俄罗斯石油出口关税自7月1日起再次下调根据俄罗斯总理签署的决议,自7月1日起俄罗斯原油出口关税下降12%,从6月的每吨419.8美元下降到每吨369.3美元;享受优惠出口关税的东西伯利亚与里海油田的原油出口关税从每吨210.8美元下降至173美元;轻质和重质石油产品出口关

美国矿产管理局发布海上钻井计划草案 美国矿产管理局1月16日发布一项有关在本国迄今仍被禁止进行油气钻井作业的沿海地区出售石油和天然气租借区的初步建议.这项计划草案建议在2010年和2015年之间出售31个位于美国外大陆架的能源勘探租借区.美国矿产管理局将在从1月21日开始的60天内接受公众对此计划草案的评论.之后,该建议还需提交奥巴马的新政府来决定是否实施.

俄罗斯9月石油出口关税上调根据俄罗斯总理签署的决议,自9月1日起俄罗斯原油出口关税上调17%,从8月的每吨336.6美元提高到每吨393.8美元;享受优惠出口关税的东西伯利亚与里海油田的原油出口关税从每吨148.4美元上调至191.3美元。俄罗斯政府每月根据国际市场行情调整一次原油和石油产品出口关税征收标准,目前轻质石油产品和重质石油产品的出口关税为原油出口关税的66%,汽油的出口关税为原油关税的90%。

俄罗斯自4月1日起上调原油、石油产品出口关税 自4月1日起,俄罗斯原油出口关税从每吨411.2美元上调至460.7美元,上升幅度达12.04％;石油产品出口关税从每吨271.4美元上调至304美元;汽油出口关税从每吨370.1美元升至414.6美元;东西伯利亚和里海等地区石油出口继续享受优惠出口关税,每吨原油出口税将从目前的204.4美元提高至241.5美元.俄罗斯政府每月根据国际市场行情调整一次石油和石油产品出口税征收标准.根据俄罗斯2011年10月1日起实行的原油和石油产品出口关税计算体系,俄罗斯轻质石油产品和重质石油产品的出口关税统一为原油出口关税的66％,同时保持汽油的限制性关税,为原油关税的90％.

俄罗斯再次大幅下调石油出口税俄罗斯自12月1日起再次下调石油出口税。每吨原油的出口关税从1个月前规定的287.3美元下调至192.1美元,轻质成品油出口税自205.9美元/吨下调至141.8美元/吨,重质成品油从110.9美元/吨下调至76.4美元/吨。

俄罗斯上调3月份原油和石油产品出口关税 根据2月28日发布的总统令,俄罗斯原油出口关税自2012年3月1日起从2月份的每吨393.7美元上调到411.2美元.享受优惠出口关税的东西伯利亚与里海油田的原油出口关税从每吨191.2美元上调到204.4美元.根据俄罗斯2011年10月1日起实行的原油和石油产品出口关税计算体系,俄罗斯轻质石油产品和重质石油产品的出口关税统一为原油出口关税的66％,同时保持汽油的限制性关税,为原油关税的90％.

阿塞拜疆将对部分进口石油产品减免税收7月5日,阿塞拜疆总理府通过决议,决定自决议签署日起至2014年1月1日,对进口的石油焦、石油沥青,以及石油和沥青矿加工副产品等商品免征增值税和进口关税,消费税由现行的每吨30美元降至每吨1美元。目前,阿塞拜疆现行的增值税率为18%,上述产品的关税税率为15%。

阿尔及利亚修改能源法,对之前签订的能源合约征收“暴利税”阿尔及利亚政府7月3日通过了“新的能源法修正案”。根据新的修正案,阿将向在旧能源法框架下签订的石油和天然气合约征收“暴利税”,以保护本国石油和天然气资源。新修正案正式生效之前,尚须得到国家议会通过及总统的批准。委内瑞拉成为南方共同市场第五个成员国7月4日,阿根廷、巴西、巴拉圭、乌拉圭四国总统在委内瑞拉首都加拉加斯召开的特别首脑会议上签署了委内瑞拉加入南方共同市场的议定书,接纳委内瑞拉为第五个正式成员国。按照议定书规定的时间表,委内瑞拉应在今后4年内将全…

The consumer clothing prices rose 3.3% in January February 9,National Bureau of Statistics data show that in January,the national consumer price level rose by 4.5% year-on-year,consumer prices rose by 5.5%,prices of services rose by 2.2%; national consumer price level rose 1.5% month-on-month,consumer prices rose by 1.8%, prices of services rose by 0.8%.
