How is marketers' credibility construed within the sales-marketing interface?

Extant sales-marketing interface research has ignored how salespeople interpret marketers' credibility. This paper integrates interdisciplinary research on credibility and the sales-marketing interface with interview data from 33 informants to expound three components of this phenomenon; expertise, trust, and interpersonal proximity. Explication of this construct's nuances thus helps to better understand at a micro-level, the potential but sometimes non-apparent cause of some of the problems within sales-marketing interface, and also highlights many avenues to optimize this interface based on the understanding of its inner workings. The findings also expand the repertoire of tools managers may use to harmonize this interface.     

The Interface between Organizational Learning Capability,Entrepreneurial Orientation,and SME Growth

This paper investigates the interface between organizational learning capability, entrepreneurial orientation (EO), and small business performance. It reports on the findings from 350 small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in North Cyprus operating in the services and retailing sectors. The findings indicate a positive relationship between EO and sales and market share growth, but not between EO and employment growth. There is also a positive relationship between organizational learning capability and EO. This paper contributes to the small business management literature by providing a holistic analysis of the interface between organizational learning capability, EO, and growth.

通用8位数字显示模块设计

8位数字显示模块使用Atmega16作为主控驱动芯片,实现了通过串口或数据传输接口驱动显示数字。文中设计了数码管显示驱动电路和显示控制接口,采用动态扫描方法显示数据。通过样机测试表明,所设计的模块可以方便地嵌入到用户系统中,不仅节约用户系统开发时间,而且加快了用户测控系统的开发速度。

智能家居网络中基于RF的信息采集系统设计

研究了智能家居网络中的信息采集系统,提出了采用ATmega 8单片机实现RF服务器和终端信息采集设备,同时涉及SPI和USART接口技术。     

一种用于ASIC芯片测试的多接口CPU模型的VHDL设计

为了对具有不同CPU接口的VHDL语言实现的ASIC芯片进行仿真测试，降低芯片测试的复杂性及成本，本文设计了一个专门用于芯片测试的CPU模型。模型用VHDL语言实现，设计采用了分层次、模块化的设计思想。与现有的VHDL实现的CPU模型相比较，该模型具有结构简单、多接口、高效率、调试使用方便等特点，本文对此CPU模型的设计思想，结构作了介绍和分析。

Relaxed Credit Standards in the U.S. Housing Boom: Changes in Risk Characteristics of Mortgage Recipients*

This paper examines components of credit risk and how their ability to predict the interface between households and mortgage market changed under the relaxed lending standards prevailing during the U.S. housing boom of the 2000s. Using data from the Federal Reserve Board's 1998 and 2007 Survey of Consumer Finances, the paper evaluates changes between 1998 and 2007 in the significance of credit risk characteristics in explaining three variables regarding the purchase of a primary residence by households in low‐, moderate‐, and high‐income groups: the loan‐to‐value ratio of the purchase mortgage, the likelihood of purchase, and the price paid. The study also analyzes the extent to which the period saw increases in the values of those three variables. The findings strongly suggest a decline in the ability of credit risk characteristics in predicting the interface between households and mortgage market over the period.     

Impacts of supplier–buyer relationships on modularization in new product development

Globalization of markets and new business practices are prompting high-tech firms to reconsider their strategic thinking, especially in supply chain and R&D management. This paper examines the effects of supplier–buyer relationships on modularization by evaluating the opportunities of modularization and corresponding interface constraints of a product at four different levels: component, module, sub-system, and system. The scope of modularization sensitivity is assessed in terms of the product's architecture, interface compatibility effects, component customization, value inputs, and supplier–buyer interdependence. The example of windshield wipers controller for Chrysler Jeeps illustrates that, higher opportunities for modularization can be attained through a more collaborative form of supplier–buyer partnership.

Power,policy networks and planning: the involvement of major grocery retailers in the formulation of Planning Policy Guidance Note 6 since 1988

This paper explores a neglected issue in the study of retail strategy and store location by considering the nature of policy networks operating at the interface between retailers and central government. It argues that informal networks, coupled with the economic power of retailers and the legitimization of their activities with reference to the 'consumer interest', have served to provide retailers with an influential avenue through which they can exert power over the nature of the regulatory environment within which they operate. The paper considers the limited extant 'evidence' of the operation of such networks before moving on to outline the results of a case study. The case study reflects on new store development in the UK grocery sector since 1988 as a backdrop to an analysis of the form of policy networks operating at the interface between government departments and retail organizations. It also explores the role of other stakeholders in this process. The existence of a number of such networks is described and their role explored with reference to the involvement of retailers in the formulation and evolution of Planning Policy Guidance Note 6 on retail development.     

基于Packet over SDH的以太网业务接入的设计实现

POS（Packet over SDH)是一项新兴的技术，它能够在传统的SDH传输平台上提供灵活和高效的数据业务支持，从而实现网络功能的增值。目前，POS作为IP宽带传送技术得到了广泛应用，特别是在城域网建设中受到人们的青睐。在现有的SDH设备中开发POS接口能极大地提高产品的竞争力，推动网络建设的发展。本文提出了一种在SDH设备中实现以太接入的整体解决方案，并介绍了基于FPGA设计的POS方案的设计思想和结构。该方案实现效率高，充分考虑了传输的可靠性，并且易于扩展。     

THE PURCHASING‐LOGISTICS INTERFACE: A “SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY” TAXONOMY

To date, integration research has paid little attention to defining and exploring the interface between purchasing and logistics. This research seeks to catalog the set of joint activities that define this interface, and to analyze the way in which this interface is structured, in terms of how companies assign collective responsibility across the activity set. A cluster analysis of a set of 15 boundary‐spanning activities reveals a preliminary taxonomy of three purchasing‐logistics interface structures: (a) Purchasing‐Dominant; (b) Segregated; and (c) Logistics‐Dominant. The analysis also reveals limited evidence that the choice of purchasing‐logistic interface structure has an influence on supply base performance. In addition, the choice of purchasing‐logistics interface structure appears to be influenced by firm size.
