本文提出一种新的多模式匹配算法,以提高匹配检测的执行速度和效率。该算法采用了基于集合的多模式匹配思想,重新构造了HASH函数以便在处理大规模模式集时执行时间能比传统的匹配算法的执行时间要少。经过实验证明,运用该算法不仅具有时间复杂度较低的优点,且与传统算法相比具有更为优越的性能,同时在实际工作状态下的检测能力也更强大。 相似文献

本文采用案例研究方法,基于第三方物流(3PL)行业的不同业务模式,尝试从权变匹配视角探索顺丰速运和联邦快递如何在复杂的内外部环境中制定不同的人力资源策略,以支撑不同业务模式,与内外部环境相匹配。研究发现:(1)不同业务模式引发不同的人力资源管理系统垂直"匹配",内控型人力资源管理系统与功能主导型业务模式匹配,而参与型人力资源管理系统与供应链一体化业务模式匹配;(2)不同人力资源管理系统进行内部水平匹配;(3)外部环境复杂程度高、内部环境复杂程度低,采用内控型人力资源管理与之匹配,而外部环境复杂程度低、内部环境复杂程度高,采用参与型人力资源管理与之匹配。 相似文献

With the global rise of impact investments to achieve societal goals, an increasing number of new ventures that aim to create societal impact now seek to go public. However, while many conceptual studies suggest that impact investors are less likely to pursue financially oriented exit plans in exchange for generating societal impact, there is little empirical evidence to back up this claim. Using a propensity score matching approach, we draw on data from Crunchbase and empirically compare the initial public offering (IPO) performance of a large sample of 3398 investments by impact investors with 3398 investments by matched venture capital (VC) investors. We find that impact investor investments are less likely to lead to an IPO than VC investments. Besides, our results indicate that syndication by impact investors increases the likelihood of an IPO. This suggests that companies funded by impact investors benefit more from syndication than their VC-funded counterparts. Our findings have practical implications for impact investors, portfolio ventures, and policymakers. 相似文献

We consider a many-to-one matching market with externalities among firms where each firm’s preferences satisfy substitutability, increasing choice and no external effect by unchosen workers, which are defined by Bando (2012). We first illustrate that a sequential version of the deferred acceptance (DA) algorithm with worker-proposing may not find a worker-optimal quasi stable matching. Then, we provide a modified DA algorithm in which (i) each worker simultaneously proposes to his most preferred firm that has not rejected him and (ii) each firm chooses its acceptable workers from the cumulative set of workers who have ever proposed to it, assuming that the other workers proposing to its rival firms are hired. We show that this algorithm finds a worker-optimal quasi stable matching. We also show that this algorithm can be generalized into a fixed point algorithm. 相似文献

Turkey has made huge investments in city hospitals. The distinguishing feature of these hospitals is that they are physically large. Although many studies have investigated the efficiency of public hospitals, there are a few studies on the effect of hospital size on efficiency. This study examines the effect of hospital size on changes in public hospital efficiencies. The analysis is made up of three steps. First, using a bootstrap data envelopment analysis (DEA), the pure efficiency scores of each hospital were calculated. Second, propensity score matching (PSM) was used to ensure that any differences could be attributed to a particular class of hospital size, and not be due to differences in sample characteristics between the intervention and control groups. To highlight a potential time difference between small and large hospitals, the efficiencies of hospitals were examined from 2014 to 2017. Third, the Mann–Whitney U test was used to conduct a robustness check of the DEA and PSM results. Fourth, logistic regression was used on balanced data to examine the determinants of the efficiency of public hospitals. There are remarkable differences in the results obtained before and after matching the groups based on the bed-occupancy rate. Additionally, urban location is a key predictor of efficient and inefficient hospitals. This study also highlights that integrating DEA and PSM is a useful strategy in accurately identifying predictors of efficiencies of hospitals by creating balanced groups. Health policymakers should consider the efficiency advantages of high workload and service burden in the planning of public hospitals. 相似文献

全景成像技术以及图像拼接、图像配准等与其相关的技术,都属于机器视觉及模式识别领域。由于其成像系统视场较大,且无论远近都可以清晰成像,因此,全景成像技术具有广阔的应用前景,例如,在军事领域中的侦察、空间探索等,民用领域中的医疗设备、防盗预警、机器人视觉等等。正是由于上述原因对全景成像技术,具有很高的研究和实践价值。本文对全景成像技术的研究主要有以下四个方面:第一,深入研究了全景成像的获取方式,在此基础上分析其获取方式的优缺点;第二,实现了图像的预处理,即完成了对获取图像进行了校正和去噪,通过对不同的图像采用滤波算法实现;第三,在图像拼接方面,实现了基于比较匹配的图像拼接算法,通过采取平行景物线匹配算法消除了灰度差异的影响,对拍摄同一景深下的图片进行拼接;第四,在不同景深条件下,对图像进行拼接,并完成了基于Harris特征点检测算子的特征提取算法。 相似文献

With the development of the Internet era, online medical community is increasingly favored by patients and health care workers. How to make a reasonable doctor-patient matching and meet patients' relevant needs through online medical platform is the key to realizing effective allocation of medical resources. This paper proposes an online doctor-patient dynamic stable matching model to deeply investigate the online doctor-patient matching problem under incomplete information. Firstly, we assign the score to each doctor based on the patient's attribute expectations and the doctor's evaluation information. Considering the difficulty of obtaining complete information in real life and different attribute representations, we propose incomplete information filling methods based on collaborative filtering algorithm. To make the filling result more reasonable, we introduce probabilistic linguistic information entropy to process the incomplete information. Secondly, considering psychological behavior, we use regret theory to calculate patients' satisfaction with doctors. Finally, with the definitions of rational matching and stable matching, we propose a doctor-patient dynamic stable matching model. This model can solve the problems like a temporary appointment and private matching and ensure the stability of matching. In addition, the model proposed in this paper considers not only patients' but also the doctors' needs. The case of online doctor-patient matching is based on “haodf.com”, and through comparative analysis can prove the effectiveness and superiority of this method. 相似文献
