建筑企业绿色供应链管理绩效评价研究

中国建筑施工产业是经济发展的重要支柱产业,是一个重要的物质生产部门。随着社会和经济的发展,环境问题越来越受到人们的关注,公众意识、法律和环境标准的改进推动了绿色供应链管理的快速发展。本文根据绿色供应链管理的内容及其特点,结合环境管理标准,体现可持续发展的要求,对建筑企业绿色供应链管理绩效评价指标体系与评价方法做出了理论探讨。     

Green financing for sustainable development: Insights from multiple cases of Vietnamese commercial banks

Although the public sector is seen as the main party responsible for taking action on climate change and sustainable development, private commercial banks are in a unique position to support or shift the funding focus on green investment. By employing a qualitative research approach based on six commercial banks, this paper aims to investigate the current practices of how commercial banks are contributing to advance green business initiatives. Accordingly, this research examines and identifies the facilitators and challenges in domestic and foreign commercial banks in Vietnam which support green business initiatives. In addition to addressing the recent calls for the investigation of the role of commercial banks in facilitating green finance, our study expands the emerging literature by demonstrating the current efforts of Vietnam's commercial banks in fostering green finance during the Covid-19 pandemic.     

公众环境关注度促进了绿色金融发展吗？——来自中国284个城市的经验证据

基于2011—2019年中国284个城市的面板数据,实证检验了公众环境关注度对绿色金融发展的影响。研究结果表明,公众环境关注度对绿色金融发展存在显著正向影响,这一结论在经过一系列稳健性检验后依然成立。传导机制检验表明,公众环境关注度促进政府提高环境规制强度,进而推动绿色金融发展。调节性效应检验表明,地区经济发展水平、地区绿色创新水平能够正向调节公众环境关注度对绿色金融的正向影响。异质性检验表明,在中西部地区、教育水平较高、污染排放量较高、环境信息公开的地区,公众环境关注度对绿色金融的促进作用更加显著。推进绿色金融发展必须激发公众对环境的关注,完善公众参与机制,提升绿色创新水平,制定差异化发展战略。     

浅谈绿色节能建筑的优化设计

在各种能耗中,建筑业节能降耗令人"头痛"。为了最大限度的降低建筑体系对环境的危害,优化建筑体系与环境的关系,人们提出了"绿色建筑"的概念。将能源使用与环境资源结合起来创造出符合可持续发展原则的生活空间。本文通过现代城市建筑设计所面临的绿色节能问题,结合笔者多年的工作实践总结出建筑设计实现绿色节能的几个重要途径。     

Green Practices and Organizational Design as Sources of Strategic Flexibility and Performance

Green competences are dynamic capabilities based on practices (green practices), routines and structures that can be used to detect opportunities, make the most of them and use them to transform organizations. With this in mind, we explore the relationships between environmental management, organizational performance, and organizational processes and practices. We identify three key constructs related to green competences: (1) hybrid structures, (2) environmental best practices and (3) strategic flexibility, a key variable connecting structural design and green practices to organizational performance. We propose that the implementation of specific organizational structures characterized by the inclusion of market‐driven control practices within hierarchies (internal hybrids) could enhance firms' environmental responsiveness and deployment of green best practices. In addition, we suggest that green practices and structures are positively related to the development of strategic flexibility, driving above‐average returns in dynamic environments. 新观念下对建筑工程绿色施工问题的探索

伴随社会的发展进步和生态环境意识的增强,绿色施工理念将成为社会的主流思想。为此,在今后的建筑工程中逐步推进绿色化施工以及管理有着积极的作用和意义。本文笔者就建筑工程中的绿色施工相关问题进行了思考和探索,以更好的促进我国友好环境和节约型社会的建设与发展,促进整个建筑行业更加良性健康可持续发展。     

关于产品绿色包装的相关法律问题的研究

随着经济的发展．包装业发展亦如火如荼．与日俱增的包装垃圾成为各国政府颇感头疼的问题。本文通过叶绿色包装相关法律的研究．为我国包装业遵守游戏规则．直面国际竞争的舞台．增强自身抵御风险的能力提供对策与供操作的理论模型。我国虽然有法律调控包装环境问题，但远远不能满足当前的现实需要，包装工业所引起的环境问题不容忽视，因此通过法律调控．逐步限制或禁止使用对环境有害的包装材抖与包装制品．完善绿色包装法律制度。这里我们就填补我国“包装法”的缺位．对绿色包装法律问题加以研究，为我国“包装法”的出台提供建设性的意见。     

论发展我国绿色物流产业之对策

30年来,我国经济快速发展,取得了为世人瞩目的成就。然而,一味的摄取,必会引发一系列问题。由此,经济发展必须以保护地球环境为前提,注重可持续发展。具体来说,企业要树立环保理念,发展环保型绿色物流,势在必行。文中以我国绿色物流产业存在的问题为切入点探讨如何发展绿色物流产业,以期起到抛砖引玉之作用。     

Customer green orientation and process innovation alignment: A configuration approach in the global manufacturing industry

Research suggests that manufacturers increasingly innovate processes to meet customer's green requirements; however, little is known about the impact on performance and the contextual conditions, under which they are effective. Grounded on configuration approach, this study develops taxonomies of manufacturing firms based on the degree of customer's green orientation and process innovation. This study argues that performance differences between these clusters, highlight managerial implications for sustainable development. The empirical data used in this study were drawn from Global Manufacturing Research Group (GMRG) survey project (with data collected from 629 manufacturing firms from nine countries). Our results show that customer green innovation taxonomies influence differently on environmental measures, costs, and financial performance. The study proposes three clusters: Process active, Green minimalist, and Green proactive. The main differences between manufacturers are based on the level of investments in joint green improvement initiatives and customer direct investments in green activities. Firms that belong to the Process active cluster, who are first within the industry to deploy new processes and update the latest process development, gained significant improvement in financial measures such as market share and profits. Whereas Green minimalist cluster lagged behind, Green proactive manufacturers aligned in both capabilities to experience higher payoffs in sustainable performance measures and efficiency. The findings provide a step‐by‐step decision‐making process and offer guidance for supply chain managers who have to stretch their needs to align the innovation processes to enhance their sustainable performance.     

株洲通用航空产业发展战略研究

通用航空产业在社会发展、经济建设和公共服务等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用,并成为拉动当地GDP增长和促进当地产业结构升级的支柱产业.文章在进行实地调查的基础上,采用SWOT分析法分析了目前株洲通用航空产业发展的内外环境,提出五大发展战略,为实现株洲通用航空产业的可持续发展提供理论依据.     

Does adoption of ISO 56002-2019 and green innovation reporting enhance the firm sustainable development goal performance? An emerging paradigm

Reporting is a means of communication for companies to their respective stakeholders. The literature on non-financial reporting has mostly focused on operational, Carbon Discloser Project (CDP), and environmental disclosure to firm performance. This reporting and disclosure approach adopted by companies in their sustainability practices appears to be a normative approach. However, there has been a growing demand by stakeholders to incorporate proactive approach in business activities. To meet that, green innovation practices (GIPs) has been integrated as a new element in environmental reporting, thereby reflecting the proactiveness of companies in their adoption of green innovation reporting (GIR). The objective of this study is to advocate for greater disclosure on sustainability reporting by incorporating the GIPs of companies and substantial, sustainable development goal contribution, along with the moderation of the newly upgraded ISO 56002-2019 innovation management system. Adoption of green innovation reporting and ISO 56002-2019 will enhance the level of transparency of business activities and create greater stakeholder confidence along with enhancing the firm's sustainable development of goal performance. Furthermore, an extensive literature review was undertaken to create a GIR framework (i.e., product, process, service and technology) for firms to integrate GIPs into sustainability reporting. The conceptual model proposed the adoption of green innovation reporting and ISO 56002-2019 innovation management system to firm sustainable development goal. This needs to be injected into the sustainable reporting of companies to reflect their innovativeness, actual sustainable business practices and sustainable development goal performance for the firm.

现代产权的重新界定与保护,特别是生态环境资源这部分公共产权的界定与保护,是绿色会计产生和发展的直接动因。本文就立足于现代产权关系,如何构建可持续发展的绿色会计体系进行探讨。     

The impact of green finance on the level of decarbonization of the economies: An analysis of the United States', China's,and Russia's current agenda

With growing global concern for mainstreaming of environmental protection measures, the promotion of climate change and sustainable development policies, the international community, represented by international organizations, research institutions, and world-wide businesses, has focused on green finance. Existing research on green finance in the context of environmental trends has been reviewed in terms of the products and determinants of green finance. This study aims to assess the impact of green finance on the decarbonization of economies in the context of a review of current and potential problems and prospects. Based on the examples of the People's Republic of China, the Russian Federation, and the United States of America, the study suggests that today green finance has not yet demonstrated a tangible effect in these countries. Based on the results of the study, it can be argued that in the three countries, the main tool of green finance in the field of decarbonization is green bonds; other types of green finance are used to a limited extent. The progress of the United States and China is not so obvious, but based on the overall involvement of relevant government agencies and businesses in the green bond market, it can be assumed that the results will be observed in the near future.     

家电制造企业绿色供应商的选择

近年来,随着各国纷纷制定更加严格的环境保护法规,我国家电制造企业实施绿色采购已是刻不容缓,这对提高我国家电企业的产品竞争力、实施可持续发展具有重大意义。绿色供应商选择是实施绿色采购的关键一环。本文在对已有供应商选择的相关研究成果回顾的基础上,构建了家电制造企业绿色供应商综合评价体系,最后进行了供应商选择的实证分析,对推动我国家电企业实施绿色采购具有一定的实际指导意义。     

试论我国汽车制造企业绿色供应链管理——基于S公司案例研究

如何兼顾经济发展与资源环境保护,实现真正地可持续发展,是一直以来摆在中国人面前的一大课题,而绿色供应链管理是解决这一问题的有效途径。面临日益严峻的资源环保的压力、政策法规的要求和汽车行业的发展趋势,我国的汽车制造企业实施绿色供应链管理刻不容缓。文章论述了绿色供应链管理的内涵,分析了我国汽车企业实施绿色供应链管理的必要性和存在的问题,并探讨了汽车企业实施绿色供应链管理的策略与保障措施,最后重点研究了S公司绿色供应链管理的案例,以期为其它汽车企业起到参考作用。     

可持续发展与绿色施工

在施工阶段落实可持续发展思想对促进建筑业可持续发展具有重要的作用。绿色施工正是可持续发展思想在工程施工中应用的主要体现。分析了绿色施工的重要意义及概念，提出了绿色施工原则和一些有用的绿色施工技术措施。     

福建省发展绿色物流的SWOT分析及战略选择

绿色物流是21世纪物流管理的趋势,物流向绿色发展是经济可持续发展的必然要求。但福建省绿色物流的发展现状不容乐观,表现在绿色物流的观念不强、基础设施落后、缺乏物流政策和技术的支持、复合型人才短缺等问题。采用SWOT分析法对福建绿色物流发展现状进行研究,得出了适合福建的绿色物流发展战略。

设计依托结合姚店工业区总体规划,在充分考虑现有自然条件的前提下,挖掘当地工业历史和文化,营建与新区发展相适应的具有文化内涵并突出生态型的绿地环境景观系统。为工业区可持续发展打造坚实的物质和文化基础。     

绿色建筑体系的发展

文章通过对绿色建筑及健康住宅概念的阐述,以及我国绿色建筑的发展现状并通过重视可持续发展观、开发生产"绿色建材"、对施工过程中环境的控制开始给予了重视,阐述了现实存在的问题。并针对如何进一步推进绿色建筑发展的政策措施通过发展新型绿色建筑材料、设计的重要性、进一步加强施工过程的环境控制、加强对家庭居室装修市场的管理、实施环境管理体系使企业的管理等几方面,来对绿色建筑的分析及发展观点,结合存在问题对发展对策加以论述。     

Investigating the link between managers' green knowledge and leadership style,and their firms' environmental performance: The mediation role of green creativity

Despite extensive literature on green hotel management and sustainability, scant attention has been given on the role of managers to solve environmental related issues. This study's aim is to assess the effects of managers' green knowledge and green transformational leadership on firms' environmental performance with the mediating effect of green creativity. The study analyzes the perceptions of 363 employees in different managerial positions of the hotel industry employing Partial Last Square Structural Equation Modeling. The findings of the study show a positive effect of green knowledge and green transformational leadership on green creativity and green transformational leadership on environmental performance. Furthermore, green creativity is also found to have significant mediating effect between green knowledge and environmental performance, and green transformational leadership and environmental performance relations. The main implication of the current research is that managers' green concerns might help the stakeholders in the hotel industry to respond through appropriate green initiatives for their organizations. Further suggestions for literature and practice are discussed.
