Abstract： State-owned enterprises have a glorious history and the great strength, so they should play the role of the＂vanguard＂to take part in international competition. However, these enterprises don＇t have adequate competitive ability in international market. We should improve the overall quality and competitiveness of state-owned enterprises, promote and further deepen the reform and development of state-owned enterprises. According to the rational decision based on China＇s national conditions, it seems that we should encourage enterprises to invest inward. By improving the overall quality to enhance the competitiveness of these＂vanguards＂, then we can consider the＂going out＂.     

A STUDY ON ECONOMY EVALUATION ON THE PROFIT AND LOSS OF GEOLOGIC ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ABOUT GEOLOGIC ENVIRONMENTAL EXPLOITATION PROJECT

The problems of environmental geology refer to the geologic phenomena, incidents or accidents arising from action of environmental geology. The action is mainly the mutual influence between human activity and geologic environment. When human activity is uncoordinated with objective laws of the geologic environment, the problems of environmental geology or economic loss would occur.Therefore,the level and the changing orientation of geologic environmental quality are relative to the types of human activity,particularly relative to human intentional-activities of geologic environmental exploitation project. The geologic environment fitting to mining may not fit to urban construction,and fitting to water conservancy and hydroelectric projects may not fit to communication,and so on.Economy evaluation on the profit and loss of geologic environmental quality is exactly to depict the level of the profit and loss of geologic environmental quality about geologic environmental exploitation projects and the feasibi

A STUDY ON THE THEORY AND METHOD OF URBAN LAND EVALUATION GEOLOGY-ECONOMY

Over Long time,the coordination between land use and geological environments is neglected in urban construction.As a result,a huge sum of loss raised from the problems of geological environments occurs in many city. Because the influence of geological environments is neglected in pricing land,the price of urban land is not reasonable, which has influenced developing of land resource.The reasons resulting in above-mentioned problems are as follows;(1)the limitation of the geoiogical environments to land use is ignored;(2)the professional knowledge on the information of geological environments is a barrier for the planning and management of urban land to use;(3)it has not been resolved theoretically and practically how the information of geological environments can be transformed into the economic information which can be made easy to use of by the personnel in nongeologic fields. China to allow full foreign ownership in telecom services in Shanghai FTZ
Jan. 8, 2014 （China Daily） -- China will open up seven telecom value- added services to foreign capital in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, with five allowing for full foreign ownership, a senior tetecom official said. Services with no cap for foreign ownership will include app stores, store and forward, domestic multi-party communication, call centers and home Intemet access, according to Wen Ku, head of the telecom development department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Online data and dealing analysis services will allow a foreign ownership of no more than 55 percent, Wen said.

Dec. 6 （China Daily） -- China will use about 715 million metric tons of steel in 2014, a jump of 3.2 percent year-on-year, an official predicted on Dec 6. A determination Standard of Jurisdiction in Cross-Border Insolvency——Center of Main Interests

The UNCITRAL Model Law on Cross-Border Insolvency (‘the Model Law’) enacted on May 5 1997 and the European Commission Insolvency Regulation enforced in 2002 both adopted a new type of establishing standard-company’s main interest (COMI)-to distribute the jurisdiction around the world in cross-border insolvency cases. The purpose of these two legal documents is to endeavor to find the place that has the most significant connection with the debtor. This essay is trying to analyze the new standard and enlighten the judicial practice of China in cross-border insolvency field.     

HANNOBA BASALT AND DEEP-SOURCE INCLUSIONS

Since 1979,a professional group from our college have done a great deal of work in the study of Hannobar basalts and their deep-source inclusions.The achievements abstained are documented in several decades of research papers published at home and abroad, and there will be two monographic books of ours on the subject soon available to the readers of this field.     

THE PRINCIPAL CHARACTERS AND DISCUSSION ON ITS AGES OF DINOSAUR FAUNA IN TIANZHEN,SHANXI,CHINA

1 Introduction The dinosaur fossil reported in this paper was discovered in 1983 by Cheng Zhenwu and Pang Qiqing on the northeast slope of Kangdailiang mountain, Zhaojiagou, Tianzhen county,Shanxi Province, China (Fig.1). They are 12 joined caudal vertebrae yielded from the purplish red mudstone of the Huiquanpu Formation which has been considered to be of Eocene in ages. By five times of the excavating work from 1989 to 1994, more than 2300 pieces of dinosaur fossils had been collected. 2 Synopsis of Stratigraphy The Huiquanpu Formation yielded tile dinosaur fossils mainly distributed in the southern Tianzhen county, Shanxi Province and the northern Yangyuan county,Hebei Province,China. It lays under the basalt of Miocene Hanruoba Formation unconformably and on the upper Archaeozoic Jining Group as well as Changcheng Series Gaoy. uzhoung Formation of Middle Protcrozoic by unconformity (Fig. 2).
