城市正规就业与非正规就业收入差距及影响因素贡献——基于收入不平等的分解

本文使用CHNS 1997-2006的调查数据实证研究了城镇正规就业与非正规就业之间的收入差距及影响因素。收入不平等分解结果表明,正规就业与非正规就业之间存在显著的工资收入差距,但随着经济发展和劳动力市场供求的转变,两类就业者由于就业类别差异导致的"收入差异"呈缩减的趋势;受教育水平和工作经验等人力资本特征是两类就业者决定工资的主要影响因素,也是他们之间工资收入差距变化的主要贡献因素。     

正规就业与非正规就业工资差异的实证研究——分位数回归的视角

基于CGSS数据,本文利用分位数回归方法对中国正规就业与非正规就业的工资差异进行估计并对工资差异分解分析,发现正规就业工资水平显著高于非正规就业,在三个代表性分位数上正规就业的教育收益率均高于非正规就业,同时两种就业方式的教育收益率随工资分位数水平由低到高而呈现先升后降的趋势.相比于正规就业,非正规就业的性别歧视更为严重并随着工资分位数水平由低到高而愈强.工资差异分解表明市场歧视造成的差异占总差异的比例显著高于特征差异.     

贸易自由化对中国非正规就业的地区效应及动态影响——基于微观数据的经验研究

本文根据产品层面关税数据构建地区贸易保护程度指标,衡量我国不同省份的贸易开放程度,进而将地区层面指标与CHNS个体数据匹配,利用独立混合横截面数据和logit回归,实证检验贸易自由化对我国非正规就业的地区效应和动态影响。结果表明,贸易自由化提升了我国劳动者从事非正规就业的概率,且贸易自由化程度越深入的地区,个体从事非正规就业的概率越大。中国加入WTO后,贸易自由化对非正规就业最显著的提升效应发生在2006—2009年间。贸易自由化对不同户口、不同性别和不同技能个体的非正规就业效应具有异质性,农村、中低技能个体从事非正规就业的概率更高,对女性的影响则滞后于男性。     

教育回报率对中国城镇劳动力性别工资差距的影响研究

使用1989-2015年中国健康与营养调查数据,探讨教育回报率对性别工资差距的影响及其机制。数据显示,女性和男性的工资差距呈扩大趋势。使用Heckman两步法估计明瑟教育回报率表明,女性教育回报率高于男性,而且性别间教育回报率差距扩大。机制研究表明,国有部门性别间教育回报率差距小于非国有部门,从而导致国有部门性别工资差距小于非国有部门。性别工资差距扩大主要源自非国有部门,而非国有部门性别工资差距扩大主要源自低学历女性和男性工资差距扩大。此外,女性占比较高的半白领和白领职业性别间教育回报率差距小于女性占比较低的蓝领和白领职业。综上,有关部门需要关注受教育程度较低的女性,降低非国有部门的性别工资差距,减轻对女性的职业隔离。     

就业与收入公平分配的相关性及其对策研究

就业与收入公平分配问题是当前经济与社会生活中最受关注的两个热点问题。就业与收入公平分配既存在正相关,又存在负相关。就业的收入功能和就业机会公平与收入公平分配存在正相关,而就业——收入体制的不完善、非正规就业则不同程度地导致收入的不公平分配。正确处理就业与收入公平分配的相关性,必须强化其正相关,弱化其负相关。     

农民工就业稳定性的收入效应及其性别差异

基于辽宁省农民工抽样调查数据,采用劳动合同签订和职业流动频次作为农民工就业稳定性的代理变量,对农民工就业稳定性的收入效应及其性别差异进行分析.OLS回归结果显示:是否签订劳动合同变量对农民工工资有正向显著的影响,但对男性农民工的影响更大;职业流动次数对农民工工资的影响呈现非线性关系,但是对男性和女性的影响存在差异.采用Treatment-effects模型校正变量选择性偏差问题,倾向得分值匹配法控制变量内生性问题之后,职业流动次数的估计结果与OLS吻合,是否签订劳动合同度量的就业稳定性对农民工工资有正向显著的影响,但对女性农民工工资的提升效果更大,与OLS结果不同.同时发现,参加过培训、有高层次社会网络、参加工会的农民工就业稳定的概率更高.     

女性就业非正规化趋势原因及纠正机制研究

随着市场经济的发展,女性就业呈现出非正规化的趋势,通过女性非正规就业的现状分析并对劳动就业中的几个关键数据整合处理,得出女性就业非正规化趋势产生的原因,根据原因提出纠正性别歧视的机制,以期为实现男女平等就业提供参考依据。     

农民工性别工资差距的分位数回归分析——基于浙江农民工调查的经验研究

本文利用浙江省农民工调查的微观数据,通过分位数回归和分位数分解的方法,研究了男性和女性农民工在整个工资分布上的差异及其影响因素。研究结果表明,随着收入水平的提高,农民工群体间的性别工资差异呈逐步扩大的趋势,但性别工资歧视程度在不断降低。在收入分布的低分位数上,歧视是造成农民工性别工资差距的主要原因;而在高分位数上,个人资源禀赋造成的差异则成为性别工资差距的主要来源。     

经济全球化、金融危机与女性就业

目前的全球金融市场危机对全球就业产生极大影响,这使得人们对经济全球化给予了更多的关注,在此期间女性就业的转变同样复杂和多样。本文试图社会性别的视角,结合金融危机,探讨全球化背景下男女就业参与度、男女失业率、男女收入,以及性别分工的变化,这对分析目前全球金融危机中的女性就业问题具有一定的现实意义。     

我国目前个人收入性别差异的通径分析——基于第二期全国妇女地位抽样调查的数据分析

在对个人收入差距产生的原因进行定性分析的基础上,利用第二期全国妇女地位抽样调查的数据,对我国男性和女性的收入差距作了回归分析和通径分析.结果表明,除了人力资本等因素外,性别对个人收入存在显著影响,性别既通过教育、晋升和行业等对个人收入产生间接影响,也对收入产生直接影响.说明了劳动力市场上性别歧视的存在.缩小两性间的收入差距,需要国家在确保公平的教育机会和就业环境等方面做出努力,为妇女发挥能力创造一个公平的环境.
