城市营销是形成城市竞争优势的重要途径,针对泉州内外环境所形成的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁,目前泉州市存在民营企业外迁,总部外迁、资金外流、税收外流,县域品牌和企业品牌高于城市品牌等问题。为此,应选择科学合理的城市营销策略,凸现城市特色,彰显城市竞争优势,为经济社会发展注入活力,达到全面提高泉州市竞争力的发展目的。  相似文献

城市基础设施建设和管理的成效对提高城市综合竞争力具有重要作用,信息化建设为城市基础设施管理提供了有效的发展方向。分析城市基础设施管理信息化框架模型的功能,包括各系统全寿命周期过程的信息化,即项目规划——投资决策——招标——设计——施工——使用——维护等,以及基础设施信息查询与服务功能。该模型可以提高城市基础设施的管理水平,一方面可以降低基础设施建设、维护成本,另一方面可以提高基础设施的服务水平,从而提高城市综合竞争力。  相似文献

In recent years, many cities have experienced new forms of collaboration that have an impact on citizens and entrepreneurs. The integration of this field of study with civic crowdfunding can influence economic growth and community building, which may be beneficial for both policymakers and practitioners alike. Civic crowdfunding is a financial model through which citizens, in collaboration with government and local authorities, fund projects to provide a community service. The development of smart cities is related to civic engagement, empowerment, and participation intended to be part of crowdsourcing or entrepreneurial activities. In this sense, cities play a vital role as drivers of (open) innovation and entrepreneurship. Based on these considerations, this study proposes an explorative and qualitative approach to investigate the civic crowdfunding phenomenon and its ability to promote community development. Our exploratory analysis of six projects highlights the challenges and opportunities of civic crowdfunding for the creation, development, and improvement of more inclusive cities.  相似文献

旅游业已经成为城市经济发展的引擎,对城市经济的发展具有显著的拉动作用,但是,随着旅游业的发展,对城市环境的压力也越来越大,城市对旅游业的承载力问题开始凸显。以义乌市为例,有59%的市民认为旅游业带来社会效益大于经济效益,在改善城市基础设施、完善城市功能、美化城市环境、便利市民生活、开阔眼界等方面价值比其经济价值更显重要;有23.8%的居民认为义乌流动人口过多给城市环境带来了负面影响,并给社会带来不安定的因素,严重影响到了他们的日常生活。多数居民认为,义乌市在旅游方面社会容量潜力较大,整体旅游环境保护尚可,但存在强度不均情况,休闲旅游和文化旅游市场有待进一步开发问题。  相似文献

本文运用新古典经济的框架建立了一个经济增长模型,系统分析了拥挤效应、经济增长与城市规模的关系。假设城市规模扩大产生集聚效应并反映为拥挤效应的降低,将拥挤效应作为影响经济增长的因素纳入生产函数,分析经济稳态的演化路径,得出最优的城市规模、合理的城市拥挤程度和稳定的经济增长速度,并分析扰动稳态的变量对演化路径的影响,据此给出了一个估算最优城市规模的简单模型的结论。研究表明在不同条件下城市的最优规模是可变的,不存在统一的最优城市规模,城市化进程应该适度有序的进行。  相似文献

为降低二氧化碳排放对全球气候变暖的影响,实现社会经济可持续发展,转变能源消费方式是低碳城市建设的关键。本文以广东低碳试点城市——江门市为研究对象,在分析能源消费特征的基础上,以碳排放总量、人均与地均碳排放量、碳生产率和碳排放强度为城市低碳发展测度指标,进行描述性统计分析和层次聚类分析,认为江门城市低碳经济发展在珠三角城市群中总体上处于相对较好的水平。  相似文献

“城中村”的存在严重影响着城市化进程,制约着城市土地集约利用,对其实行改造已经到了刻不容缓的地步,以石家庄为例,其现行改造模式为“政府引导+村集体入股+开发商投资”的改造模式,该模式能促进“政府、村集体、开发商”三者之间的互动关系,有利于保证各个改造主体的利益,具有一定的可行性,能更好地推动"城中村"改造的顺利进行。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to explore what it means to “shop local” and to investigate the extent to which store owners and their customers support the broader community by participating in the revitalization of a downtown area through their efforts. An interpretive design was used for this study, more precisely ethnographic methods. Specifically, participant observation, field notes, in-depth and field interviews, photography and online data collection were employed. 30 in-depth interviews and 49 field interviews were conducted with shoppers, store owners, and downtown development representatives. Findings highlight the complex nature of local shopping through the functional, social, economic, aesthetic and communal factors involved with the practice. Local shopping and local retail business ownership create positive changes within the community that contribute to downtown revitalization. Considered via practice theory, these factors provide a measure of activism and empowerment in the ways that they contribute to economic and social support for the area. This study is limited to a single city which has been in the process of revitalization for more than a decade, therefore findings may not be generalizable to cities at different stages in the revitalization process. This study provides valuable contributions concerning local retail businesses who operate within revitalizing downtown areas. For example, locallyowned retailers should consider the practical needs of the community while providing the more unique products typically offered in such stores. Further, shoppers are willing to support locally-owned businesses because they view them as integral to the community. Existing research has not addressed the reasons shoppers support locally-owned retail businesses and why store owners choose to operate in a revitalizing downtown. Narratives help entrepreneurs and potential venture supporters to make sense of new ventures and to frame entrepreneurial journeys. Despite current understanding of how narratives shape entrepreneurial outcomes, however, there is limited guidance about how entrepreneurs might craft their own narratives in practice. In this article, we identify six types of entrepreneurial narratives—(1) an identity narrative, (2) an opportunity narrative, (3) a projective narrative, (4) a failure narrative, (5) a pivot narrative, and (6) a resourcefulness narrative—and we detail practical storytelling strategies entrepreneurs can use to shape each of these narrative types. We then propose that entrepreneurs can combine, sequence, and revise these narratives as the entrepreneurial journey unfolds. Knowledge of how to strategically manage the full entrepreneurial narrative repertoire enables entrepreneurs to create meaning and value where there once was none and to capture that value over time as a venture grows.  相似文献

Immigrants contribute to the economic development of their host nation by starting business ventures. However, knowledge of whether or not their intentions to do so changes from generation to generation is not complete. We contribute to filling this gap by analyzing the role of generational status on immigrants’ entrepreneurial intentions. In order to explain the mechanism underlying this effect, we focused on the role of cultural intelligence and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Empirical analyses based on a sample of 289 respondents support our hypothesized arguments. We discuss the findings, advance theoretical contributions and draw implications for social and public policy.  相似文献

This article examines the role of entrepreneurial teams in processes of entrepreneurial discovery. It addresses two main questions. The first investigates the implications of economic theory for the possibility of team entrepreneurship. Because leading economic theories focus almost exclusively upon individual decision-makers, we propose a broader notion of entrepreneurship that includes enterprising teams as well as individuals. We define entrepreneurship as a profit-seeking problem-solving process that takes place under conditions of structural uncertainty.The second question examines the conditions that are conducive to joint entrepreneurial action and the formation of entrepreneurial teams. We suggest that bounded structural uncertainty and perceived strong interdependence arising from common interest can jointly “prime” team entrepreneurship.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Rapid technological advancements have led to the emergence of smart services and smart consumers. This study focuses on smart consumers who voluntarily engage in value creation activities, in order to conceptualise smart experience co-creation (SEC) and the smart servicescape. Drawing on the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) framework, a model is proposed and tested around the impacts of smart servicescape dimensions (aesthetics, superior functionality, social presence, perceived interactivity and perceived personalisation) on smart consumer experience co-creation. SEC is conceptualised as a second-order construct consisting of cognitive, hedonic, social/personal, and pragmatic/economic first-order dimensions. Results show that the technological environmental cues of the smart servicescape (S) collectively influence smart experience co-creation (O), and this co-created experience eventually influences consumers’ service brand equity and word-of-mouth (WOM) intentions (R). A major novelty of this study lies in uncovering the relationship between experience co-creation and service brand equity. Findings have theoretical and managerial implications for smart services.  相似文献
