学风建设是一个学校的灵魂,是一所大学传统文化底蕴和办学理念的集中体现,也是衡量高校办学水平的重要标志.良好的学风能为大学生健康成长和全面发展提供积极环境因素.如何形成良好的学风氛围是目前摆在高校教育工作者面前的一个极其紧迫的问题.那么,当前高校的学风氛围如何?我们如何了解目前的学风建设情况、了解同学们在学习中的困惑和期待,提高同学学习积极性和主动性,完善高校学风建设制度,提炼体现专业特色的学风建设主题,塑造出体现高校学风建设品牌活动,为形成学风建设的长效机制提供数据支撑?本文就这些问题进行了探讨.  相似文献

审计现象是审计学科的独特研究对象,审计学科形成了相对独立的理论体系、知识基础和研究方法,因此,它是独立学科;审计学科还未发展到成为学科门类的规模,而现有一级学科都无法容纳它,因此它是独立的一级学科。审计学科具有交叉性质,它与经济学门类、法学门类都有一定的相似性,但是与管理学门类相似性更多,因此应该属于管理学门类。根据审计现象的细分,审计学科的二级学科包括基本审计学、审计技术方法学、政府审计学、内部审计学、民间审计学、军队审计学。相关的政府部门可以通过各种措施来推动审计学科建设,包括学科定位及方向确定,学位点、学科队伍、科学研究、人才培养、学科基地等的建设。  相似文献

Zahra and Newey (2009) argue for the importance of creative theory building in management research and suggest that this is best to be done via interdisciplinary research. We argue that the more management research goes down the road of pursuing interdisciplinary research for generating novel theories, the more likely it will compromise another worthwhile goal, which is to establish the discipline of management as a legitimate academic discipline that is distinguishable from other academic disciplines in its subject matter and its theoretical and methodological approach. We also argue against the implicit premise that the focus of management discipline should be on developing new theories.  相似文献

本研究基于西方学者Thompson&Ye,Thomas&Hawes和Hyland等人在学术论文转述动词领域的研究成果,选择中外学者在国际学术期刊上发表的市场学学科的20篇论文为语料,分析统计了转述动词的使用情况。虽然中国学者在转述动词的种类和使用频率上略逊色于英语本族语学者,但并没有本质的区别。这说明中国学者转述动词的使用已接近于本族语者的水平,得到了国际学术期刊的认可。  相似文献

Purchasing and Supply Management (PSM) has been subjected to a number of examinations, all concluding that PSM is not an academic discipline as it lacks its own theories and common themes of research. It is perceived by many as an applied social science and field of research applying theories from other disciplines. But, to date, these examinations have not revealed more definitively what PSM is, i.e., its identity. This Notes and Debates paper was stimulated by two focused meetings, a question panel at IPSERA 2019 and solicited views from IPSERA participants. These were synthesized and developed through grounding them in identity and social identity theories. They are provided to stimulate the debate on PSM's internal and external identity coherence and legitimacy.  相似文献

The roles played by managers in exercising workplace discipline have been of long‐standing academic interest. However, relatively little attention has been paid to the way that the distinctive functions of operational managers and HR practitioners may interact and shape the nature and outcomes of disciplinary procedures and processes. This article examines this through a series of organisational case studies. It suggests that dimensions of control between operational managers and HR practitioners are fundamental to understanding the nature of workplace discipline. Furthermore, it argues that this relationship is crucial in determining the prospects for a shift towards greater flexibility in the management of discipline, as called for by Gibbons and reinforced by the Employment Act 2008. Therefore, findings suggest that questions of managerial preparedness to embrace this new agenda must also consider the role played by HR practitioners in embedding a culture of formality.  相似文献

Assessment is a growing priority among the academy and also appears to be of increasing interest among academic‐based leadership education programs. This article offers a brief history of assessment within higher education as well as an overview of the current state of assessment in the context of academic‐based leadership education programs. While there are numerous studies reporting on assignment‐ and course‐level assessment activities, comparatively limited literature addresses program‐level assessment. The comparative performance of academic and economic markets continues to be debated. One factor potentially distinguishing academic markets is the profit motive. Profit and competition have been shown to curb discrimination in markets, and the absence of profit discipline could result in myriad forms of prejudice in academic hiring. We explore the role of the profit motive in the performance of academic markets by comparing the pedigree of employees of top law schools and top law firms. Top law schools are much more likely to employ graduates of top ranked law schools than elite law firms, and the difference exists at both the junior and senior levels. We find no evidence that the graduates of top 5 law schools outperform grads of less prestigious schools in publications or citations. In the absence of a profit motive, academic hiring appears more likely to indulge a preference for pedigree, and by implication, this may explain other scholarly prejudices in the academy.  相似文献
