The marine environment provides rich and varied resources and services or functions for human's production and life. Many countries have competitively exploited and utilized sea and ocean to develop marine economy for some years. The over-exploitation of marine environment and the overuse of marine resources have led to resource degradation,environmental pollution and ecosystem destruction. Considering the depletion of coastal environmental resources dur-ing planning, governing and decision-making is an important measure to promote the harmonious and sustainabledevelopment of coastal environmental resources and social economy, the main precondition of which is that the depletionof coastal environmental resources by human activities has been monetarily evaluated. Firstly, this paper summarizesrelevant references in this field and analyzes different sorts of depletion of coastal environmental resources caused byhuman activities and the necessity and importance of the monetary evaluation. Finally, this paper extensively discussesthe corresponding evaluation models of the depletion of marine mineral resources, marine organism resources, mari-time transport resources, intertidal zones and shallow seas, and marine environmental functions and services includingenvironmental capacity, gas regulation, disturbance prevention, recreation and biodiversity.  相似文献

The motivation is an employee's internal relationship in the form of behaviour directed towards a specific goal and is manifested as an important factor for overall organisation performance. The goal of any business is to motivate employees to perform work with the maximum results. The work motivation is complex and dynamic feature of human resources and influences to motivation are very broad and diverse. The material forms of motivation are different compensation that employees receive for their work in the company. They appear in the financial and non-financial forms (paid or in the form of various services). The goal of this research is to identify the main factors of human resources motivation in financial institutions (banks). The questionnaire will be used as a research instrument and consists of two parts. The first part of the questionnaire will focus on socio-demographic characteristics and the second part concentrates on the motivation variables of material and immaterial character. Applying adequate knowledge discovery research methods will be identified as the main motivation components of selling persons in financial institutions.  相似文献

Original ecotourism resources mainly refer to natural and human original ecotourism resources, and it's of fragility, rarity and irreversibility. As a valuable historic heritage and hnportant tourism resources, it plays a significant role in developing tourism and economy in such areas as the underdeveloped areas, the mountain areas and mimority areas. The tourism resources in the western mountain areas of Guangxi owe ,superiorities and characteristics 'o their original ecology, Yet, western Guangxi is an ethnic region with fragile karst eco-environment, so it is specialto exploit the tourism resources. The paper defines original eeotourism and analyses the specialties and advantages of the original ecotourism resources as well as thefrailty of the ecotourism resources of the region. The ways of thinking are put forward for safe preservation and sustainable development of the original ecotourism resources, i.e. carrying out measures for the multi-grade protection of heritage resources, setting up a ethnic eco-museum/ ethnic culture eco-park and a gene pool of ethnic cultures, etc.  相似文献

Water is the material basis of man's living. It cannot be substituted. In addition, it is the life line of agriculture even the national economy. However, water resources face very serious situation in our country. It is shown that wafer resources are in short and the water pollution is benumbing more and more serious day by day. The reason for the problem of water resources is the management problem of water resources. Besides. the per capita water resource is low because the population is increasingly serious. The industrialization of water resources is a new conception presented due to the deepening of the social labor division and the demands of the mitigating contradiction of water resources. This paper analyzes the present situation of water resources in our country and the reasons for the problems, It expounds the important significance of the industrialization of management of water resources. The relationship between man and nature seems highly diverse during the evolving process of human society. Numerous destructive consequences incurring from the carly stage of the industrialization led to man's severe concern about ecological and environment issues. In 1972, a book entitled “The Limits To Growth” ushered in a worldwide argumentation campaign, and forced man to realize that the bearing capacity of ecological surroundings is finite, and the quantity of resources is numbered as well. Admittedly, the human advance in science and technology, from the long-term viewpoint, is capable of discovering new types of energy and resources. However, each specific period of human history is always endangered due to the crisis of energy and resources. Therefore the core of the retainable development lies in variation of the outdated pattern of economic growth as well as pursuit to the new substitutes.  相似文献

Resource-based view (RBV) has been a very important theory to explain performance in the past decades. Among several types of resources, human resources are known as a critical factor for business success. The present paper has sought to link the human resources and performance based on the concept of RBV focusing on entrepreneurs as decisive human resources. This paper uses a sample of 378 Lao small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Overall, the findings suggest that the significant factors in explaining performance in Lao SMEs are the education of entrepreneurs, business development services for entrepreneurs and experience of entrepreneurs. Whereas training at starting business and training for entrepreneurs were not supported.  相似文献

Northwestern area is the most arid and underdeveloped area in China. Lots of researches have been doneto find the approaches to alleviate poverty. But there are some problems, for example, how to invest, how to use capital,and why the utilization rate is ambiguous. Water, capital and human resources are analyzed in this paper to be comparedwith their Utilization rates. As a result, according to the dependences of economic growth on those resources, a newapproach has been selected to organize the integration ways among these resources for economic development innorthwestern China. The efficient ways to develop northwestern China are: firstly, use the wanting resources mosteffectively to make an efficient integration model of multiple resources. For example, enhance the utilization rate of waterto raise the value of other resources. Secondly, invest more in basic factors for economic development to upgrade thecompetitiveness in the western China. For example, invest more in primary education and sustainable development ofbasic natural resources in order to have more power for sustainable development.  相似文献

The influence of human security components on Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) of individuals was explored in four sub-Saharan Africa countries of Angola, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Liberia and Uganda from November 2008 to April 2009. The present results suggest that the major threat to human security is the competing economic demands that make it difficult for the population to prioritize reproductive health services in their household budgets. This study concludes that there are potential benefits of human security approaches for furthering the goals of SRHR initiatives, in line with the principles and guidelines expressed in the Maputo Plan of Action and the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). The results of this study suggest that IPPF Africa Region can start to prioritize economic security, community security and health security which have greatest impact on the reproductive health of the sub-Saharan African population. The key lesson learnt is that the effective use of family planning services mitigates the effects of other human insecurities, including economic, food, and health insecurities as its application in the families will reduce family size and demand on available resources.  相似文献

The aim of the article is to present non-clasical copyrighted algorithm for prediction of time series, presenting macroeconomic indicators and stock market indices. The algorithm is based on artificial neural networks and multi-resolution analysis (the algorithm is based on Daubechies wavelet). However, the main feature of the algorithm, which gives a good quality of the forecasts, is all included in the series analysis division into, a few partial under-series and prediction dependence on a number of other economic series. The algorithm used for the prediction, is copyrighted algorithm, labeled M.H-D in this article. Application of the algorithm was performed on a series presenting WIG 20. The forecast of WIG 20 was conditional on trading the Dow Jones, DAX, Nikkei, Hang Seng, taking into account the sliding time window. As an example application of copyrighted model, the forecast of WIG 20 for a period of two years, one year, six month was appointed. An empirical example is described. It shows that the proposed model can predict index with the scale of two years, one year, a half year and other intervals. Precision of prediction is satisfactory. An average absolute percentage error of each forecast was: 0.0099%---for two-year forecasts WIG 20; 0.0552%--for the annual forecast WIG 20; and 0.1788%---for the six-month forecasts WIG 20.  相似文献

为了掌控供电企业现存的人力资源风险状况,及时规避人力资源风险。本文建立了符合供电企业人力资源特点的人力资源风险评价指标体系。通过层次分析法和线性加权法确定人力资源得分。在对人力资源风险等级划分中,引入云模型。该模型摒弃了以往研究的硬划分,更能体现数据的分布特性。然后对评价对象进行逆向正态云化来获得其云参数,最后利用该云参数进行评价。通过实例证明,该模型能够挖掘出更多隐含的信息,具有可行性和有效性。  相似文献

采用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,对安徽省2000~2013年的人力资源开发和利用情况进行分析,研究结果表明:安徽省人力资源开发和利用纯技术效率较高,但其技术效率和规模效率整体上并不是很高。为此,应逐步削除人力资源流动进程中的体制障碍,构建多元化的人力资源投资模式,积极推进人力资源合理配置的多元化和信息化进程。  相似文献

根据西南少数民族地区农村人力资源开发的主要影响因素,建立西南少数民族地区农村人力资源开发评价指标体系;采用标准离差法确定各指标的权重值,对西南少数民族地区农村人力资源开发进行综合评价,发现西南少数民族地区人力资源开发综合水平均低于全国平均水平,具体看来,除民族文化水平高于全国平均水平、医疗水平等于全国平均水平外,教育、经济、法律法规、自然地理、人口等指标评价结果都不同程度地低于全国平均水平,影响了西南少数民族地区农村人力资源开发效果,各省(自治区、直辖市)农村人力资源开发水平也存在较大差距,据此提出相关政策建议.  相似文献

国有企业改革非常重视完善市场竞争机制和产权激励机制,但是,内部管理体系建设以及核心能力培育在一定程度上跟不上企业发展的要求,影响到产权制度改革和市场竞争制度建设的实际效果。尤其是在人力资源管理的系统性、战略性上存在的问题,更是阻碍了国有企业人力资源价值转化为组织绩效。因此,运用战略人力资源管理理论来解释国有企业人力资源管理对组织绩效的贡献,并研究人力资源管理系统建设的相关问题,具有十分重要的理论意义和实践意义。战略人力资源管理(strategyHumanResourcesManagement,简称SHRM)简单而言就是系统地将人与企业联系起来,通过人力资源规划、政策及具体实践,达到获取竞争优势的人力资源配置。采用定性定量相结合,理论研究与实证研究相结合的方法,结合国有企业的实际情况,指出战略人力资源管理是影响国有企业组织绩效的重要因素,并深入探讨战略人力资源管理对企业绩效的作用机理,分析战略人力资源管理必须具备的职能,研究国有企业转变人力资源管理功能可能的模式,进行开发人力资源管理人员队伍的素质标准研究,并建立了国有企业战略人力资源管理绩效评价的模型,进行实证分析,最终得出国有企业实施战略人力资源管理的对策。  相似文献
