区域商贸流通发展与公路交通水平计量分析

基于灰色关联模型的计量分析,发现地区商贸流通业发展与公路交通基础设施水平具有较强的关联性:在公路里程、公路客运量、公路货运量和民用汽车拥有量中,民用汽车拥有量是最重要的影响因素,公路货运量次之;在社会消费品零售总额、市的零售额、县的零售额、县以下的零售额、批发和零售业零售额、住宿和餐饮业零售额中,公路交通基础设施对县以下的零售额的影响程度最大,对批发和零售业零售额的影响程度次之。     

戊二醛急性毒性研究

[目的]为了研究人体和环境的潜在危害。[方法]对25%戊二醛样本进行了急性经口毒性试验（大鼠、小鼠）、急性经皮毒性试验、急性吸入毒性试验和鱼急性毒性实验研究。[结果]戊二醛小鼠经口LD50为248 mg/kg体重,大鼠经口LD50为239 mg/kg体重,经皮LD50≥2000mg/kg体重,急性吸入毒性4h-LC50为768mg/m3,鱼急性毒性96h-LC50为13.5mg/L。[结论]戊二醛对人体的吸入危害风险和环境生态危害风险值得重视。     

Endogenous Property Rights in a Hold‐up Experiment

In a hold‐up experiment designed to test theoretical predictions following from Hart and deMeza and Lockwood regarding investment behavior, Sonnemans, Oosterbeek and Sloof (SOS) find only a partial confirmation of theory. According to SOS these deviations from standard theory can be explained by positive reciprocal behavior. In this paper, we replicate the experiment by SOS and add another group of treatments in which asset ownership is endogenized by auctioning off the assets. Our experiment shows that the results by SOS crucially depend on the ownership structure being exogenously assigned by the experimenter. We present experimental evidence that, by and large, corroborates the theoretical predictions made by Hart.     

Advertising Taxation Is Here to Stay—and Fight

The taxation of advertising is growing slowly but surely around the world. It is largely motivated by revenue rather than punitive reasons although the two can team together. Industry is learning to react by fighting earlier, by showing the mediocre net revenues generated by some taxes, and by defending the role of advertising at large.     

海产品中汞的快速检测研究

本文建立了固体测汞仪测定海产品中汞含量的方法。样品通过热解使汞释放,通过金汞齐吸收汞蒸气,加热吹扫定量释放金汞齐吸收的汞,用冷原子吸收法测定。本方法采用土壤标准物质绘制标准曲线,方法回收率为81.3%-123%,相对标准偏差（n=10）为14.5%。采用本方法对鱼粉中汞进行测定,结果与微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定结果基本一致,略高于电感耦合等离子体质谱法（ICP-MS）的测定结果。固体进样技术避免了汞在样品消解过程中的损失,节约了分析时间和成本。

偏光显微镜法在空气粉尘中石棉纤维鉴别中的应用

本文采用偏光显微镜法鉴别空气粉尘中的微量石棉纤维。经滤膜收集的粉尘样品通过高温灰化及酸洗过程去除大部分干扰物质,经乙醇分散后均匀沉积在玻璃片上,滴加具有固定折射率的浸油制成试片。在正交偏光系统下观察到粉体中存在纤维状颗粒,且纤维呈现四次平行消光特性,比对6种常见石棉的偏光显微镜图,综合分析试样粉尘的光学性质,推断样品中含有温石棉。     

张家界旅游可持续发展研究

目前盛行的区域旅游可持续发展指标体系评价方法是一种一维线性叠加的方法。采用二维评价体系,构建旅游区域可持续发展分析的一套方法,并对张家界地区进行评价。结果表明:张家界旅游发展处于基本可持续状态,张家界地区自然环境对这种发展模式的支持是可持续的,区域旅游的可持续发展更多的受人文系统的限制。     

The determinants of firm start-up and entry in Italian producer services

In this paper the determinants of new firm formation in the producer services are studied by using National Security data on firms with at least one employee. Two ratios are computed and analysed for the 95 Italian provinces: an index of fertility represented by the share of new enterprises on employees, and a birth rate represented for each province by the ratio between new enterprises and resident population. On examination of the determinants of this process, we found that the average wage rates and the ratio of utilized credit to the total line of credit negatively affect both indexes, and that both indexes are affected positively by sector growth and by a measure of small firm presence. The index of fertility is also explained by a dummy variable which identifies for each province those policies which are aimed at fostering the process of new firm formation. The birth rate is instead affected by a dummy variable which is equal to one for the provinces in which the chief towns of each region are located and zero otherwise, and by the potential demand for new producer services arising from the industrial sector.

随着我国社会保障基金规模的扩大,在其运行中存在着的道德风险问题也日益凸显,主要表现为政府挤占挪用,保障机构违规操作,冒领、骗领社会保障基金等行为增多。为有效防范社保基金运行中的道德风险,应加速构建以自治为核心,监治为约束,法制为保障的高效风险的抗衡体系,以此遏止社会保障基金运行中道德风险的滋生与蔓延。     

Institutional investors, shareholder activism, and earnings management

The widespread practice of earnings management adversely impacts the quality of financial reports and increases information asymmetries between owners and managers. The present study investigates the effect of shareholder activism (as expressed by the proxy proposals sponsored by shareholders), and monitoring by the largest institutional owner on earnings management. Our longitudinal analyses indicate that the number of shareholder proposals received by firms is positively related to subsequent earnings management, yet concurrently, monitoring by the largest institutional owners is negatively related to earnings management. Our findings shed light on the equivocal results reported by prior research regarding the impact of shareholder activism on firm performance, on one hand, and ownership monitoring and performance, on the other.

从福利经济学角度探讨了河南省对外贸易所产生的经济福利,并构建了河南省对外贸易经济福利理论模型。认为,河南省对外贸易的发展不能以过度牺牲环境为代价,必须用其产生的经济福利分析对外贸易,只有在对外贸易增加了河南省经济福利的前提下,对外贸易才是正确的。     

SME internationalization beyond exporting: A knowledge-based perspective across managers and advisers

Micromultinationals are small and medium-sized enterprises that engage in foreign market entry modes beyond exporting. The purpose of this study is to unveil the knowledge types required by micromultinationals. To this end, we conducted an interpretive interview study involving managers and advisers. We extend the SME internationalization literature by distilling the knowledge types that this unique body of small multinationals requires. Furthermore, we generate a framework that enhances the knowledge-based perspective by showing that micromultinational expansion is led by tacitly dominated knowledge of internal actors related to products, industries, and markets and facilitated by functional knowledge provided by external actors.

Emerging Trends in the Food Distribution System

Abstract

Two trends, the drive for differentiation and the clamor for collaboration, are emerging from intermediaries in the food distribution system. Differentiation by large manufacturers and retailers will encourage more direct marketing by farmers. Although differentiation by manufacturers creates entry barriers for small firms, differentiation by retailers may open opportunities. Some collaboration initiatives will increase the supply chain efficiency up to the retailer, but adoption rates of collaborative technologies by stores will likely be slow. With more differentiation, consumers will have greater choice. Some technologies that could boost the efficiency of the food distribution system may be resisted by consumers.
