随着我国经济的稳健发展,水产品生产供给不断增加,市场需求持续增长,提高水产品市场活力、扩大市场交易规模显得愈发重要。论文通过构建水产品市场交易规模影响因素指标体系,运用AHP方法对水产品市场交易过程中的影响因素进行定量分析,通过综合评价及排序得出流通渠道的形式是影响水产品市场交易规模的首要因素,其次是政策环境、城镇化水平、消费偏好等因素,并在此基础上提出了优化水产品流通渠道、完善水产品市场管理的法律法规、加快新型城镇化建设步伐、加强水产品推广宣传和合理规划水产品批发市场布局等针对性建议。  相似文献

随着我国经济的稳健发展,水产品生产供给不断增加,市场需求持续增长,提高水产品市场活力、扩大水产品市场交易规模显得愈发重要。本文基于引力模型研究区域市场交易规模及影响因素,以银川市水产品交易规模为例,采用2000-2015年我国西北四市的面板数据进行实证分析。结果表明:销地水产品的消费需求水平、水产品来源地的产量与银川市水产品交易规模呈正相关,当地水产品的消费需求水平、地理距离与银川市水产品交易规模呈负相关,其中地理距离起着决定性的作用。根据结果提出以多种形式加强水产品推广宣传、"软硬结合"推进水产品流通现代化、进一步提高水产品安全运输水平、因地制宜调整水产品生产结构等建议。  相似文献

中国作为世界上最大的水产品生产国,近30年水产品出口一直保持增长,在全球水产品市场中的比重大幅度增加,同时面临着与其他国家同业间的竞争。本文运用拓展的引力模型对1999年~2007年中国水产品出口相关的面板数据进行了实证检验,并对主要出口市场水产品贸易潜力进行了测算与分析。研究表明,引力模型只能对中国水产品出口贸易流量和潜力起到部分的解释作用,虽然中国水产品出口对欧美日等市场呈现出所谓的“过度贸易”,对泰国、印度尼西亚等表现为“贸易不足”,但这一总体趋势不会有太大改变。另外,进出口市场之间的产品竞争程度、进口市场的消费习惯也是进出口贸易可能的影响因素。  相似文献

International competition in agricultural production is intensifying following the implementation of the 1993 accord of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade. The production of conventional farm products in surplus is being discouraged by means of indirect economic disincentives. The Common Agricultural Policy has already adjusted to unprotected national markets within the European Union and greater market orientation is being achieved mainly through price reductions. Farmers in the less developed areas in Greece, where agricultural activity is still the main source of income and employment, have been responding to policy reforms by seeking part-time employment and income in non-farm enterprises. The adoption of alternative, unconventional farm enterprises that use farm resources in an innovative and quantitatively different way does have the potential for bringing in a new source of income to farm business. For the purpose of this research three adjustment strategies were recognised. The ‘conventional’ (no change) pathway is based on traditional, region-specific products, production methods and services. The adoption of the ‘new crop’ pathway refers to the redeployment of resources into new agricultural products, whereas farms on the market integration Pathway redeploy resources into new marketing services and agricultural product processing on the farm. The new crop and the market integration pathways are identified as unconventional adjustment strategies. Results derived from multinomial logit analysis highlight the major constraints and opportunities associated with the adoption of new crops and market integration practices. Farmers who have adopted unconventional practices are influenced by factors external to the farm. such as contacts with institutions, and have a high probability of having higher debts. These farmers are likely to depend heavily on seasonal labour and rented land. The fact that market integration activities are associated with smaller farms in conjunction with off-farm work signifies the importance of establishing an integrated rural development policy approach. Public policy involvement in enhancing dissemination of information concerning unconventional enterprises is emphasised.  相似文献

There is increasing emphasis on innovation as a driver of continued prosperity in the rural economy. Globalisation poses challenges to rural areas given technological advances and intensified competition in agricultural markets, ageing rural populations and expansion of urban areas. However, in recent years, the conception of rural areas has shifted from places of production to places of consumption. In line with an increasing urban demand for consumption of products and services close to nature within the rural landscape, we observe the emergence of experiential offers based around non-wood forest products (NWFP) where the consumer is closely connected to the harvesting and use of the products. In this paper, we examine how such intersecting demands have created new forms of market for NWFP, by analysing in-depth four innovative examples in Austria and the United Kingdom. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with the managers of these businesses, and cases were analysed through application of both the experience economy and the innovation systems approach. We found that all four businesses were on the one hand derived from traditional, regional cultural skills and values and, on the other hand, directly connected to new consumers’ demands. The apparent success of these emerging business models lies in the accretion of new social values onto traditional products. Thus creative approaches blending offers designed to enhance cosumers’ experiences into traditional sectors, such as forestry, would have potential in the future. However, our results indicate that there is a lack of institutional support for the development of such businesses in both countries. Better suited innovation policies and support structures would be important for mainstreaming or encouraging the development of similar businesses, innovations and knowledge.  相似文献

微型金融为贫困人群和小企业提供金融服务和金融产品,它填补了传统金融机构在金融体系中的空白。结合当前我国农村金融改革,主要依靠现有商业银行和农村信用社,不可能解决有效服务"三农"发展的金融需求问题,尤其在沿海农村地区,随着商业性金融机构的不断撤离,渔业作为一项市场潜力巨大的行业,存在严重的金融抑制。因此,大力发展微型金融,提高对渔业经济的金融支持力度,是解决当前渔业金融抑制的有效途径。  相似文献

渔民作为渔业生产最重要的主体,其收入增长在近十年呈放缓趋势,这也就导致了我国渔民人均年纯收入与城镇居民之间的差距不断拉大。论文分析了渔民增收放缓的症结包括:来源少,渔民的收入主要来源于经营性收入;支出高,生产资料涨价、渔业税费减免不力以及塘租等相关费用的提高是致使渔民支出较高的重要原因;风险大,渔业生产面临自然风、市场风险;政策偏,税费减免政策不到位,部分补贴不落实,水域占用补偿尚未规范。促进渔民增收是一项系统工程,必须多措并举,建立长效的增收机制。“进”“退”结合,退出近海和内湖捕捞,进入水产养殖业和其他行业,积极推行生态健康养殖模式,退出生产,进入服务;“权”“利”转化,积极探索捕捞权和养殖权的流转模式,通过渔业水域滩涂规划以及水域分层确权确保利益分配的合理性和规范性;“质”“量”共管,保障国内水产品供给的同时更加注重水产品品质的提升;“减”“扶”并进,加大对渔业和渔民的政策扶持力度,增加福利性收入,完善渔业政策性保险以降低生产风险;“内”“外”兼顾,利用内外两种资源,关注内外两个市场。  相似文献

本文收集了近10年中国水产品对日本出口的贸易数据,利用分散度指数、结构变化指数以及区域显示性比较优势指数,对中国水产品出口到日本的商品结构进行实证分析,结果发现:1998~2007年,中国水产品对日出口的分散程度呈现出“先增高,后降低”的趋势;商品结构变化幅度呈现出“低-高-低-高”的变化趋势;中国深加工水产品(0371、0372)在日本市场具有很强的竞争优势;中国对日本出口额较大、竞争优势较强的水产品大多集中在日本进口额相对较小的水产品类别上。  相似文献
