浅析影响粉末覆盖过滤器铺膜效果的因素

对于直流炉而言,凝结水精处理作为降低水汽系统中腐蚀产物和溶解盐类的唯一途径,其出水水质直接决定着锅炉给水的品质。因此,提高凝结水精处理系统的运行性能,对于确保热力系统的安全和经济运行具有至关重要的作用。本文从直流空冷机组的水质特点、粉末覆盖过滤器在超临界直流空冷机组中的应用以及影响粉末覆盖过滤器铺膜效果的因素等几个方面分析粉末覆盖过滤器在超临界直流空冷机组中实际运行与调整。直流空冷机组的最大的特点就是凝结水中含铁量较高,因此在大部分的空冷机组中都配备了覆盖过滤器,所以粉末覆盖过滤器中的运行调整和铺膜效果就成为了粉末覆盖过滤器的关键所在,只有改善了粉末覆盖过滤器的铺膜效果才能保证覆盖过滤器的除铁效果,从而进一步改善水汽品质。     

直接空冷机组凝结水精处理系统适用技术

基于直接空冷机组的运行工况及其特点，文章通过对直接空冷机组的水质特点及亚临界发电机组对水质的要求，阐述了电厂汽轮机凝结水精处理的必要性，并且详细论述了凝结水精处理系统的适用技术。     

论直接空冷机组冬季启动及运行防冻

直接空冷机组在冬季启动过程中,由于冻结等原因,造成机组的损毁,对发电厂产生了一定影响。本文就直接空冷机组在冬季的启动要点以及空冷系统冻结原因和直接空冷机组启动和防冻的解析,这是文章研究的重点,并在此基础上给出几点防范措施。     

电站直接空冷系统的改进

火力发电厂循环冷却水系统蒸发、风吹和排污损失会消耗大量的水,在一些富燃料又缺水地区要建设火力发电厂,水成了决定性问题。由于采用空冷系统与常规湿冷系统相比,可节水3/4以上,在空冷机组不断发展的今天,通过我院几个空冷机组工程,对空冷系统有了清楚的认识,以期在选型、系统、构成、改进方面有所改善。     

600MW直接空冷机组空冷岛控制系统设计与优化

文章分析了大唐韩城第二发电厂600 MW机组空冷控制系统,针对汽轮机背压控制调节偏差较大且抗扰动能力弱以及RB试验时空冷控制系统的问题,优化了背压主控结构和参数、空冷汽轮机保护逻辑,使空冷顺控能够适应全程自动运行。应用结果表明,优化后的空冷控制逻辑,符合空冷系统控制设计要求,能够确保空冷机组安全启停和经济运行,方便电厂运行人员安全灵活操作,在机组的实际应用中取得了较好的效果。     

600MW亚临界机组空冷系统运行技术研究

随着电力技术和国民经济的不断发展,电厂建设项目数量逐渐增加,电厂建设过程中直接空冷机组是必不可少的设备,会严重影响空冷系统的运行和发展。依据空气来当作机组介质,不但可以大量节约水资源,也可以不受选址限制,并且还十分环保,不会严重影响周围环境和设备。文章分析了600MW亚临界直接空冷机组空冷系统运行技术。     

直接空冷机组冷端传热特性研究

由于直接空冷机组在实际的运行过程中,夏季汽轮机在运行时背压较高,对直接空冷系统的安全经济运行带来较大的影响。本文针对接空冷机组冷端传热的特性,提出了冷端传热改进的方案,并对其安全经济性进行了分析。     

600MW直接空冷机组的防冻浅析

我国的直接空冷技术应用到火电厂起步较晚,在对于空冷机组的防冻工作虽然积累了很多宝贵的经验,但目前仍在经验的积累和探索中.文中结合宁夏大唐国际大坝发电厂的运行经验针对600MW直接空冷机组启动过程中防冻的一些理念进行了阐述,并结合机组运行中的防冻工作制定了防冻措施以及空冷散热器冻结后的化冻措施.     

600MW机组单台电泵深度节能分析

本文以漳山公司二期2*600MW直接空冷机组配置三台电动给水泵进行现场试验,电机结合多年运行经验积累分析,提出低负荷期间单台电泵[1]节能运行方式,根据热力系统的特性,应用大型水泵热力学理论,在单台电泵基础上进一步提出电泵深度节能思路,通过理论计算和现场试验,实现600MW机组[2]大型辅机深度节能目的,对直接空冷机组厂用电指标下降影响重大,厂用电指标下降0.04%。通过深入、细致研究,对低负荷期间单台电泵安全与经济运行矛盾得以解决,通过放大单台电泵运行范围实现现有ACE调度模式下机组节能运行,达到了直接空冷机组全程安全和经济运行目的。     

火电厂空冷系统的优化问题探析

近年来，空冷系统技术在火电厂的应用越来越广泛，极大的促进了火电厂的发展。目前，我国火电厂常用的空冷系统有直接空冷系统、表面式凝汽器间接空冷系统、混合式凝汽器间接空冷系统等三种情况，下面就这三种空冷系统及其优化问题进行分析。

An Empirical Examination of Foreign Exchange Market Efficiency: Applying the Filter Rule Strategy to Intra-Daily DM/$ Exchange Rates

Testing the existence of excess filter rule trading profits is one of the weak-form tests of market efficiency. Using intra-daily Deutsche mark/U.S. dollar exchange rate data from February 1985 to August 1989, this study applies the x' statistic in Sweeney (1986) to examine whether significant excess filter rule profits exist. The results show that many combinations of in and out filters generate significant x' statistics. Among them, in and out filters around 0.05–0.1 % generally lead to the highest excess filter rule profit. Furthermore, the performance of the filters remains stable when the sample period is broken down into three equal subperiods. Such findings indicate that there may be inefficiency in the intra-daily Deutsche mark/U.S. dollar market. An investor may earn excess profit in this market by applying the filter rule strategy.     

Recent evidence on determinants of per residential customer electricity consumption in the U.S.: 2001-2005

This empirical study seeks to provide empirical evidence identifying key factors that have influenced per residential customer electricity consumption in the U.S. during recent years. This empirical analysis takes the form of P2SLS (panel two-stage least squares) estimations. State-level data are adopted for the five-year period from 2001 through 2005. The P2SLS findings indicate that the annual consumption of electricity per residential customer is an increasing function of the annual number of cooling degree days, real per capita personal disposable income, and the real unit price of natural gas. Annual per residential customer electricity consumption is also found to be a decreasing function of the real unit price of electricity and the extent of usage of natural gas for residential heating, as well as the degree to which each state has pursued energy efficiency policies. Finally, said consumption is also found to be positively a function of a control variable measuring peak summer electricity generating capacity.
