随着社会的不断发展,人们的生活质量在不断提高,轿车成为高校教职工代步工具的步伐加快。校园车辆逐年增多,校园交通安全和环境问题日渐突出,对校园道路交通系统的布局规划提出了很高要求,因此极有必要对校园交通系统进行优化布局。针对学校校园道路交通存在的问题,提出了从校园道路交通和校园交通组织两方面入手,包括道路交通优化设计、交通组织、校园交通标志标线设计优化等。在坚持"以人为本"的优化基础上,实现校园交通舒适、顺畅、安全的目标。  相似文献

在城市多十字路口交通环境、面对复杂和瞬息万变的交通条件之间的相互作用,通常采用的交通信号控制方法常常暴露出效率低和实用性差。一个采用以Q学习为基础的交通信号控制模型,提出了处理没有规律和瞬息万变的交通流量的问题。利用专业的自主学习—Q学习中固有的,自主适应能力的最优控制策略应对的不同交通条件。这个模型的主要优点是没有固定的数学控制模型,正好适合这个环境。在仿真环境下的实验研究结果也说明该算法是切实可行、有效的。  相似文献

城市轨道站点周边的土地开发利用一直备受关注,实现站点周边交通系统与土地利用的协调发展对缓解城市交通拥堵,优化城市用地结构具有重要意义,文章基于节点—场所模型对杭州市轨道交通1号线部分站点地区交通与土地利用的协同发展状态进行实证研究,建立站点地区交通与土地协调发展评价指标体系,通过定量分析得出结果,结果显示案例站点地区交通与土地利用协同状态存在差别,最后根据发展现状分析原因并给出促进站点周边协调发展的优化建议。  相似文献

The purpose of the study was to develop and test a model explaining the cultural consumption of a new immigrant ethnic group (South Korean) in terms of their highbrow, middlebrow, lowbrow, public/private and ethnic minority cultural pursuits. A core premise of the study was that due to the overall higher socio‐economic standing of the South Korean community (in comparison to many other ethnic minority groups residing in the UK), this particular immigrant group would more closely resemble the omnivore and not the univore cultural consumer. A model was developed on the basis of previous literature in the fields of audience development research, arts marketing and educational sociology and was tested, consequent to qualitative interviews conducted with relevant experts and with South Korean immigrants, on a sample of 351 residents of an area in South West London that contains a high density of South Korean immigrants. The findings indicated that bridging social capital, perceived barriers to the arts, passion for the arts and educational motivation were the strongest predictors of omnivorous consumption amongst this group. This paper studies the factors associated with outbound bilateral mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity by firms located in emerging economies. We document recent trends in emerging market M&A flows, which have risen dramatically over the past decade, and explore the factors that may have contributed to this rise. We find distinct patterns for M&A deals according to whether the acquisition targets are in other emerging economies or advanced countries, and that these differences can be attributed to differing theoretical motivations behind foreign direct investment. We also consider the implications of our model for future M&A originating in the Global South, in light of the global financial crisis of 2008.  相似文献

The research reported in this article evaluates the extent to which the theoretical constructs established as determinants of behavioral commitment in the U.S. have cross-cultural validity in South Korea. A causal model developed and validated in the U.S. is estimated among automobile workers in Korea and the results indicate 18 prominent determinants: job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job search, met expectations, legitimacy, transfer costs, positive and negative affectivity, opportunity, role conflict and ambiguity, spouse and supervisor support, routinization, autonomy, job hazards, involvement, and distributive justice. These are fundamental explanatory constructs that have long been affirmed in the U.S., and, as such, this study suggests evidence to support their cross-cultural validity. In spite of several Korean cultural characteristics that are relevant to employee behavioral commitment, the theoretical constructs explaining behavioral commitment are generally the same between the U.S. and Korea. The findings are interpreted with discussions of the implications.  相似文献

This paper tests the traditional country and industry hypotheses of intra-industry trade (IIT) in vertically and horizontally differentiated products in the context of the UK's bilateral trade with EU countries. It distinguishes empirically between IIT in vertically and horizontally differential goods, between trade with EU 'North' and 'South' and between the effects of using GDP proxies and direct measures of national factor endowment differences. The paper shows that the robustness of the results of earlier multi-country studies are open to challenge, that the separation of IIT into vertical and horizontal IIT offers an important innovation to the empirical work in this area and that further development of large numbers models of IIT in quality differentiated goods is required.  相似文献

In this article I seek to bring together recent work on ‘the production of nature’ with feminist standpoint theories. I do this in order to explore some of the potentials for democratic change in the South African city of Durban. In spite of the shared methodological assumptions of the two bodies of work, there has been little effort to develop a dialogue. In initiating this, I begin by outlining some of the theoretical foundations underlying the two theories. Then I go on to suggest some of the ways in which a relational approach to urban environments sheds light upon the politics of water service provision in Durban. From this, I suggest that a feminist standpoint approach might open up different possibilities for democratic change. However, I argue that this should begin not from a romantic view of some untainted or non-reified consciousness of the socio-natural but rather from the situated knowledges that emerge from the struggle to survive in a world defined by both capitalist and non-capitalist social relationships.  相似文献
