采用降秩多级维纳滤波器的二维DOA估计快速算法

针对双平行线阵的二维波达方向（DOA）估计问题,为有效降低计算复杂度,提出了一种基于降秩多级维纳滤波器（MSWF）的快速算法。首先利用MSWF的前向递推实现信号子空间的快速估计,无需估计协方差矩阵和特征分解;然后,通过MUSIC算法对方位角和俯仰角的估计进行分维估计,使二维DOA估计退化为两个一维DOA估计问题,且方位角和俯仰角自动配对,进一步降低了运算量。仿真结果表明,该方法的估计精度优于同样基于双平行线阵提出的波达方向矩阵法（DOAM）,俯仰角兼并时同样适用,计算复杂度低,适用于实时性要求高的应用背景。     

双平行线阵的快速一维DOA估计

针对传统子空间算法需要进行特征值分解或奇异值分解等复杂计算的问题,提出一种双平行线阵（Double Parallel Linear Array,DPLA）的快速一维波达方向（Direction of Arrival,DOA）估计算法。算法通过处理互协方差矩阵的第一列元素构造出等效的噪声子空间,再通过求根MUSIC（Multiple Signal Classification）算法得到DOA估计,有效避开了特征值分解或奇异值分解,降低了计算复杂度,提高了运算速度。仿真结果表明,该算法在提高了估计精度的同时减少了估计时间。     

多星测控中波达方向估计传播因子虚拟ESPRIT算法

针对多星测控中涉及的阵列天线信号波达方向估计问题,给出了一种新的基于传播 因子的二维波达方向估计（2D-DOA）算法——传播因子虚拟ESPRIT算法（PMV-ESPRIT）。传 统的虚拟ESPR IT算法需要对互相关矩阵进行特征值分解（EVD）或对数据接收矩阵进行奇异值分解（SVD） ,因此其运算量较大。而新算法基于传播因子方向向量分割的线性运算对传统算法做了进 一步改进,其运算量明显降低,且具有更高的信号波达方向测向精度。仿真实验结果表明了 PMV-ESPRIT算法的有效性和可行性。     

短快拍条件下均匀矩形阵中的二维DOA估计

二维波达方向（Direction of Arrival,DOA）估计能获取比一维DOA估计更多的空间位置信息，但是二维多重信号分类(Multiple Signal Classification，MUSIC)、二维子空间旋转不变估计技术(Estimation Signal Parameter via Rotational Invariance Techniques,ESPRIT）等经典算法依赖于大量的快拍数据，当快拍数据不足时估计性能严重下降甚至失效。针对上述问题，将迭代自适应方法拓展到二维DOA估计，提出了一种适用于矩形面阵的二维DOA估计算法，首先利用加权最小二乘法估计出信号幅值，然后利用循环迭代技术对估计结果进行更新。由于每次估计结果均来自上一次迭代，而不依赖于快拍数据，因此该算法在短快拍条件下具有很高的估计精度和分辨率。仿真结果表明，在短快拍条件下，该算法具有优越的估计性能。     

多径条件下均匀线阵DOA估计及互耦误差自校正

针对多径信道环境下存在互耦误差的均匀线阵,提出了一种联合波达方向估计及互耦 误差自校正算法。在不改变阵列互耦误差的条件下,首先利用虚拟阵列平移预处理方法,将 相干信源协方差矩阵恢复到满秩。进而利用互耦误差的对称Toeplitz特性,基于子空间原理 构造一代阶函数,采用秩损的方法得到互耦误差条件下的DOA估计及阵列互耦误差。数值仿 真结果表明,该算法具有良好的DOA估计性能与互耦误差自校正性能。     

基于虚拟阵列改进MUSIC算法的相干信源DoA估计

受多径传输环境的影响,在智能天线测向研究中,必须考虑相干信源的存在。针对相 干信源的波达方向(Direction of Arrival, DoA)估计问题,提出了一种基于虚拟阵列平移 的改进MUSIC算法。仿真结果表明：在相干信源入射角度差异很小（约5°）的情况下 ,该算法依然能准确地估计;同时,该算法不损失阵列孔径,最多可估计出M－1（M 为阵元数）个相干信源;此外,该算法具有同时适用于相干信源和非相干信源目标方位估 计的优点。     

利用矩阵滤波技术估计信号二维波达方向

现有的基于子空间的波达方向估计算法都要求不相关信号源的数目小于阵元数目,但当信号源数目很多时,算法失效.为此,提出了一种具有过载估计能力的二维波达方向估计方法,先利用矩阵滤波技术接收数据进行预处理,使信号子空间限定在一个较小的区域内,把区域外的信号抑制掉,从而减小了有效的信号源数目,然后可以采用现有算法进一步估计二维波达方向.矩阵滤波器的设计过程也可以归结为一个最小二乘问题,效率很高.计算机仿真验证了算法的有效性.     

采用局部搜索的二维DOA估计

针对酉旋转不变估计信号参数(Unitary-ESPRIT)算法估计精度较低的问题，提出了一种采用局部搜索实现的非相干信源二维波达方向(2-D DOA)估计方法。该方法首先利用实特征矢量近似值估计导向矩阵,然后利用矩阵Kronecker积性质以及阵列旋转不变特性获得自动配对的角度估计值，降低了2-D DOA初始估计复杂度,实现了对Unitary-ESPRIT算法的改进；接着，采用一维局部搜索法对该初始估计结果进行优化，提高了低信噪比下的2-D DOA估计精度。仿真实验结果表明，相较于传统的Unitary-ESPRIT算法，所提方法在DOA估计精度和成功率上具有明显的优势，特别是在低信噪比以及快拍数较少条件下，因此该方法能够在计算复杂度和估计性能之间取的较好的折中。     

分布式嵌套阵列及其DOA估计

提出了一种分布式嵌套阵列天线结构,由两个相互独立的四级嵌套子阵构成。两个子阵间存在一个基线长度,且满足一定条件。对该阵列天线接收到的信号进行高阶累积量和Khatri-Rao积运算可以得到三个完全相同的均匀直线阵列天线结构。针对新得到的阵列天线结构,使用基于空间平滑技术的双尺度酉旋转不变子空间（ESPRIT）波达方向（DOA）估计算法对信号进行DOA估计。该方法可以有效地提高阵列天线的自由度,进而达到提高估计精度的目地。仿真结果证明了基于所提出阵列天线结构的DOA估计方法的有效性。     

一种最小冗余线阵的目标DOA估计方法

针对目标波达方向(DOA)估计的子空间类算法工程实现上的问题,提出了一种次最小冗余线阵的目标DOA估计方法。该方法应用孔径合成理论和最小冗余线阵理论,在保证阵列孔径等价的前提下,从工程应用的实际问题出发,对次最小冗余线阵的阵元配置进行研究。在分析MUSIC及MMUSIC算法的基础上,对次最小冗余线阵进行仿真。通过与相同孔径的均匀线阵和最小冗余线阵对比表明,次最小冗余线阵与相同孔径的均匀线阵性能相仿,并有更小的计算复杂度,比最小冗余线阵有更大的阵元灵活性,可以解决一般最小冗余线阵不能解决的相干信源的DOA估计问题。
