结果与YOLO网络模型及四类人工设计特征结合支持向量机用于舰船目标识别的结果进行比较。实验结果表明,与YOLO网络模型相比,综合精确率、召回率和效率3个舰船目标识别的性能指标,改进后的CNN性能更好,从而验证了所提方法的有效性。不同数据量下采用典型特征识别舰船目标与基于深度CNN识别舰船目标的识别结果比较说明了不同类型目标识别算法的优劣势,有利于推动综合性视觉感知框架的构建。  相似文献

Market orientation is considered as key to organizational survival and performance. In inter-firm settings, previous research indicates that it contributes to the overall performance of marketing channels. This research note investigates the perception of market orientation in franchise networks. Based on a dyadic multi-sectorial sample of 27 franchisors and 720 of their franchisees, the study examines how franchisors and franchisees perceive market orientation and to what extent their perceptions are concordant views. The underlying hypothesis is that a common view of the network orientation facilitates co-ordination and eventually performance. Results indicate that although the spirit of market orientation may be partially shared within the franchise channel, its consequences in terms of performance are not uniform.  相似文献

This paper argues that individuals differ in terms of their perception of opportunities because of the differences between the networks they are embedded in. We focus on two aspects of individuals embeddedness in networks, that is, (1) individuals belonging to residential areas that are more or less likely to be characterized by network cohesion, and (2) individuals differential access to network contacts based on the level of human capital they hold. Our analyses show that the nature of ones residential area influences the perception of entrepreneurial opportunities. Further, we find a positive effect for education, i.e., people with a higher educational level are more likely to perceive entrepreneurial opportunities compared to those with a lower educational level.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Purpose: Start-up firms have to face some key challenges due to liabilities related to processes that are external to the organization, such as establishing relationships with customers, suppliers and other relevant actors. The purpose of the article is to understand how liabilities, namely newness, smallness, foreignness and outsidership, are related to each other in start-ups, and what are the main liabilities perceived/experienced by start-ups and their counterparts, using an interactive perspective.

Methodology: The article uses a case study methodology and proposes 3 cases of start-ups firms and their counterparts. Cases are built using multiple data-sources, both primary and secondary.

Findings: The article highlights the role of “heritage” left by the membership in the network. This “network heritage” means that some aspects of the network are pre-existing, in terms of previous and long lasting relationships with other actors. In this sense, the network in which the firm connects pre-exists and mitigates the existence of liabilities that come into play in the processes of interdependence with other actors. This provides a perspective of liabilities, specifically the liability of newness, as an asset in the sense that newness depends on a “short story,” without constraints of a “longer story” as that of competitors in the network. The liability of newness is an asset in terms of flexibility, customized offer and innovative content.

Originality/value/contribution: The main contribution of the article lies in taking an interactive perspective on start-ups and liabilities, analyzing the interaction processes taking place between the new venture and the surrounding network of essential actors.

Practical implications: Liabilities arise and can be overcome in the processes of interaction, which therefore can have an ambivalent role: fertile ground for the manifestation of liabilities but also the context for its overcoming/conversion of liabilities into assets. Entrepreneurs and managers should consider newness and smallness as positive attributes for other actors in the processes of interaction, as a potential generator of value. Such a perception of newness as an asset depends on two factors: the presence or absence of an organization-mother that limits the perception of newness as a liability; the sector in which the new company develops, if dynamic and innovative or still tied to traditional and consolidated processes where the experience, “history” and “heritage” of the firm are sources of legitimacy.  相似文献

This paper examines how the perception on green environment can affect consumer behaviour. It tests whether consumer behaviour responds to environmental change. This study captures the interaction between green environment perception and behaviour. A neural network analysis is used to address this challenge to model such a behaviour. A total of 462 interviews were conducted and analysed using neural network process. A Scaled Conjugate Gradient with random data division was used in training and the performance was calculated using mean square error. The result reveals that perception–behaviour gap exists across generations on green environment. It indicates that perception on green producing, green living, green transport and green product is an important factor in determining the behaviour on green consumption. The neural network accurately recognized green behaviour up to nearly 82% with MSE = 0.09 at epoch 31, which is a high level of recognition accuracy. This study underlines the existence of perception–behaviour gap on green environment. However, these are only identified to people with low‐to‐medium level of green behaviours (level of correct only 44.5% and 30%). People with high level of green behaviour in fact show consistency between their perceptions and behaviours (level of correct 96.4%). This result shows that people tend to have higher perceptions on green environment, but their behaviour reflects otherwise.  相似文献

This study was conducted to conceptualise advertising value and consumer attitudes towards advertisements. The research was developed to reveal the effect of the source of advertisements on credibility perception through the theoretical framework of Ducoffe's (1995) advertising value model. The research objective is to identify source derogation in terms of credibility to create advertising value and a positive attitude towards advertisements launched through the Facebook social network. In this regard, the study used three distinct sources to generate and introduce product promotional messages: an associative reference group, an aspirational reference group and marketers themselves. This research revealed significant differences in developing advertisement value and forming a favourable attitude towards advertisements when the product-related message was developed by these three distinct groups, who have different source derogations.  相似文献

文章从渠道分销商心理感知角度出发,实证分析了渠道建设中分销商公平感知与分销商战略信息分享之间的关系。研究结果表明,分销商对渠道关系的公平感知会影响分销商对渠道关系的评价,低劣的评价总是与低水平的分享意愿相联系,而良好的关系评价则是分销商愿意分享战略信息的前提;环境不确定性并不会对分销商战略信息分享行为产生直接的负向作用;渠道关系中的依赖不对称性也会使分销商与制造商的主要关注点发生变化,从而使影响分销商战略信息分享的因素也处于变化之中。为更好地与分销商共享战略信息,制造商应谨慎使用渠道权力,避免渠道伙伴的反感,应表现出增加渠道整体利益的意愿和承诺,并在政策完善、流程对接等方面提高分销商的程序公平感知,在利益分配的结果方面改善分销商的分配公平感知,减少分销商对分享战略信息可能存在风险的担忧。而依赖性较高的制造商应重视产品研发与供应链的整合,提供更多的渠道整体利润,积极利用分销商的战略信息升级产品,为双方带来额外利益,保证渠道关系长久发展。  相似文献

This study proposes a model that explains the ethical behavior of automobile salespeople in terms of their ethical perception, legal perception, method of compensation (commission-based or salary-based), age, and education. The model is estimated by using five scenarios that involve ethical issues commonly found in the automobile industry and responses from 184 automobile salespeople in a mid-Atlantic metropolitan area. The findings suggest that ethical perception is the most important determinant of ethical behavior. Also, method of compensation is a major determinant in four of five scenarios, and legal perception in two out of five scenarios. However, age and education are not significantly related to ethical behavior. A discussion of the results, limitations, and implications is presented for managers.  相似文献

This paper argues that transnational entrepreneurs are characterized in terms of their differing perceptions of the host society in comparison to conventional immigrant entrepreneurs. We focus on three aspects of individuals’ perception of informal institutions which include (1) individuals’ perception of discrimination based on first-person and third-person experience, (2) individuals’ perception of social differences, and (3) subjective wellbeing. We find that among other immigrant entrepreneurs, transnational entrepreneurs are more likely to perceive social differences within the host society, to have been discriminated against, and experience dissatisfaction regarding opportunities and income.  相似文献
