论我国服务贸易的可持续发展能力

目前,我国服务贸易可持续发展处于比较劣势的状态,总体竞争力不强,难以形成可持续发展的能力。提高我国服务贸易可持续发展能力必须增强贸易实力,促进服务贸易与环境资源及社会的协调发展,使我国尽快处于世界服务贸易市场的主导地位。     

Corporate Governance in Brazil

Corporate governance is an issue of growing importance in developing economies, as many firms pass through significant transformations due to the combined forces of sociopolitical changes, technological progress and economic trends toward globalization. These elements, along with the structural characteristics of developing economies such as less developed capital markets and governmental interventionism, draw a picture for corporate governance practices that may, in some aspects, be fundamentally different from the practices found in European or North American contexts. In this paper we review and discuss the state of corporate governance practices in Brazil, focusing on how the governance structure of Brazilian firms has been subjected to important changes in the recent past and how even more changes are expected to happen.

目前,我国生态环境总体恶化的趋势尚未得到根本扭转,高消耗的增长方式导致生态退化。应按照科学发展观发展我国的循环经济,建立绿色国民经济核算体系,加速环保产业建设与管理,全面提高国民素质,促使循环经济得以健康发展。     

Sustainable development and entrepreneurship: Past contributions and future directions

This article discusses the emerging research concerned with sustainable development and entrepreneurship, which is the focus of this special issue of the Journal of Business Venturing. Entrepreneurship has been recognized as a major conduit for sustainable products and processes, and new ventures are being held up as a panacea for many social and environmental concerns. However, there remains considerable uncertainty regarding the nature of entrepreneurship's role and how it may unfold. We begin with an overview of sustainable development and the role of entrepreneurship and outline recent contributions exploring this role. We then summarize the papers presented in this special issue and conclude with suggestions for further research.     

循环经济——我国外贸可持续发展的路径选择

长期以来,我国对外贸易都是以粗放式发展道路为主:出口产品高耗能且附加值低,而某些进口资源则过度依赖国外市场。粗放式发展道路与循环经济产生了诸多矛盾,面临着很多制约因素,产生了一些负面影响。在世界各国越来越重视循环经济的国际大背景下,要实现我国对外贸易的可持续发展,发展循环经济是一条紧迫而有效的路径。本文在深刻剖析我国传统外贸增长方式与循环经济的种种矛盾以及所面临的外贸环境的基础上,提出了发展循环经济以实现我国外贸可持续发展的战略措施。

资源型城市可持续发展的税收政策研究

资源型城市可持续发展面临的问题,主要表现在资源枯竭与城市经济单一,城市管理与地方财政收入减少,资源开发与城市环境质量建设不协调,经济发展与城市基础设施投入成反比,技术落后与人才吸引力差,失业率高与就业压力大,收入水平较低与社会保障工作落后等方面。应建立鼓励资源型城市可持续发展的税收政策体系,进一步完善鼓励资源节约、有利于保护环境、激励技术开发和设备更新、吸引人才、鼓励就业、增强社会保障等多项税收政策。     

论粮食安全的可持续发展

粮食安全是世界和平与发展永恒的主题,也是萦绕在国人心头的一道难题。近年来,伴随着世界性粮食危机的新形势,我们国家对粮食安全及其产品质量日益重视,并以国家安全的战略高度认识粮食安全。本文谨从可持续发展战略的角度,依据科学数据和客观实际,分析粮食及其产品质量安全的重要地位,以此呼吁对粮食安全的全面理解和支持。     

Chubby cheeks and climate change: childhood obesity as a sustainable development issue

The rise of obesity is one of today's biggest societal challenges. Indeed, the obesity epidemic is not only impairing individuals' lives, but also societies' sustainability, most notably with regard to the social, the cultural and the economic dimension. Thus, to halt obesity has become a goal in several political sustainability strategies. The focus is on children since their health behaviour is expected to have a strong impact on consumers in adulthood. To fight childhood obesity, the challenge is to develop the ‘right’ policy toolbox. One complicating aspect amongst others is the numerousness of actors involved. To find a policy mix and assess its consequences for all actors, it is essential to understand the underlying mechanisms – the impact of external and internal factors on children's health behaviour. Tools such as regulation, information and education appear to be insufficient to curb this unsustainable consumption behaviour. One promising avenue to strike a new path is to exploit the possibilities of choice architecture as proposed by behavioural economics. The purpose of this paper is threefold: first, to develop the conceptual nexus between obesity and sustainable development against the backcloth of obesity and sustainability research; second, based on a human ecological model, to outline selected influencing factors of childhood obesity; and third, to sketch the options of market and consumer policy actors to curb the pandemic.

环境资源约束与我国对外贸易的可持续发展

本文使用世界银行的产业污染排放系统对我国制造业产出、出口和进口的污染含量进行了估算,使用世界银行提出的真实国内储蓄方法对我国自然资源的损失进行了计算,结果表明,随着我国对外开放程度的加深,污染排放和资源消耗也呈上升态势。因此,有效地利用贸易自由化政策对保护资源环境、实现可持续发展的目标是相当重要的。

企业社会责任已经成为社会可持续发展的一个重要的战略研究内容,它受到了各国政府、非政府组织和众多学者的重视和关注。目前我国对于企业社会责任的研究还处于初起阶段,存在不少问题本文对其成因进行分析和探讨,并依据目前现有的资料和研究成果提出了有效对策。     

绿色营销:企业竞争制胜的必然选择

本文认为,目前我国的绿色营销任重道远。从消费者方面来看,其绿色消费意识相对于发达国家还处于“初级阶段”;从企业方面来看,大多数企业实施绿色营销只是一种被动的措施,企业的营销组合策略与绿色营销不相适应;从政府方面来看,主要采用经济手段或行政手段来保护环境,在执行过程中,以权代法、以言代法、有法不依和执法难的现象普遍存在。文章提出,企业要搞好“绿色营销”,必须树立绿色营销观念,搜集绿色信息,开发绿色产品,重视绿色包装,制定绿色价格,实行绿色分销,开展绿色促销,争取绿色标志,实施绿色管理。     

粮食绿色生态仓储建筑设计初探——浙江中穗省级粮食储备库整体搬迁工程投标方案

自1980年世界自然保护组织首次提出"可持续发展"的口号后,"可持续发展"战略越来越受到人们的关注,在社会上得到广泛的宣传和和应用。在建筑领域也掀起了一股"绿色建筑"潮。本文以浙江中穗省级粮食储备库整体搬迁工程投标方案为例,从项目的总体规划、单体设计以及工艺设计等多个角度,阐述了"绿色建筑"设计理念在粮食仓储建筑设计中的应用与发展。     

Escaping the green prison: Entrepreneurship and the creation of opportunities for sustainable development

While entrepreneurial activity has been an important force for social and ecological sustainability; its efficacy is dependent upon the nature of market incentives. This limitation is sometimes explained by the metaphor of the prisoner's dilemma, which we term the green prison. In this prison, entrepreneurs are compelled to environmentally degrading behavior due to the divergence between individual rewards and collective goals for sustainable development. Entrepreneurs, however, can escape from the green prison by altering or creating the institutions—norms, property rights, and legislation—that establish the incentives of competitive games. We provide a variety of evidence of such entrepreneurial action and discuss its implications for theory and practice.     

管理贸易政策调整与经贸可持续发展问题探讨——基于青岛市管理贸易政策的研究

管理贸易政策是各贸易主体参与国际分工中为追求最大化贸易利益而实施的政策。随着各国政府宏观调控的加强,管理贸易政策成为一个国家或地区经贸可持续发展的重要支撑之一。青岛是典型的以对外贸易拉动经济增长的城市,通过研究青岛市经贸发展中存在的问题,探讨通过管理贸易政策调整寻求实现经贸可持续发展的路径,为地方经济提供具体政策建议同时对我国类似的地区经贸发展提供可借鉴的经验。     

可持续发展原则在刑法中的体现

环境刑法中最重要的两个原则是可持续发展原则和罪刑法定原则。可持续发展原则是环境法上的核心原则,而罪刑法定原则是刑法上的核心原则,两者共同组成了环境刑法的基本原则。然而,原则并非空谈,需要体现在具体制度设计上和实际行动中,产生相应的立法内容。

西北干旱半干旱地区自然条件恶劣,生态环境脆弱,社会经济落后,在发展生态旅游方面存在困难,有必要对干旱半干旱地区的城市生态旅游发展新思路进行研究探讨。本文以可持续发展理论为指导思想,以生态城市的建设为基础,提出了新型的城市生态旅游的规划和若干构想。
