房地产中介业遭遇发展尴尬

房地产中介一直是一个备受争议的行业，“中天置业”东窗事发再次把地产中介推上了风口浪尖，中介行业遭遇信誉低谷。地产中介真应如此被动吗？本文作者从房地产中介市场作用的角度阐述了作为房地产市场经济运行重要一环的房地产中介具有重要的经济“纽带”作用，有效促进房地产市场的进一步规范和完善。不过，由于房地产中介市场存在的一系列问题，又使其遭遇行业发展的尴尬。     

关于房地产中介违规行为的分析

An algebraic index theorem for non-smooth economies

In this paper, we prove an existence theorem for equilibria in production economies with increasing returns, which generalizes the classic results on this topic. In particular, we eliminate both the free-disposal assumptions and any smoothness requirements on the boundary of the production sets. For this purpose, we propose a new definition of the topological degree for non-convex-valued correspondences defined on non-smooth topological manifolds.

Antecedents and effects of emotions in strategic decision-making: a literature review and conceptual model

Individual emotions are essential driving forces in strategic decision-making. Nevertheless, the current state of research on emotions and their effects on strategic decision-making is fragmented and inconsistent. Therefore, this paper presents a narrative literature review that aims to bring some structure into current research and to advance an agenda for a future research on emotions in the strategic decision-making context. Based on cognitive appraisal theory and affective events theory this review focuses on organizational and individual antecedents for the development of emotions in the strategic decision-making context as well as on the effects of emotions on the strategic decision-making process. The paper concludes with a conceptual framework that summarizes the findings of this review and indicates possible directions for future research.     

Managerial third party dispute resolution: An overview and introduction to the special issue

In this article I review each of the five articles included in the special issue on managerial third party dispute resolution. This review is followed by a brief listing of the goals for this special issue and three suggestions for future research. These suggestions include the need for more focus on the nonunion sector, a call for interdisciplinary research, and a plea for research concentrating on managerial third party dispute resolution in other cultures.     

Discussion

I thoroughly enjoyed reading the article by Bhadra et. al. (2020) and convey my congratulations to the authors for providing a comprehensive and coherent review of horseshoe-based regularization approaches for machine learning models. I am thankful to the editors for providing this opportunity to write a discussion on this useful article, which I expect will turn out to be a good guide in the future for statisticians and practitioners alike. It is quite amazing to see the rapid progress and the magnitude of work advancing the horseshoe regularization approach since the seminal paper by Carvalho et al. (2010). The current review article is a testimony for this. While I have been primarily working with continuous spike and slab priors for high-dimensional Bayesian modeling, I have been following the literature on horseshoe regularization with a keen interest. For my comments on this article, I will focus on some comparisons between these two approaches particularly in terms of model building and methodology and some computational considerations. I would like to first provide some comments on performing valid inference based on the horsheshoe prior framework.     

On the path-dependence of economic growth

The cumulated growth of an economy during a period of time depends on the whole economical history during this period and not only of the situation at the beginning and at the end of the interval. However, if some constraint is made on the set of possible economies, this phenomenon of history-dependence may disappear. We give a simple necessary and sufficient condition on the constraint for this to happen, generalizing results of Samuelson–Swamy and Hulten. Our approach is different, based on differential and symplectic geometry. We also solve the same question for a subsector of the economy.

领导成员交换、感知创新支持对员工创新行为的影响研究：内在动机的中介作用

本文以258名研发人员为调研对象,探究领导成员交换、感知创新支持通过内在动机的中介作用对员工创新行为的影响机理。研究结果表明：领导成员交换对感知创新支持产生正向影响;领导成员交换对员工创新行为产生正向影响,内在动机在领导成员交换与员工创新行为关系间起到部分中介作用;感知创新支持对员工创新行为产生正向影响,内在动机在感知创新支持与员工创新行为关系间起到部分中介作用。
