出口贸易与浙江省经济增长的实证分析

浙江省在改革开放以来形成了对外贸易和GDP双双高速增长的格局,是中国外贸奇迹的典型代表。基于浙江省1978-2005年GDP及出口贸易数据的协整分析表明:浙江省实际GDP和实际出口总额之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系。格兰杰因果检验则得出经济增长则是出口增长的单向原因的结论。并在此结论基础上提出浙江省出口贸易发展的政策建议。     

战略性出口贸易政策效应分析—以出口关税为例

改革开放以来,因外贸体制改革、行业协会建设滞后等原因,中国外贸出口"大国贫困化增长"特征日显。因此,本文以出口关税为例,具体阐释战略性出口贸易政策的效应、实施条件,为中国采取战略性出口贸易政策消除"大国贫困化增长"、优化出口商品结构、改善贸易条件和贸易效应提供理论基础。

近年来,浙江省外贸出口规模不断扩大,出口商品结构进一步优化。"一带一路"建设的推进、跨境电子商务的发展、自贸区的设立都为浙江外贸发展创造了有利条件,但是同时也面临着前所未有的挑战。在阐释了浙江出口贸易发展现状的基础上,重点分析外部环境变化给浙江出口带来的机遇和挑战,并提出相应对策建议,旨在促进浙江出口贸易持续健康发展。

浙江省出口贸易的增长,一直处于全国的领先地位,这与利用外资的相对落后形成了鲜明的反差。出口结构以劳动密集型轻工产品为主,贸易方式以加工贸易为主,外贸经营主体日益转向以民营企业为主。本文从分析浙江外贸增长的独特轨迹出发,探寻其背后的制度原因,并就入世与浙江外经贸的制度创新提出了对策建议。     

我国纺织品和服装出口贸易的现状及发展对策

纺织品和服装作为我国最典型的传统产业,其出口在近年来呈现出了稳步增长的态势,纺织品和服装的出口对于推动我国外贸发展具有关键的作用。在"十三五"计划的收官之年,我国纺织品和服装的出口贸易在出口规模、出口结构、出口市场以及外贸环境等方面都出现了显著的变化。具体体现在出口规模先下降后上升、出口结构分化明显和出口竞争加剧。同时我国纺织品和服装出口贸易面临着发达国家市场对我国生产依赖减少、高端品牌缺乏竞争力、抗风险能力弱等问题。为此,我国政府应积极落实减税和信贷扶持政策、搭建数字化贸易平台、打造优质的高端品牌以及积极开拓"一带一路"沿线市场,以促进我国纺织品和服装出口平稳健康发展。     

对我国出口退税政策经济效应的进一步思考——基于新新贸易理论的视角

出口退税一直是我国政府执行的一项主要外贸政策。文章通过建立一个结合我国出口企业实情的异质性企业贸易模型,阐述了出口退税政策对我国出口贸易的影响机制。研究结论表明提高出口退税可以产生四个主要的经济效应:出口稳定效应、结构优化效应、企业进化效应和顺差缓解效应。然而,如果竞争国政府采取了相应的策略,那么出口退税政策的经济效应将减弱。     

技术创新促进中国出口贸易的实证研究

中国高速发展的出口贸易正面临国内国际双重压力,转变出口增长方式是中国出口贸易持续发展的必然选择。以中国各地区为样本的研究表明,在劳动密集型产业仍然处于显著出口优势而资本密集产业仍然处于出口劣势地位的基本格局下,技术创新因素对出口贸易的影响已经显示出积极作用,技术创新已经成为中国出口优势的重要来源。随着中国经济与外贸的迅速发展,技术创新将成为中国今后转变外贸增长方式的重要力量。     

基于AHP的外贸增长方式转变实证研究——以浙江为例

本文基于AHP方法建立外贸增长方式转变综合评价模型,对浙江省2001-2008年外贸增长方式转变的绩效进行实证分析,结果表明:2001-2008年浙江省的外贸增长方式转变取得了一定的成效,外贸发展基础在逐年优化;但还存在着出口结构不合理、出口产品竞争优势不强、外贸经济效益不佳等问题。据此提出相应的对策建议。     

浙江外贸对经济增长模式转变的影响——基于协整理论的实证研究

基于浙江省1986～2006年GDP和进出口的相关数据对浙江外贸和经济运行的轨迹进行分析,测算外贸依存度、贡献率、拉动度及弹性四个对外贸易指标对经济增长的影响.运用协整理论和格兰杰因果关系检验方法对浙江省对外贸易与经济增长的关系进行实证分析,结果表明:存在出口到经济增长的单向格兰杰因果关系.同时建立误差修正模型(ECM)得到了较好的拟合结果,为出口贸易促进经济增长假说(ELG)提供了新证据.     

高经济外向度地区外贸环境效应实证研究——以浙江省为例

基于对Antweiler所用回归方法的调整,以工业废水、废气、固废排放量为环境衡量指标,以1981-2007年的相关数据为样本,以净出口对GDP的贡献度等指标推算外贸对经济规模、结构和技术进步的影响系数,对典型高经济外向度地区浙江省的外贸环境效应进行了实证研究。结果表明,浙江省外贸发展所"引致"的规模效应显著为正(增加废弃物排放量),结构效应和技术效应均为负但不能抵消经济规模扩张所带来的正效应,外贸的快速发展是浙江省环境问题突出的重要原因。最后,分别对三种环境效应进行了成因分析并提出了相应对策。
