为了顺应绿色供应链发展的趋势,H企业与供应商建立绿色战略合作伙伴,实现双方的共赢。文章综合考虑了质量、服务、环境、成本、技术五大因素,建立了科学合理的供应商评价指标体系;采用FAHP法和熵值法对各指标进行主观和客观组合赋权,利用灰色关联TOPSIS法进行供应商评价排序,选出最佳的供应商作为绿色战略合作伙伴;最后通过算例计算以及结果对比分析,验证了FAHP/熵值法/灰色关联TOPSIS模型的稳定性和有效性。  相似文献

当前卷烟工业设备自动化程度高、设备关联性强,功能结构复杂,行业广泛采用的基于周期性的计划性维护体系,容易产生过修和欠修问题,难以保障烟草装备的可靠性水平。结合卷烟厂设备管理的实际需求,构建TOPSIS模型作为健康状态评价的核心算法,并引入熵权法确定权重以此提高模型科学性。最后通过案例分析验证该模型可用性,为设备维修保养的决策方案提供依据。  相似文献

本文构建了区域创新能力评价指标体系,运用熵权法确定权重,采用基于联系度改进的TOPSIS法对中部6省在2006~2010年的区域创新能力进行动态综合评价,得出结论:中部6省的区域创新能力分为3级,湖北为笫1级,湖南、河南为第2级、安徽、山西、江西为第3级;各个省份为提高区域创新能力亟待改善的指标有差异.此研究动态分析了中部6省在“十一五”规划期间的区域创新能力状况及亟待改善的主要指标,以期为各地区制定区域经济发展政策提供依据.  相似文献

考虑到政府工程采购评标是一个有限方案的多目标多层次决策问题,提出组合赋权与TOPSIS(逼近理想解排序)法。首先,构建了政府工程采购评价指标体系;然后,针对现有政府工程采购评标方法的不足,提出AHP(层次分析法)组合熵法确定各评价指标的组合权重,再结合TOPSIS法对政府工程采购各方案进行评标;最后,以某政府工程采购评标为实例,验证了组合赋权与TOPSIS法在政府工程采购评标中的应用是可行的。  相似文献

Supplier selection is one of the most important activities of purchasing departments. This importance is increased even more by new strategies in a supply chain. Supplier selection is a multi-criteria decision making problem in which criteria have different relative importance. In practice, for supplier selection problems, many input information are not known precisely. The fuzzy set theories can be employed due to the presence of vagueness and imprecision of information. A weighted max-min fuzzy model is developed to handle effectively the vagueness of input data and different weights of criteria in this problem. Due to this model, the achievement level of objective functions matches the relative importance of the objective functions. In this paper, an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine the weights of criteria. The proposed model can help the decision maker (DM) to find out the appropriate order to each supplier, and allows the purchasing manager(s) to manage supply chain performance on cost, quality and service. Supplier selection is an important strategic supply chain design decision. Incorporating uncertainty of demand and supplier capacity into the optimization model results in a robust selection of suppliers. A two-stage stochastic programming (SP) model and a chance-constrained programming (CCP) model are developed to determine a minimal set of suppliers and optimal order quantities with consideration of business volume discounts. Both models include several objectives and strive to balance a small number of suppliers with the risk of not being able to meet demand. The SP model is scenario-based and uses penalty coefficients whereas the CCP model assumes a probability distribution and constrains the probability of not meeting demand. Both formulations improve on a deterministic mixed integer linear program and give the decision maker a more complete picture of tradeoffs between cost, system reliability and other factors. We present Pareto-optimal solutions for a sample problem to demonstrate the benefits of the SP and CCP models. In order to describe the tradeoffs between costs and risks in an analytical form, we use multi-parametric programming techniques to more completely analyze the alternative Pareto-optimal supplier selection solutions in the CCP model. This analysis gives insights into the robustness of the solutions with respect to number of suppliers, costs and probability of not meeting demand.  相似文献

Although supplier selection in multi-service outsourcing is a very important decision problem, research concerning this issue is still relatively scarce. This paper proposes a decision method for selecting a pool of suppliers for the provision of different service process/product elements. It pioneers the use of collaborative utility between partner firms for supplier selection. A multi-objective model is built to select desired suppliers. This model is proved to be NP-hard, so we develop a multi-objective algorithm based on Tabu search for solving it. We then use an example to show the applicability of the proposed model and algorithm. Extensive computational experiments are also conducted to further test the performance of the proposed algorithm.  相似文献

This study of risk sharing in the Italian high precision air conditioning (AC) industry confirms agency theory predictions that buyers absorb risk to a non‐negligible degree, and that they absorb more risk (a) the greater the supplier's environmental uncertainty, (b) the more risk averse the supplier, and (c) the less severe the supplier's moral hazard. The analyzed buyers accommodate for unforeseen and uncontracted‐for cost fluctuations, which is consistent with relational contract theory. The study clarifies the relationship between risk sharing and the supplier's size, technological capability, financial stability, and cost fluctuation. It also suggests how buyers may adjust their risk‐sharing strategy as suppliers grow, develop technological capabilities, and change financial structure.
