中国与大湄公河次区域(GMS)国家的区域合作机制是中国对外区域合作最为成熟的机制之一.大湄公河次区城是指湄公河流域的6个国家和地区,包括柬埔寨、越南、老挝、缅甸、泰国和我国云南省,其主要致力于加强各成员国间的经济联系,促进次区域的经济和社会发展,以实现区域共同繁荣,在这几年中合作上取得了较为出色的成效.但在后金融危机时代背景下,由于受金融危机因素、中国因素、美国因素及区域合作化因素的合力作用影响,使双方的经济关系形成有别于以往的不同发展态势,新问题也伴之而生.     

中国对GMS四国直接投资的阶段性划分与特征分析

本文在分析中国对GMS四国的国别结构、投资行业、进行直接投资的企业类型与中国对该区域进行直接投资的省区的基础上,将整个投资过程划分为投资低迷期、恢复与稳定增长期两个阶段,并总结出直接投资的特征,以期对未来促进区域经济的发展、优化区域内的经济结构、达到双赢有一定作用。     

中国对老挝直接投资的方式选择分析

随着澜沧江—湄公河次区域合作的加强,老挝在区域内发挥的作用将逐渐加强。本文在背景分析及对老挝直接投资的前景基础上,提出了中国对老挝直接投资的三种方式:一般性投资,BOT方式及租赁或承包,对各种方式的可行性进行分析,并分析应注意的问题。
