基于Multi-Agent的供应链信息共享模型仿真研究

供应链是一类复杂自适应系统,作者通过对国内外供应链信息共享相关文献研究,提出应用多智能体系统和计算机仿真技术这种新的思路和方式来研究信息共享问题,并建立基于多Agent的供应链信息共享仿真模型,同时对各功能Agent进行详细描述,最后就进一步研究进行展望。     

信息共享在供应链管理中的价值--Zipkin模型以及拓展

在供应链组织系统中，信息共享是它具有强大生命力的主要原因之一，是供应链管理研究最具有研究价值的一个课题之一。但是，由于供应链类型复杂多样，使得其信息共享的类型以及程度的研究变得异常困难。对于两阶段供应链（一个供应商，多个零售商，多种商品），共享库存信息，库存检查/补充策略为零售商采用补充到目标库存S的策略，顾客需求各期服从泊松分布，零售商提前期（即排队等候时间）满足排队论的算地时，信息共享满足Zipkin模型。当条件变得更符合实际情况时，我们可以考虑双层——回声模型，在赋予供应链成员一定主动性的基础上建立信息共享的模型，并且利用遗传算法解决这个复杂模型。

在一个制造商和n个零售商的简单供应链系统中,建立了一个零售商需求的AR(I)模型。通过对模型的分析,明确了需求信息在制造商和零售商之间共享时所产生的价值:信息共享可以降低制造商的库存水平和库存成本。

供应链信息共享主体研究

基于密歇根州立大学的供应链管理基本模式构建了基于信息共享的供应链系统框架,分析了该框架中三类供应链信息共享要素、解释了信息共享主体的重要作用。然后以经济收益为分析基础,从基于信息共享主体的信息共享、信息共享主体间关系、信息共享主体的信息共享动力和多主体的信息共享等方面对供应链信息共享主体进行了多角度的系统探讨。     

博弈视角下供应链信息共享的利益协调机制研究

从博弈论的视角,通过构建供应链企业之间的非整体和整体信息共享博弈模型,并对其进行定量分析,研究了供应链信息共享机制,最后通过收益分配方法定量研究信息共享的收益分配机制.通过研究发现,一次整体信息共享博弈的前提是企业的信任,而在供应链整体信息共享的条件下,任何一个企业在自身平均成本曲线的最低点所在的信息量越大,则它就更愿意共享信息,最终达成信息共享利益协调.     

不确定环境中基于云计算的工程项目供应链信息流协同优化

考虑由多个材料及零部件供应商、一个总承包商和业主所组成的工程项目供应链,在供应不确定的环境下,首先建立供应链信息共享的传统模型与基于云计算的供应链信息流协同模型,然后采用Monte Carlo方法来模拟工程项目中材料供应的全过程,通过两种模型的比较显示,相对于传统信息共享模型,基于云计算的供应链协同模型能够让多个供应商进行更加低成本、更及时、充分地横向信息共享,从而达到协同供应工程材料,有效降低了供应链的成本,提高了供应链的绩效,实现了工程项目供应链的帕累托改善。     

Supply chain practice and information sharing

Effective supply chain practice and information sharing enhances the current supply chain management environment. The purpose of this study is to investigate the integration of information sharing and supply chain practice in supply chain management. Data from 125 North American manufacturing firms were collected. The results show that (1) effective information sharing significantly enhances effective supply chain practice; (2) supply chain dynamism has significant positive influence on effective information sharing as well as effective supply chain practice. Supply chain dynamism has more influence on information sharing than supply chain practice; (3) and effective supply chain practice becomes more important when the level of information sharing increases. The findings show that both effective information sharing and effective supply chain practice are critical in achieving good supply chain performance.     

Investigating the value of information sharing in multi-echelon supply chains

Under the structure of multiple business entities, supply chain management (SCM) offers the external and internal integration of business processes in enterprises. The most important objective of SCM is to enhance the supply chain performance such as reinforcing the service level and increasing profit as well as reducing order cycle time and inventory. In recent years, due to the advancement of information technology, enterprises can manage the product flow and the information flow via economical and efficient mechanisms. The well-organized information sharing can enhance the supply chain performance and allow enterprises to refine their strategies of supply chain in order to maximize their profits. The previous studies pointed out the positive effect of information sharing on the efficiency of supply chain. However, relatively little literature focuses on the performance analysis for multi-echelon supply chain with various information sharing scenarios. By using the simulation technique, this paper models different scenarios of information sharing, and further analyzes the impacts of information quality on multi-echelon supply chain performance. In addition, this paper employs Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to integrate multiple performance measures to ensure the information sharing scenarios with enhanced performance.

Establishing the use of cloud computing in supply chain management

Despite having various benefits associated with greater information flow in the supply chain, empirical cloud computing research is scarce in the supply chain management domain. This paper explores the managerial perceptions on the use of cloud computing in supply chain management. Specifically, this paper seeks to address: how cloud computing impacts information sharing among supply chain partners, the impact of trust in cloud information sharing and the impact of cloud computing on supply chain performance. Using a multi-method research design we present a combined semi-structured interviews of four different companies in the United States and a survey to analyze and empirically assess our results. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the results of this study. Our analysis provides empirical support based on managerial perceptions regarding cloud computing, information sharing and supply chain performance. The data provide evidence on the impact of cloud computing in enhancing information sharing. This information sharing through cloud computing appears to positively impact supply chain performance. This paper also provides support on the important role of inter-organizational trust in facilitating the use of cloud computing for information sharing purposes.     

基于Stackelberg博弈的供应链信息共享策略研究

基于Stackelberg博弈,以单一零售商与供应商为研究对象,构造了一个信息共享模型,分析了零售商与供应商是否共享信息的三种情况,结果显示零售商收集市场需求信息需花费的成本与供应商给予的价格折扣同时满足一定条件时,双方获益最大。此时,信息共享有利于增加整条供应链的价值。     

供应链中信息共享的主要障碍分析

供应链信息共享的障碍主要来自于供应链节点企业追求自身利益最大化、供应链节点企业信息管理水平参差不齐和缺乏共享信息标准等方面,在供应链管理中,应识别这些障碍,采取相应措施加以解决,才能提高供应链信息共享的程度,从而化解信息风险。     

配送中心——供应商和用户的物流共同通道

配送中心已经成为供应商和用户的物注解共同通道,与拉动式存货补充控制相比,推动式存货补充方法虽然在信息系统的配置和维护上更加昂贵,但是更有利于配送中心从整体上调配。有效的配送中心需要从4方面着手,即与当地供应商合伙伴持续有效地工作,与各分销点保持良好的合作关系,通过EDI或Internet数据联系与供应商和分销点进行信息共享,最后采用目录管理,持续的补充计划,计算机辅助订购,基于成本的分析法等有效的管理方式。     

基于供应链管理的房地产开发企业共享信息系统研究

实现供应链管理的基石是信息共享与安全性问题.本文通过对共享信息模式的分析,根据房地产开发企业的特点,建立了房地产开发企业供应链共享信息系统的结构模型,进而分析了房地产供应链实现信息共享中的障碍,并提出了相应的对策.

牛鞭效应使得供应链管理变得更加复杂和困难,而在供应链中高效地共享信息能够极大减弱牛鞭效应。结合供应链信息共享的特点,给出供应链信息共享需要考虑的内容,并根据这些内容提出供应链信息共享的信息查询机制、数据交换机制和安全机制。这三种机制保证了在供应链中安全高效地共享信息。
