无论从管理学的角度,还是从经济学的角度,传统的观点一味地强调领导力队对企业成功的决定作用.但随着经济全球化的发展,"追随者决定企业成败"成为当下组织管理中的热点.本文试图从巴巴拉·凯勒曼等人的新观点中归纳出追随力成为热点的原因.     

企业执行力四力模型及实现

企业执行力是将企业战略变成现实的能力。企业需要透过提升执行力对客户资源、人力资源、财务资源等各项资源的执行效率进行提升。本文提出的企业执行四力模型从企业内外部出发,将执行力分为内部工作配合力、内部项目开发力、外部客户服务力和外部市场情报力四部分,使企业更能关注执行力中的各个构成要素的效率。最后提出利用网络平台建立执行力要素的评价标杆体系。

Adoption of Ubiquitous Customer Relationship Management (uCRM) in Enterprise: Leadership Support and Technological Competence as Moderators

Abstract

Ubiquitous Customer Relationship Management (uCRM) signifies the realization of special characteristics, including proactiveness, context awareness, and mobility. This uCRM helps to enhance promptness and timeliness of the traditional system, thereby creating an environment associated with a state of being everywhere in no time and covering any device and any network. uCRM provides high personalization of service. The uCRM system has opened a new area of satisfaction for customers. Context awareness computing, a uCRM characteristic, is presumed to have enhanced benefits for a firm adopting uCRM in India. In this context, this study has taken a holistic attempt to analyze how technological competence and leadership support can enhance the business performance of a firm adopting uCRM. With input from literature studies, a hypothesis and a conceptual model have been formulated. Statistically, those have been validated with survey work considering 165 usable respondents from 22 different firms situated in three metropolitan cities in India. Results show that the effect of technological competence and leadership support positively help a uCRM-dependent firm towards achieving better business benefits. The study ends with a comprehensive conclusion.     

Exploring managerial leadership in Javanese (Indonesia) organisations: engaging Asta Brata,the eight principles of Javanese statesmanship

This study investigates whether the eight ancient principles of Javanese statesmanship (Asta Brata), can be employed as the basis for analysing managerial leadership excellence in Javanese organizations. Factor analysis, regression modelling and structural modelling are used to explain what constitutes leadership excellence in Javanese organizations. These findings based on the perceptions of 312 Javanese managers suggest they favour a paternalistic leadership style that is nurturing but not authoritative. This study highlights the importance of understanding Indonesia’s bapak-ism, or reverence for the leader as a father figure, and its familial orientation of interdependency between management and employees.     

The (un)importance of the closure of village shops to rural migration patterns

This study investigates the importance of local service provision for the survival of rural areas. EU Rural Development Policy includes support to village shops as a means to sustain population. Shop closing is assumed to negatively affect migration to and from the area served. We analyse quantitative data on all Swedish village shops and the migration patterns in their market areas before and after shop closure. No significant effect of shop closure on either in- or out-migration can be established, regardless of whether larger or smaller market areas are employed or whether migrants with more urban shopping habits (i.e. commuters and families with children) are excluded. Complementary interviews in three villages where the last shop has closed verify the results.     

关系在中国商务谈判中的作用

在北京、温州和邯郸三个城市几十家企业里,组织了102组商务模拟谈判数据,并对数据进行量化分析,探索了中国式的“关系”在中国商务谈判中的作用。数据结果显示关系在中国商务谈判过程中,有时发挥正的作用,有时产生负的作用,在某些环节不发生作用,根据数据分析结果,给出了相关的现实操作启示。

支持向量机在模式识别中的应用

针对传统神经网络存在网络结构难于确定、过学习以及局部极小等问题，研究了基于支持向量机（SVM）的模式识别问题。通过对棋盘这种典型非线性二值问题的分类研究，分析了支持向量机的分类与泛化能力。支持向量机在分类和泛化能力方面远远优于传统神经网络。最后将支持向量机用于对两类飞机目标的分类识别，通过多组蒙特卡罗试验，获得了较好的识别结果。支持向量机在目标识别中有巨大潜力和广阔前景。     

关于中国消费的几个问题(下)

消费是拉动国民经济发展的基本动力,在社会主义市场经济条件下,对消费从认识到实践应该有一个新的突破.当前,受消费体制、消费能力、消费政策、消费基础、消费观念、消费环境、消费周期等方面因素影响,提高居民消费率,我们需要走出消费误区,建立鼓励消费的长效机制,提倡科学消费;需要处理好消费率与投资率的关系,处理好城镇居民消费与农村居民消费的关系,处理好消费需求与进出口贸易的关系,处理好即期消费与储蓄的关系;需要结合我国实际,关注并培育住房消费、乘用车消费、农村消费、旅游消费、文化消费、社区服务消费等消费热点.     

Employee Motivation to Co-Create Value (EMCCV): Construction and Validation of Scale

Value Co-Creation (VCC) is an emerging concept that has vast applications in theory and practice. Though previous research has provided enough insights on the customers' role in VCC, relatively less research exists on employee motivation to co-create value (EMCCV) with customers. Among other reasons for such less empirical investigations, one is the unavailability of measurement scale for EMCCV. Therefore, the drive of this study is to conceptualize, develop, and validate a scale to measure EMCCV. Drawing from the expectancy theory and adapting the standard scale development procedure, this study develops EMCCV as a higher-order construct that constitutes four dimensions namely professional identity, financial motives, recognition motives, and career opportunities motives measured by 17 items. The measurement scale is developed in the context of automotive service centers; however, it has a broader application on the frontliners of all service industries and can be adapted in other service-oriented contexts. The scale is tested in a theoretical framework and has provided sound reliability, convergent, discriminant, and nomological validity.     

“中美出版物市场准入WTO案”援引GATT第20条“公共道德例外”的法律分析

"中美出版物市场准入WTO案"的专家组报告裁定,中国限制外国音响出版物进入中国市场违反GATS的规定和中国有关贸易权开放的入世承诺。同时,专家组还否定了中国援用GATT第20条(a)"公共道德"作为例外的辩护。本文在对该案的基本诉求和专家组裁定概述的基础上,着重对该案中专家组有关GATT第20条分析的法律问题做一评述。论文认为,GATT第20条可以适用于中国入世议定书;应区别GATT第20(a)中的"公共道德"与GATS第14(a)条中的"公共道德或公共秩序"概念;专家组在分析"必需性"时,增加考虑"对贸易权限制影响"无法律依据;专家组支持美国提供的"有更好替代方法"不符合举证责任规则。论文最后指出中国今后在WTO争端解决处理中要适当援引WTO例外条款。
