运用问卷调查法对各类专业技术人才进行了问卷调查,依据因素分析得出专业技术人才胜任能力四因素模型。专业技术人才胜任能力中组织认同水平较高,而人格特质、专业知识技能、一般能力水平则相对较低,同时也发现不同职称人才胜任能力各因素水平上的差异。  相似文献

十二五期间,物流业对国民经济的推动作用将更加明显。实现这一推动作用的关键,就在于充分发挥物流技术专业人员"人力资本"的支撑功能。物流专业技术人员"人力资本"的形成,首先来源于高校专业知识的习得。同时,物流专业知识应与物流实践相匹配。因此,在狭义及外延化的物流专业知识内涵下,分析物流专业知识与物流实践的关系;揭示出二者之间的互动关系;最终,针对物流企业对物流人员的能力要求,在物流专业知识上展开适应性的增进与调整,就显得格外重要。  相似文献

The issues pertaining to human resource development (HRD) of professionals1 1 The term ‘professional’ is used in this paper to refer to architects, engineers and quantity surveyors who work in managerial and/or professional roles in construction and construction related firms in the Tanzanian construction industry. in emerging/developing economies have not received sufficient attention in the literature. This is in spite of the strategic importance of the role of competent professionals in economic development. Using the construction industry in Tanzania as a case study, this study provides a review of the extent of the neglect of HRD for professionals in emerging/developing economies and what needs to be done to address the problem. In particular, it explores why there is no systematic integrated industry-wide training programme for professionals in the industry. It reveals that the existing programmes are fragmented and lack overall strategy and continuity, coordination and sustainable funding. The lack of sustainable funding is identified as the main obstacle to both the creation and sustainability of a training programme for professionals. To overcome this problem, the study suggests the establishment of an industry-specific training levy for professionals. But it warns that in an emerging/developing country environment there is the need to ensure that both the training programme and the administration of finance are not derailed by bureaucratic bottlenecks and other constraints, such as corruption. This study is of both organization and public policy relevance and, in additions, attempts to fill the gap (indicated above) in the HRD literature.  相似文献

The traditional HRM system has been job-based and has reflected a bureaucratic model of organizing work. Such job-based personnel management systems have shown a tendency to break down when jobs are dissolving under more flexible work organization. Many writers have called for a competency approach to replace the traditional job-based approach under these new conditions, and we have seen a growing literature on competency modelling. The study reported here suggests that jobs are structured along two independent lines: formal control and complexity of work tasks. Each combination of formalization and complexity (high and low) gives rise to a different approach to align work and competencies. The job-based approach and the competency approach are only two of these, and an occupational and a professional approach are also identified. While formal company-internal training is related to job approach and competency approach, training for skilled tradesmen and professionals is a combination of company-external professional training prior to the work career and informal on-the-job and self-managed training.  相似文献

目前,在我国高职教育以培养实践性、技能型人才为目标的大环境下,理论教学一直处于边缘化状态,问题表现更为突出的是艺术设计类专业的教学环节当中理论与实践教学相脱节现象较为严重,这对于文化知识层次相对薄弱、专业设计意识较差,想要具备相应的能体现设计内涵的表现能力的学生来说是比较困难的。因此,在强化学生实践技能的前提下,提高学生的理论素养,把艺术理论教学和设计实践紧密结合是十分必要的。  相似文献

The role of the pharmacist is expanding. Pharmacists are being employed now as drug information sources. Physicians are using pharmacists to aid in the proper dosing of aminoglycosides and chemotherapy agents. Many physicians inquire about the proper method to prescribe certain drugs. Nurses and other health personnel rely on the pharmacist to help in special areas of treatment, such as code blue services or patient counseling. As advances in medical treatments are made, each health professional must accept his or her increased responsibility to work with other health professionals to offer the most current and precise medical therapy available. I believe the profession of pharmacy will accept this increased responsibility to serve those in need.  相似文献

This article is concerned with differences between personnel practitioners in the private and public sectors. Drawing on survey and interview data from practitioners in both sectors, the authors report that public sector practitioners are less well‐qualified and are paid less than their private sector counterparts. Very few practitioners move between the sectors, suggesting the existence of separate and self‐contained career structures. It is argued that this is not a separation of equals, and is maintained partly by the existence of a system of myths and stereotypes which have the effect of discouraging able professionals from entering the public sector. The article considers the reasons for the continuing differences and the separation, particularly in the light of public sector reforms which might have been expected to have diminished them. The implications for personnel management in the public sector and for the personnel profession in general are then discussed.  相似文献
