仆式领导的必然性研究

自上个世纪格林利夫提出仆人式领导概念以来,仆人式领导成为众多学者的研究对象,并在实践中得到广泛的应用。从历史和文化两个方面研究证明,领导理念在当代管理阶段经历了交易型领导和变革性领导以后,领导的关注焦点从组织转变为下属,必然会过渡到仆人领导理念阶段。这一变动趋势以及仆人领导理念对我们现时有很大的借鉴意义。     

变革型领导和交易型领导理论研究综述

领导方式对企业管理具有重要影响。变革型领导与交易型领导不同的内在维度导致二者在员工工作绩效、员工满意度、组织承诺、组织变革与创新等方面有着不同的作用。多数学者认为变革型领导在各方面较交易型领导都更为优秀,然而部分学者却证明领导方式与企业组织文化的匹配性才是决定组织管理成功与否的重要因素。摒弃对交易型领导的偏见,选择适合的领导方式对企业的发展具有重要的现实意义。     

服务型领导理论及其相关研究进展

对于服务型领导的研究,由于众多学者认为服务者与领导者角色不可能同时集中与同一个体,所以自从由Greenleaf于1977年提出后长时间处于空白期。随着知识经济的到来,服务型领导的相关研究逐渐成为热点问题。文章归纳和总结了服务型领导的内涵、结构与测量等方面的研究成果,并对服务型领导未来研究进行了展望。     

Leadership in Temporary Organizations: A Review of Leadership Theories and a Research Agenda

Projects and other temporary forms of organizing are different from standard organizational processes. As most leadership theories are based on the assumption of stable organizational environments, the increase in temporary forms of organizing poses specific challenges to leadership theories. We evaluate existing leadership theories in terms of their applicability on temporary environments and identify theories, which are adaptable to temporary settings and therefore may be the basis for empirical investigations in this field. On this basis we derive a research agenda by proposing individual leadership theories and combinations of different leadership approaches to be further assessed in research.

Entrepreneurial Leadership as Creative Brokering: The Process and Practice of Co-creating and Advancing Opportunity

How does entrepreneurial leadership drive the process of forming and advancing opportunity? Drawing from an ethnographic field study of Nashville music producers, I develop a model of entrepreneurial leadership as creative brokering – the practices and process by which entrepreneurs lead and mobilize a complex network of actors in co-creating and advancing opportunity. I find that entrepreneurial leaders encounter three tensions as they advance this process: 1) generating novel ideas and fitting them within the competitive landscape; 2) incubating opportunity and seizing the moment in the market; and 3) fostering experimentation and navigating hyper-competition. I show when these tensions arise and identify six creative brokering practices through which leaders leverage their brokerage role to navigate these tensions in order to move opportunity forward. The paper offers a model of entrepreneurial leadership as creative brokering, extends extant creative brokering scholarship to consider more distal market actors, and shows how creative brokering and leadership towards creative outcomes involve iteratively stepping forward to infuse market perspective and exert control, and stepping back to let others shine and co-create ideas.     

高等教育开展创业教育的研究与分析

高校创业教育的必要性和对策研究

高校开展创业教育,是顺应我国国情教育改革方向。创业教育是我国高校适应世界教育改革与发展的必然出路,是高校全面推进和提升素质教育的重要途径,是高校适应当前就业竞争形势和实现自我发展的需要。本文阐述了创业教育的必要性,高校实施创业教育必须将创业教育渗透到学校教育的方方面面;提出了开展创业教育的相关对策。     

基层领导干部领导行为有效性及其作用机制

基于294名基层领导干部的实证调查数据,本文建立结构方程模型进行分析。结果表明：变革型领导行为对下属的工作卷入和部门绩效表现具有显著正向预测作用,工作卷入在变革型领导与部门绩效表现之间具有部分中介作用;消极例外管理交易型领导行为对工作卷入具有显著负向预测作用,工作卷入在消极例外管理和部门绩效表现间具有完全中介作用。分层回归的结果表明：变革型领导在权变奖励对部门绩效表现的预测作用中具有增量效应。结果证明变革型领导的普遍有效性和交易型领导有效性的权变性。     

市场机制下孵化器创新创业服务体系研究

为进一步助推“双创”升级,创孵机构一直不断地探索着新的商业模式、探索优质资源,进一步改善运作效率。在目前的市场经济环境中,要实现创新创业服务资源的最优配置,就需要结合市场机制研究孵化器的服务模式。文章分析了市场机制下孵化器创新创业服务的定价模型,根据该模型得到孵化器市场化运作效率的影响因素。基于该定价模型进行实证研究,可以分析得到孵化器在实际市场运行过程中存在的问题,并以创业黑马为例进行了创新创业服务运营的实例分析。根据该定价模型与实证分析结果,提出了从服务内容优化、服务效率优化、孵化器品牌战略、入孵筛选机制优化等方面优化孵化器运营模式,探寻适合孵化器长期可持续发展的创新创业服务体系,从而进一步助推创新创业。     

领导力在项目组合管理中的影响研究

项目组合是连接战略和项目的桥梁。区别于以往有关项目管理中领导力的研究,针对高管和项目经理两种层次的领导角色,界定了领导力的内涵,从战略视角出发构建了领导力对项目组合绩效的影响作用模型,并运用偏最小二乘法和实证方法对理论模型进行检验。研究结果表明,高管及项目经理的领导力均对项目绩效、组合绩效有积极的影响,但项目绩效对组合绩效的作用并不显著。结论强化了领导力在项目组合管理中的关键作用,为研究组合绩效的提升机制提供了新的思路和方法。     

领导者有效领导力的自我塑造与提升研究

领导活动的成功取决于领导者有效的领导力的发挥。领导者领导力的有效发挥得益于领导者自身素质的提高,即领导者的自我塑造。领导者领导力的塑造与提升主要包括三个层次,分别为:观念层、气质层和能力层。领导者自我三个层次的有效塑造与提升最终形成个体领导者价值观领导、魅力型领导和能力型领导的有机融合。     

高校创业学课程体系研究

文章从分析创业教育和创业教育课程的概念体系入手,提出了现今创业学课程存在的问题,并且从创业教育课程体系建设、树立正确的大学生创业观念、注重创业课程的师资队伍建设、将第一课堂和第二课堂相结合、组建职能化的保障体系提出相应的对策。     

Transformational leadership and followers' attitudes: the mediating role of psychological empowerment

There is now strong evidence that transformational leadership substantially influences the work attitudes and behaviours of followers. However, the mechanisms by which transformational leaders influence their followers have not been studied in a systematic fashion. The purpose of the present study is, therefore, to analyse how transformational leadership promotes: i) job satisfaction among employees; and ii) affective commitment to the organization. In particular, the possible mediating role of psychological empowerment in these two relationships is conceptually hypothesised and empirically tested. The results demonstrate that psychological empowerment mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and employee attitudes.     

企业家精神与中国企业的国际化之路

中国的企业在国际化的过程当中,普遍都不是很成功。而根据经典的跨国公司成长理论综合研究发现中国企业并不缺少必要的物质与客观条件,所缺乏的只是正确的战略制定和战略执行的人,即优秀的企业家,据此本文提出支撑优秀企业家群体的企业家精神的缺失是导致中国企业很少国际化和国际化不成功的原因之一这一论断。在总结中国企业家精神的核心时,提出了三个最为核心的要素：创新,合作与社会责任。本文在解释中国企业家精神缺失的现象及其原因的同时也提到了如何在中国企业家当中重构这些重要的企业家精神要素。     

How Strategic Focus Relates to the Delivery of Leadership Training and Development

Despite progress in the development of leadership development models over recent years, these models fail to account for the differentiation in leadership training and development (LTD) practices found between organizations. We conducted an exploratory, multiple case study of formal leadership training and development in 10 organizations, in different business sectors in the United Kingdom. We show that the strategic focus of LTD was shaped by the business goals pursued by these 10 organizations. We also found the strategic focus of LTD to be a broad contingency factor differentiated by level of impact, which then influenced the pattern of LTD delivery. The findings offer support for a contingency perspective in explaining how leadership training and development is configured in differing organizational contexts. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
