为探讨分光光度法用于食品蛋白质二硫键含量测定的应用方法及价值,以豆浆为研究对象,分别对其进行处理后用分光光度法测试。结果表明,豆浆样品体积与游离巯基的吸光度表现为较好的线性关系,y=0.168 2x,r2=0.996;样品体积与总巯基含量的吸光度表现为正比,y=0.288 8x,r2=0.998;样品中二硫键含量为8.886μmol/g。由此表明,分光光度法在不同食品蛋白质二硫键含量测定中均具有较好的应用效果。 相似文献

基于玉米和大豆等粮食国际、国内价格历史数据,运用协整及误差修正模型、脉冲响应函数等方法,揭示国际粮价对国内粮价的传导作用及影响路径。理论分析表明,国际粮价通过进口直接路径、进口产品成本路径和进口替代路径等三个子路径传导至国内粮价。实证检验发现,国际大豆价格进口直接路径和进口产品成本路径传导均比较充分,即国际大豆价格会影响大豆进口价格,进而影响国内大豆价格,最终影响国内豆油价格;国际玉米价格进口直接路径和进口产品成本路径传导则不充分,国际玉米价格会影响玉米进口价格,但是对国内玉米价格和国内玉米淀粉价格影响程度较低;而在进口替代路径中,玉米和大豆的国际价格传导均不充分。我国应继续推进以提质增效为目标的农业供给侧结构性改革,加大粮食生产科技投入力度,调动农民种粮积极性,集中力量提高粮食供给质量和效率;坚持粮食进口仅为调剂国内供求余缺的方针,把握粮食安全的主动权;建立健全粮食市场的价格调控体系及风险防控体系,规避国际粮食市场剧烈波动对国内粮食市场的影响。 相似文献

This article highlights the scientific evidence to date on a variety of nanotechnology issues important to consumers with a focus on food applications. Nanotechnology is technology at the atomic or macromolecular levels on the scale of approximately 1–100 nm. There are unlimited potential applications of nanotechnology for food, dietary supplements and food contact materials. However, there are more questions than answers about the safety risks of nanotechnology, its environmental, health and other impacts, and its costs and benefits. [目的]探讨二喹啉甲酸法现场快速检测食品加工用具上蛋白质残留的应用前景。[方法]以棉签为反应载体,通过检测限测定试验、反应时间条件试验、还原性物质干扰试验和现场应用试验,研究二喹啉甲酸法检测蛋白质的检测限、干扰因素和实际应用情况。[结果]棉签二喹啉甲酸法能检测50μg以上的蛋白质,5000μg的3种还原糖、低于2μg的维生素C和5μg维生素B1不会产生干扰。[结论]棉签二喹啉甲酸法方法简便,结果直观,检测限低,是现场快速检测食品加工用具蛋白质残留的理想方法。 相似文献

Retailers and their supply-chain partners should reconsider their competitive advantages in today's technology-enhanced environment and search for opportunities to collaborate. Mobile applications have emerged as a special form of e-commerce that provide convenience for consumers by saving time and effort. In the pandemic days, people prefer using mobile applications in particular to order food from restaurants and protect themselves from COVID-19. Even though there are many previous studies regarding mobile application usage, they have investigated the antecedents of mobile app adoption. Today, consumers already have adopted them, yet there is a need to understand the outcomes of mobile application usage, especially for mobile food-ordering apps (MFOAs). To fill this gap, this study first positions the MFOAs among other mobile food applications regarding their business models. Then, a structural model was developed and tested by focusing on the outcomes of MFOA usage. A survey of 217 participants was conducted, and the data were analyzed using partial least squares path modeling (PLS-PM). The main contribution of the results is the finding that MFOA satisfaction plays a critical role in developing restaurants' brand satisfaction and loyalty.
