EFFECTS OF ROCK BEHAVIOR ON DEFORMATION AND CIVIL ENGINEERING

Rock behavior is usually run into in study on geological deformation, teetono-mineralization and civil engineering.Rock behavior contains its texture,structure and composition,rock property,and its occurrence background or situation. That is to say, temperature, compression,content of water and other liquid in rocks, boundary condition of rock block,straining rate etc.,which are closely related to the depth of occurrence of rock, influence on the rock behavior and deformation effects.

As one-price theory describes,same assets with equivalent value should have same price in different market simultaneously. However,there is market segmentation as a common phenomenon faced by each nation’s stock market,including advanced market and emerging stock market. Dual-listed company’s performances in different stock markets are the best tool to explain the market segmentation. This article tries to analysis the factors which results in the price difference between A and H-share of Chinese dual-listed companies,and the elimination to this inefficiency.

Based on the investigation in four pilot counties (Puyang, Qixian, Gushi, Ruyang) in Henan Province,the author made a statistical analysis on the potential willingness of farmers’ land contracted right mortgage loan by using the structural equation model.The results showed that the marginal effect of professional and economic differentiation was significant on the potential willingness of farmers’ land contracted right mortgage loan, among other observable variables, age, education, numbers of agricultural labor are significantly positive. Finally, the author gives some proposals, such as promoting the rationalization of farmers’ professional structure and advancing the construction of rural social security system etc.Meanwhile, actively promoting the rationalization of farmers’ professional structure

The problems of environmental geology refer to the geologic phenomena, incidents or accidents arising from action of environmental geology. The action is mainly the mutual influence between human activity and geologic environment. When human activity is uncoordinated with objective laws of the geologic environment, the problems of environmental geology or economic loss would occur.Therefore,the level and the changing orientation of geologic environmental quality are relative to the types of human activity,particularly relative to human intentional-activities of geologic environmental exploitation project. The geologic environment fitting to mining may not fit to urban construction,and fitting to water conservancy and hydroelectric projects may not fit to communication,and so on.Economy evaluation on the profit and loss of geologic environmental quality is exactly to depict the level of the profit and loss of geologic environmental quality about geologic environmental exploitation projects and the feasibi     

On Differences between Chinese and Western Dietary Cultures From Ang Lee’s Work Eat Drink Man Woman

Diet is one of the necessities in our life, and even in the existence or development. Because of the differences between Chinese and western geographies, cultures, climate features, and ideologies, Chinese and western dietary cultures are totally different. This paper tries to explain the differences between Chinese and the western dietary cultures from the aspects of dietary forms and dietary concepts on the basis of Ang Lee’s work Eat Drink Man Woman, in order to show the dietary culture’s contrast and clashes under two different backgrounds.     

DETERMINATION OF THE CRITICAL HYDRAULIC PRESSURE EQUATION OF THE EXTREMELY EASY RUPTURE POINTS WITHIN THE FLOOR OF MINING AREA IN ZIBO COAL FIELD

Based on the principles of rock mass mechanics, the author analyzed in detail several main influence factors resulting of water gush in Zibo coal field. A basic law is presented in this paper.In large quantity of water gush facts prove that the ends of microcracks within coal bed floor are the major locations concentrating stress, and consequently the weak points leading to water gush.This should be carefully taken account when a critical hydraulic pressure equation is constructed.The Griffith's intensity condilion presupposing microcrocks exist is media, therefore,is applied to the determination of the critical hydraulic pres.pressure equation of the extremely easy rupture points within the floor of mining area in Zibo coal field.There is equation as follows:     

Cash prizes and mail survey response rates: A threshold analysis

In a study involving the mailing of some 3,150 questionnaires, the ability of six kinds of incentives to augment survey responses was tested against a no-incentive control condition. Two of the incentives were small prepaid monetary amounts (25￠ and $1.00), while the remaining four consisted of the opportunity for respondents to win cash prizes valued at either $50, $100, $150, or $200. The use of such cash prizes enabled an approximate test of the just-noticeable-difference principle in terms of both its absolute and differential threshold hypotheses. The 25￠ and $1.00 incentives yielded response rates that were significantly larger than that of the control group. No confirmation of the differential threshold hypothesis was evidenced, at least over the range of cash prizes employed in the present study. In contrast, the absolute threshold hypothesis received support. Suggestions for further research in this area were also identified.

The UNCITRAL Model Law on Cross-Border Insolvency (‘the Model Law’) enacted on May 5 1997 and the European Commission Insolvency Regulation enforced in 2002 both adopted a new type of establishing standard-company’s main interest (COMI)-to distribute the jurisdiction around the world in cross-border insolvency cases. The purpose of these two legal documents is to endeavor to find the place that has the most significant connection with the debtor. This essay is trying to analyze the new standard and enlighten the judicial practice of China in cross-border insolvency field.

Tanggu district lies 45km in the east of Tianjin,border on the Bohai sea in the east. It's 50kin long from,south to north and 25kin wide from east to west,the total area is 802.8kin~2. Customer-to-customer exchange: Its MOA antecedents and its impact on value creation and loyalty

Value creation through customer-to-customer exchange occurs when the perceived benefits of a company’s offering are increased as a result of customers’ interaction with one another. C2C exchange exists in a wide variety of service environments, both online and face-to-face. Drawing on the motivation, opportunity, and ability (MOA) framework, this research presents and tests a theoretical model that examines antecedents and outcomes of C2C exchange in the context of face-to-face networking behaviors at professional association meetings. Data were obtained from a survey of conference attendees, and the hypotheses were tested using moderated regression and path analysis. The results show a three-way interaction effect among the MOA factors, that the MOA model does predict the level of C2C exchange, and that C2C exchange does enhance service value perceptions and customer loyalty intentions.
